Alright 12th update:

I got done with one final exam today and still got 4 more to go. Anywayz, but at least getting one exam off of my head was a relieve so, I decided to reward myself by reading your intriguing one-shots on Abhiya. And I have to say it was worth it! It was an absolute treat to read. 😊

First of all, I loved the description of the dance place as I could completely see the place in my mind. Misha and Kabir were once again the laugh riots on how they made fun of people's dance steps! 😆 I liked the description of a couple "dancing as if they were stepping on ants!" 🤣🤣 (You know I know exactly a lot of my aunts and uncles whose dancing completely fits this description........LOL!) Anywayz, I was especially fascinated by the way how you handled the multiple conversations going on and everyone's facial expressions all at once. It was just WOW! I totally felt that I was actually sitting right there with Kabir, Misha, Piya, Panchi and Danish and just listening to their conversations and seeing their facial expressions! It was very impressing and I actually forgot that I am "reading" this because it was more like experiencing all these events myself while I am there with them in person.

Piya's pain was so excruciating and I just felt so bad for her...........and its just so saddening that both of them love each other so much but, yet both are hurting inside and cannot even tell one another. The way, Abhay hurted Piya today was completely shattering as he presented himself as someone I think any sane, sensible, and respected girl will hate. Now, I am interested to see how Piya tackles her feelings for him now that she heard these disgusting revelations from him about himself and where the story proceeds from here. 😉

@ bold, actually this what we do too when we see people dancing ! i know its mean but we do it,🤣 about you uncle i know what you mean, i have seen people dancing the same way😆 i remember once there was a guy in a party, he was dancing like he has constipation🤣 and a girl she was dancing like she was being electrified🤣..hmm i think i bettter stop now before you think i am a mean girl!😆

@ blue, you know when i write i try to be there i mean visualize the whole scene and how would the characters look or behave, am glad that you could visualize it too 😃

@ brown, yeah both hurting, he did hurt her when he said all those horrible things about himself but sadly he will hurt her even more when he proves to her that he is indeed like what he said in the next part😉

12- Helpless Hearts!

There were two bouncers standing out side, near the entrance and another man with a black suit, who was checking the names of the guests in the list before letting them get inside!

As the man sees Danish he salutes him and let them all get inside without even checking the names, "wow Danish I am impressed" says Panchi proudly, as they enter the well decorated hall, as they enter they notice a huge dance floor with high ceiling that goes up to the second floor , people were dancing, and the lightning was very impressive, he points to the other side of the hall and says loudly the high music covering his voice "there is the bar, and the other side where the wash rooms are , then he leads them to the second floor that looked more like a huge balcony that has the full view of the dance floor, there were half circled sofas with rounded tables that were decorated with exotic flowers, and scented candle lights, he let them get seated in the best spot where they can have a full view of the dance floor, the place looked color coordinated and extremely stylish!

Piya looks around; everything looked like they were selected carefully, she notices that there was a bigger sofa and table that were set in a higher corner surrounded by two pillars, with silk organza curtains hanging on both sides, making it more private, she wonders why that one spot was set differently!

Danish asks them if they would like to dine now, but they all agree it was too early, and they just ask for a drink, soon the waiter serves them fresh juices and cold beverages.

Soon they start to have their drinks while watching the dancers performing on the dance floor." Hey isn't that T who is dancing?, who is that boy?!" says Piya" Kabir looking at her deeply and says" who cares!"

Misha giggles :"she is dancing or feeling itchy, why is she rubbing her self like that with that loser boy!" Kabir and Danish smirk, while Piya feels embarrassed, she looks away smiling!

"Misha!" snaps Panchi shaking her head" this is a form of dance too!"

"Whatever! Its still shameful!, and hey look at that couple they are like flying kites!" she laughs hard , all of them start to laugh

"and look at the other one, right there on the corner, they are like stepping on ants" Kabir stands up and imitate their steps, and they all burst laughing!

"ab dosru pai joke karna band karlo" says panchi but they both continue on making comic remarks on the dancers!

Piya shakes her head smiling, both are so funny, she thought, she sips her fresh lemonade, when suddenly she notices Abhay with a tall girl, walking up the stairs, his arm was around her waist and he was saying something to her, smiling and flaunting his deep dimples!, he looked so different, he looked happy, not the same Abhay, who usually looks cold or has this sarcastic smile on his face!, he looked the same way as she saw him in his room that fateful night, and she gasps and then coughs getting chocked by the juice!.

Her companions look at her in concern and Kabir Starts to pat her gently on her back "are you ok?" She inhales and exhales deeply few times and clears her throat and nodes!

Danish quickly stands up, she looks at Danish and then notices he stood to shake hands with Abhay who was passing by near their table, all of them look at him in surprise, he was smiling, and still was holding the girl , he nodes at them all and then walks to that special spot!, Piya's gaze follows them feeling a painful lump in her throat, till they get seated and then he looks at her direction with playful eyes and draws the curtain, it was not thick but still it manages to keep the curious eyes of Piya from snooping inside it, as it was difficult to see through it in this dim light!, and all she got to see was 2 figures sitting very close to each other! Like they are cuddling up and her heart starts to ache and beat faster!

"He looked different na?" says Misha "OMG! he is not wearing black!" she chuckles, " he is wearing maroon shirt!, I think the funeral days are gone!" she and Kabir start to laugh, she continues with her taunting " and the weirdest thing is, he was smiling!, I didn't know he has dimples, Oye Kbair you have a competition now in dimples department" she says while laughing loudly now!

Panchi snaps" Misha now you are not making any sense!"

Misha looks at Panchi pointing at Kabir:" hey birdie, he is the one who is always flaunting his dimples thinking that girls go gaga over them!"

"I never said that" Kabir says, "jhoot mat bolo! you used to say that"

"oye, are you talking about the 7th grade, God Misha! You never forget anything!" Kabir says feeling embarrassed while shaking his head! Misha giggles nudging Piya and she smiles nervously!

Then he says "wow she is one hot chick!, lucky guy! and we felt sorry for him eh Misha?!" says Kabir smiling shaking his head

"Hot is an under statement, do you guys know who she is?, She is the hottest super model of the year! Tina, she won three trophies in a raw for best figure, best performance and best looks; she is very pretty, do you guys know she created a huge controversy also last year when she posed almost nude for a magazine! ", says Panchi

Piya swallows hard and suddenly feels sick!

"Wow she has guts too!, she is too sexy!" says Danish and Panchi looks at him furiously, he becomes nervous and slowly comes closer to her

wrapping his arms around her and says "not more then you baby, not more then you!" Panchi looks away! While Kabir cover his mouth trying to stop himself from laughing!

Misha says sarcastically looking shocked "guts! for posing nude!, all she need is to be a shameless bimbo to do that! loser boys! you never think with your brains or feel with your hearts, as you do both with your.." Panchi looks at her abruptly, she stops feeling embarrassed. Piya bites her lips and looks away nervously!, while Danish covers his mouth smirking,

Kabir chuckles" ha bolo Misha!, we think and feel with our..? " he says in a naughty voice, his eyes very playful!

Panchi looks at her furiously: "think before you talk Misha!, jao bhi mo Mai aata hai bas bol dya, without taking in consideration where are you! and who are you with!, sometimes I feel you should have been a boy instead of a girl!" she snaps at her angrily

Piya feels bad for the way Panchi snapped at Misha as the poor girls face changes and she looks down!, but as usual Kabir comes to rescue as he stands up and says with a big smile in his face "boys can never look so hot or beautiful as my Mish, hey my lady, let's go and dance" he winks

She refuses; he holds both her hands "come on now! See, puppy eyes" he start to make sad puppy eyes, she laughs and says jumping out of her seat "Ok loser" then he looks at Piya "come, you too babes, we will be a threesome" he winks

"No Kabir you two go, I will finish off my juice and follow you guys later" Danish and Panchi hit the dance floor too, while Piya watches them, Kabir in his usual ways was dancing with Misha and making her laugh!, Kabir is such a nice and sweet boy, and a very good friend too, she and Misha would make a very cute and perfect couple, she thought, and both Panchi and Danish were too good, she looks at them they both were lost in each others eyes!. She sighs deeply, lucky couple!

Piya couldn't take her mind off Abhay or his super model escort, who were seated behind that closed curtains, she didn't even notice how hot or pretty she was! As her full attention was on Abhay, she felt so bad; her heart was aching, what's wrong with me? Why I feel like this, I have no right to feel this way! he is not mine, he can be with whoever he wants to be with, I shouldn't be so weak, I hate my self for being so weak I never was like this, come on Piya focus before you lose your grip on your self, I wont be weak No I won't give you this satisfaction Abhay!

She looks at the dance floor Misha was waving to her asking her to join in she looks back at the closed curtains where Abhay was seated and notices that now they even came closer, she breathes heavily trying to get rid of her overwhelming urge to cry! and there was something else, she felt anger!, she felt like something heavy was pressing on her chest, she felt she can't breathe, I need to clear my mind, I need fresh air! and she stands up and heads for the garden!

Soon she rushes downstairs, and then towards the side door of the hall that leads to the garden, as she reaches there, she tries to breath deeply as she felt being suffocated, and slowly she regains her normal heart rate, stop it Piya, she shuts down her eyes trying to gain control on her emotions! She walks towards the beautiful fountain the soothing sound of the water and the fresh breeze filled with the aroma of the colorful flowers in the garden manage to calm her down a bit, she looks at the beautifully decorated fountain and the huge water fall that was made of real stones and looked so natural, there were yellow and violet spot lights casting some light on it and it looked divine!

"Well, well look who we have here!, hi charity case" says. T in her annoying voice Piya turns around and looks at her while she stands there with her date who looked a bit drunk" wow T who is this hot girl" says the boy while eyeing Piya from her head down to her toes, Piya feelsuncomfortable, while

T gets furious with envy" oh please!, Piya and hot! Are you blind?" the boy mumbles in a drunken voice "sorry" and walks away!, Piya looks at T with challenge!

T looks angrily at her" hot look doesn't suit you! Don't try to be something you are not, your own pathetic hippie look suits you more"

"Shut the hell up T!, it's not my fault that your loser boy friend has roving eyes" snaps Piya and looks away!

when Piya was the least aware, T now very angry holds her dress zipper and pulls it down with one quick move, exposing her whole back down to her hips!, She laughs and walks away

"What the hell!" Piya screams in disgust, and moves towards her to slap her!, but she was gone, and she couldn't follow her, while her dress was unfastened like this, with trembling fingers she tries to pull the zipper up and it gets stuck! She tries again and again but it won't budge!

She hears foot steps and she hides her naked back by standing behind a tree "o god what can I do now!" she starts to panic! The gang was busy dancing and they don't know where she was! Moreover she doesn't have her mobile with her, so she can call them for help, as she left it inside her bag inside the hall!

She watches from behind a tree, two drunk men were walking and she becomes more panic, and try to hide her self, holding her dress back , "T I am going to kill you for putting my in this horrible situation" she swears!

Meanwhile Abhay notices that Piya went down. He excuses himself from his beautiful escort and goes to look for her, he looks down in the dance floor and doesn't see her, he then goes down stairs to the wash rooms and asks the maid who was standing there if she saw a girl in her description entering the washroom

Where are you Piya?! he thought, getting worried now, then he heads for the garden! and after a quick search he finds her standing behind a tree and he sighs in relive!

"Piya Jaiswal!, don't you know that it's dangerous to roam around alone in such places! What are you doing here alone? and why are you hiding behind a tree?"

Piya gets startled "thank God!" she sighs pressing her hand on her chest it is Abhay!

"You are thanking God behind a tree!" he says rising an eye brow!

"No!, my dress" she bites her lips feeling embarrassed to tell him!

"Don't tell me, you have torn your dress yet again!" he says sarcastically shaking his head

"No I didn't! it's T fault!, she unzipped it, now I can't pull it up cause it's stuck" she says nervously looking at him he looks different in this color shirt she thought!

"I don't believe this!, you always manage to put your self in a stupid situation, one way or another, I feel foolish of asking this, but why did she unzip it?" he says looking amazed she hated the smug look on his face and she snaps" I don't know, maybe because she is an evil bimbo, why don't you ask her?! "

He chuckles and shakes his head" girls! Ok Let me see maybe I can help"

"No! " she says nervously, he smiles and looks at her mischievously "there is nothing back there that I haven't seen before" he says mockingly, she twitches her lips in disgust" I am sure you have seen allots of bimbos backs, but still no thank you!" he chuckles now smiling a huge smile, and raises his hands "your funeral, so now what? Will you stay here all night long?" he was teasing her!

Hesitantly she says "can you call Misha or Panchi and ask them to come they can help me out!" he nodes and calls them, one at a time, after few tries he says:" no one is picking up, I think they are still dancing"

"Ok can you go and ask one of them to come please" she says

a drunken man passes by singing and Abhay says:" do you seriously want me leave you here in this state, alone while drunk beasts are roaming around?!" he points to the drunk man!

He was right; she was very frightened before seeing him! She looks at him helplessly, she didn't want him to see her full naked back and she was aware that her undergarments were visible too!, as if he read her mind he says " I promise I will close my eyes!" his eyes were playful and he was smiling, still she wasn't sure, she looks at him nervously

"Ok I have a better idea" he comes closer holds her bare arms raising them up a bit she shivers from his hands warmth, then he slides his arms around her and pulls her toward him , she gasps " what are you doing?" her voice trembling

"Trying to zipp up your dress of course!" he softly says, he then brushes her hair from her back gently with his fingers to place them in front of her, both looking at each other intensely, his fingers touch her neck and she feels ticklish and bends her head down "sorry" says he, and then he closes his eyes, she looks at him anxiously, and wonders why did he close his eyes, maybe to concentrate!, little she knew that he did that so she cant see his eyes changing color!, as her closeness affects him!

His face was too close to her, his warm breath gently caressing her face, as she looked up to him her warm breath touched his face and he swallows hard!

He looks so cute!, why every time I look at him I feel that he is the best looking man I ever saw in my life, she thought feeling uncomfortable now by his closeness! She looks away, she felt strange of her ability to trust him, even after what happened two days ago when he kissed her! The flash back make her hearts melt! As she tries to stand still

"Don't move" he says as his fingers trace her zipper and as his warm fingers touch her bare skin she closes her eyes feeling the ecstasy of his touch, her heart beat become faster and she holds her breath, it was like he was hugging her although he wasn't!, as he wasn't very close, there was still a gap between them, but she could feel his warmth through his arms that were slid underneath hers, and his scent smelled good dazzling her senses, soon he gets a hold of the knob and after few tries of realizing the fabric from its clutches, he manages to slide the zipper up " there you are, done!" he says softly, she opens her eyes sending a deep sigh, he backs off and looks away!

Then he looks at her checking her out, examining her with his intense deep eyes from her head down to her toes his gaze stops in some certain places like her neck line and her legs, making her feel uneasy and making her heart beat faster like he has touched her "I don't know why you girls like to dress up in these skimpy tight dresses! How can you even manage to breath in them?" he says shaking his head with humor in his voice!

Irritated by what he was implying she thought, oh really! and what about your model girl friend who posed almost nude and her skimpy dress that she was wearing tonight! "Why don't you ask your super model striptease, bimbo, your girl friend?!" the words came out her mouth with anger without thinking, and she bites her lips! to her surprise, he grins flaunting his dimples he knew she was jealous and somehow that made him feel good

"wow harsh words coming from little miss two goodie shoes!, don't worry I asked her too, she said to flaunt her beautiful figure and to attract boys, and by the way she isn't my girlfriend I don't believe in this GF, BF business it's stupid! Why should I tie my self with one girl when I can be with any girl I like whenever I want"

She looks at him in disbelief "you mean you can't be faithful to one girl?"

" faithful! What that means? Don't be so dramatically naive! I am just 18! I like to get together with a girl, we enjoy our time and each others company among other things, if you know what I mean!, and that's it" he smirks

"Huh! you are disgusting! So it's all physical for you?!" She feels so disappointed, she never thought of him as a player type! Her heart starts to ache again!

"Maybe you never fell in love before" she says

He laughs" love! Are you serious? You're a sentimental fool, aren't you? Oh I forgot! you are just 15" she feels hurt and looks at him with anger" I am 17 ok! And call me whatever Abhay, but I feel sorry for you, because if you keep on with your twisted views on relationships and love you will end up living a miserable lonely life" with this note she rushes towards the hall entrance! Trying to control her tears that were gathering in her beautiful eyes! He follows her until she gets inside the hall, he watches to make sure she gets back safely to her friends!

Then he turns around and goes near the fountain, alone lost in his own thoughts, he closes his eyes in pain, he sighs, I had to do this Piya for your own sake, I had to lie to you, and tonight I will make sure that you hate me, if it was the last thing I ever do, and if this doesn't work then I don't know what else can I do! I am helpless Piya!

You look so beautiful tonight that I feel jealous just imaging any other man eying you! I don't want you to dress up like this because I don't want any other man looking at you!, God how beautiful you are! You don't know how it's difficult for me to hold back every time I see you, or breathe you! I love you so much, that it hurts!

I hate my self for making you sad and for making you cry if only you knew how much I love you! how much i crave for you!

I love everything about you, the way you smile, the way you laugh, the way you look at me when you are angry at me, the way you worry about me, the way you twitch your beautiful lips when you feel disgusted and the way you feel shy when I am close to you!

I love you Piya not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you, as you make me feel like a normal human being again! You Piya make me feel like i am a normal boy!

13- Shattered

Mean while on the dance floor "Mish you look very beautiful tonight" says Kabir
"Thanks, you are not bad your self " says Misha smiling while dancing with him.
"Hey maybe we should check on Piya, she said she will join us but she didn't"
" Oh there she is! " Kabir spots her entering the hall, he waves to her, she waves back and paves her way through the crowd on the dance floor to where the four of them were " where have you been?" says Panchi. She tells them that she felt she needed some fresh air, Kabir makes funny moves making her laugh! and she dances with them trying to take her mind off from Abhay!

"Hey guys I had enough!" says Misha catching her breath, "beside I am starving, aren't you guys hungry too?, why don't we have something to eat" says Misha, they all node in agreement. Soon they go upstairs to get something to eat

"Wow the food is excellent "says Panchi
"Mr. Raichand doesn't settle for less then excellent" says Danish proudly

"Hey girls let's dance again" says Kabir

"Not now Kabir, let me digest the food first" says Misha lazily
"ok, what about you Piya?" Piya smiles and nods
as they hit the dance floor Piya notices Abhay dancing with the model! The music was slow and their dance was very intimate, she was very close to him, they both were smiling, he whispers something in her ear and she laughs, and then she bends kissing his neck! Piya feels like someone has slapped her hard "hey are you ok?" says Kabir seeing her upset face, she sighs "yeah let's dance!" as he puts his arms around her, suddenly the music stops and changes to something fast!

"What the hell!" Kabir smiles "seems some one up there doesn't like me" and he was right! It was Abhay who ordered the DJ to change the song, as he still can't bare some one taking Piya in his arms even if it was just for a dance!

He knows sooner or later he has to control his urges to smash anyone who comes near Piya, but for now he couldn't and he didn't want to hurt Kabir!
Both dance and Piya notices that Abhay and his partner were gone! She sighs! They dance and Kabir makes her laugh by dancing old movie style, they dance for more then a half an hour when Kabir says

"hey, I will bring me something to drink do you want anything?" looking all flushed and feeling breathless, Piya follows him catching her breath "I want some water please"

" You wait here, I will be back soon" says Kabir" as she stand there watching others dancing, T comes along holding a glass of juice, she pours the juice on Piya's dress "oops sorry, I didn't see you" she laughs
"you idiot!, you did that on purpose!, just like you unzipped my dress!" she then slaps her hard on her face, T didn't expect that, she turns around and raises her hand to hit Piya " enough!" says Kabir as he holds T's hand in med air

"She hit me! " T says in protest

"She poured juice on my dress!" Piya says angrily, Kabir looks angrily at T :" what's wrong with you?, why do you always pick on her?"

"Huh! I don't give her any importance!, I will show you charity case" she says that in a threatening voice, then walks away

"Hey calm down" says Kabir looking at Piya's upset face and her tearful eyes!

" I have to go and clean up" she says with a big frown on her face

"That stupid girl!, hey sweetie don't get upset, she is just an envious girl she couldn't handle you looking so beautiful tonight" says Kabir, Piya smiles nervously and walks towards the washroom while Kabir watches her and sighs!

As she was about to enter the wash room, she hears sounds from the opposite direction, where the men wash room was, and the door was a little open, she turn around and she gets shocked, when she sees Abhay and his model friend kissing passionately, they were doing what seemed more then kissing, as she was all over him!

She turns her head disgusted "chee! he has no shame!" she rushes towards the ladies wash room her heart beating, so fast she could hear it, she felt like smashing something, she felt a sharp pain in her chest like someone has stabbed her, tears start to pour down uncontrollably from her eyes, she felt so hurt. Her heart ached, she shakes her head trying to erase what she saw, but it kept on flashing in her mind.

Why is she shocked?!, he told her that he is player, and there is nothing between them, she is nothing to him and he isn't her!, so why is she feeling this pain, she thought helplessly, she hears someone entering the wash room, and she wipes away her tears and splashes some cold water on her flushed face.

Then she sees a girl in the mirror, it was her the super model Tina, Piya examines her, Piya admits to her self that she was perfectly beautiful!, she had this straight light brown long hair, big hazel eyes, straight nose and well drawn lips, everything else in her was just flawless, she was picture perfect!, and she was tall with a very beautiful body! Piya seemed petite beside her!, she felt she looks like plain Jane compared to Tina!

"Hi" in a husky voice says Tina, wiping her lip with her finger as she approaches the mirror, she was wearing a short back less choli and red mini skirt, in fact her dress was more revealing then covering, she pushes her choli up a bit and her skirt down, tidying her self! Then she brushes her messed up hair with her hands!

Piya feels disgusted as the flash back of her making out with Abhay roams in her mind!, and she looks away, swallowing hard, so this is his type!, with trembling hands she wipes her face with some paper tissues!

"Nice place eh?" Tina says, Piya who had an urge to slap her for no reason tries to smile and says " yeah"
" by the way it's my first time to be here in Dehradun, this remote boring town, so I am surprised to see such a posh night club around here and it's all thanks to Raichands, Abhay personally invited me for the opening night, you know Abhay right?" then she chuckles and says "I am sure you do, who doesn't!" she winks!

Piya feels sick, and thought yeah he invited you to fulfill his desires you#@*!, she wanted to scream at her, just get the hell out of here and stop talking to me you #@

Tina then offers her hand in a filmy way and says" by the way, I am Tina I am a model, oops! I meant super model, you must have heard of me" she says with pride, what a fake snob, Piya thought looking at her while Tina was applying lipstick in a way like she is doing some kind of advertisement, she looks at Piya's washed face in a rude way and then offers her to use her lipstick

"No thanks" says Piya

"And you are?" says Tina looking at her

"I am Piya" she says nervously
"hmmm so you are Piya!" Tina turns around looking at her direction now she examines her from her head down to her toes, and says sarcastically " I see!" she says it a degrading way, Piya looks feels like she was trying to insult her.

Tina looks to the mirror again, while applying blusher now and says: "Abhay told me about you, but hey no offense, you are cute and all, but you are not his type at all" Piya feels so humiliated what the hell! What did he tell this bimbo!

Piya tries to control her anger and says" and what did he tell you exactly?"
" Nothing much hun! Don't mind, only this, that you follow him around bugging him like a little girl, who has a huge crush on him!"

Piya mouth opens wide in disgust and she snaps angrily: "really! Sorry to burst your bubble!, but he is the one who follows me around!, every time I look around he is there, have he told you about tonight!"

Tina ignores her anger and says calmly " you mean your dress!, yeah he told me, you should be thanking God that he went out to get some fresh air"

Piya started to feel that she could explode now and she start to have this urge to scream:" for your information, I despise Abhay, you tell him that! And just to let both of you know, that he will never get hold of a girl like me, because I am out of his league, all he will ever get are brainless, shameless and shallow girls just like him"

The girl starts to laugh "really!! Why would he look at someone like you Hun, when he can get someone like me?"

" I might not be as rich or famous or even beautiful as you are, but trust me I have something you will never have" she says and turns to leave Tina laughs and asks her " and what possibly is that?" she says without looking at her "brain and values" and she leaves the wash room while Tina was still laughing, just when she thought this night won't get any worst it did she takes several breaths trying to calm her self down, as soon s she sees Kabir she asks him to drop her home telling him that she couldn't wash the dress and she isn't comfortable.

Kabir says he will ask the rest if they want to go or stay, as soon he leaves her standing near the dance floor, she spots Abhay with Tina he had his arms around her and was laughing, she had an urge to go and lash out at him but she just looks way in disgust!

Soon Kabir and Piya head to her hostel as the rest decided to stay! Kabir tells her that she can change her dress and they will get back again but she said that she was tired and needed to rest.

"Here we are" says Kabir as soon as the car stops near her hostel

She smiles "thank you Kabir and good night" she was about to get out of the car when Kabir holds her hand and says
"Piya wait" she turns around and looks at him,

He looks nervous and says" I wanted to tell you something for quite sometime now" he sighs and licks his lips nervously "ha bolo Kabir" she says softly he looks away and then again at her" Piya I want to tell you that I like you very much, and I think I am falling in love with you, would you be my girl friend"

Piya gets taken back by what he has said, she looks at him in surprise and sighs "I am sorry Kabir, you are a very sweet and wonderful boy that any girl would like to have as a boy friend, but I never looked at you in this way!, I love you but as a friend , tum mere sabse ache dost hu, I am really sorry if what I am saying hurt you"

Kabir looks disappointed smiles a sad smile shakes his head and says:" don't worry we still are good friends" she smiles sadly and touches his face " tum buhut ache hum, hamisha esahi rahu, don't you ever change", then she bends and kisses his cheek gently, smiles, says good night, and gets out of the car, he touches his cheek with dreamy eyes and smiles, who knows Piya what the destiny holds for us, but I might still have a chance with you, I will sweep you of your feet, he thought.

Then he says smilingly:" hey are you sure you don't want to go back, I can wait for you till you change, and beside tomorrow is Sunday so we can stay late as much as we want!"

"No Kabir, I am really tired I think I am going to doze off as soon as I hit the bed", he nodes and smiles and watches her till she gets inside the gate, and then drives away!

Piya feels so exhausted mentally, more then physically! She looks out side as Kabir car drives off then she see a figure standing far near the woods she looks carefully: "Abhay!" and suddenly it vanishes! It couldn't be him, he was still in that night club, and he was dancing when she left

"God! Now I imagining him everywhere!, Piya you are getting mad, mad!" She talks to her self angrily, Abhay Raichand get the hell out of mind and out of my life, she thought, irritated by her own thoughts she walks in anger towards her room!

Little she knew that the figure that she saw was indeed Abhay's, who was watching her from nearby, and as soon as he senses that she saw him he moved fast away, hiding from her.

"I knew I will find you here" says Tina in her husky voice walking towards him
Abhay looks down shakes his head while smiling" you haven't changed! you still can track me"
She chuckles "old habits never die Abhay"

"So how did it go, did she buy our little play?" She says
Abhay looks lost and says" I hope so Tina, I hope so"
" Now I feel insulted!, I was so convincing!, and it wasn't hard you know, as you are so hot darling!" she laughs and comes closer to Abhay

"So my lover boy, how was the kiss?, our first kiss! You know I wanted to try this ever since I saw you 20 years ago" she winks and licks her lips seductively, Abhay laughs softly, and looks away

"Aww! You are blushing now!" says Tina giggling "come on! you can tell me! Did you enjoy it as much as I did?"

"I had better!" says Abhay with a mischievous smile on his face
" aw you killed me!" she laughs again" you had better!, hmm gosh you kissed her didn't you?! You kissed Piya!, no wonder you can't keep your eyes off her, you have tasted her, tasted her love"

Abhay looks away and brushes his hair with his fingers and says" a gentleman never kisses and tells" she looks at him with playful eyes and says" that you truly are"

Then she laughs and says "uh! The first kiss of love!, the tender and the divine kiss of first love!, and the rush of adrenalin that works like a drug in the veins sending shivers like a fever" she winks

Then she continues in a dramatic way like she was acting in a play:

"When age chills the blood, when our pleasures are past-
For years fleet away with the wings of the dove-
The dearest remembrance will still be the last,
our sweetest memorial, the first kiss of love" and she bows!

"Wow! George Byron!, not bad Tina! since when have you become interested in poetry? "says Abhay

She looks at him with devotion smiling "I had the best teacher one can get!, who taught me the value of books and made me appreciate the fine arts of life among other things" she winks, he smiles back.

She continues:" I have read all the books that you have recommended for me and more, in fact I have become a book worm just like you, and you were right there is nothing more enchanting then cuddling up with a good book in a lonely night" she winks

"You are a fast learner, I am impressed" says Abhay flaunting his dimples "So, tell me how is your family?"

"They are fine thank you, my mother just become a great grandmother my little brother has just graduated from medical collage, he is the first one who become a doctor in our village, I am really proud of him, while my little sister has just become a grandmother at age of 37, imagine that!, you know how these villagers are, they get married at very young age" she chuckles, her face glowing!

"I will show you a photo of her grandson" she shows him a shot in her mobile,

"Wow he looks so tiny!, hmm, you still keep an eye on them; it will become harder later, you know that don't you?" he says

She sighs" I know, but hey that's life se la vie right"

Abhay looks at her sadly!, no you still don't know Tina how hard it is to watch your loved ones grow old and die in front of you while you are still trapped in the same age mentality and same ageless body!, I have experienced it, I have seen my little cousins grow old and die and my friends too, he thought

She looks at him with affection" you know no matter how much I thank you I can never repay you Abhay, if it wasn't for you, I don't know what could have happened to my family"

Abhay shakes his head "are you thanking me for turning you into a monster?!"

She shakes her head "don't say that, it's not your fault you know what could have happened if you didn't, I wouldn't have been still alive, in fact I was the one who begged you after you rescued me and saved my life"

He looks at her, she had tears in her eyes, she is the only one from his own community, from the vampire colt that he can trust!, although he only knows her from 20 years!, since he turned her into a vampire!, she was only 20 at the time, she is a good person and has become his good friend ever since, their relationship is very strange, whenever they need each other they just have to give each other a call and they be there for each other no matter what!

She looks at him and in serious tune she says:" I know we agreed that we be there for each other with no questions asked, and I know you hate advices Abhay, but I can't help it, Piya, she seems like the girl for you Abhay, then why are you doing this?, she loves you deeply, I could see that in her eyes tonight, and you are crazy for her too, i have seen the way you look at her, so why?"

"Wrong!, she is in love with a boy called Abhay and not me!, I am a vampire or maybe you have forgot!, beside how could you ask me this?, you among all people should understand!" he says agitated

"I know Abhay, but don't you see that she was sent to you by God she is your only chance to be happy again, otherwise how could you explain all that happened ever since you both came here, and she was the one who rescued you too"

"God! Do you still believe in him knowing what we are" Abhay looks at her with doubt in his eyes

"Of course I do!, we too are created by him, everything is created by him, we among others should believe more for he granted us more powers for whatever reasons" he looks at her now becoming irritated

"Tell her Abhay; give her a chance to choose"

Abhay now becoming angry" tell her! Are you crazy? Don't you remember what have I told you about..." his face becomes stiff with pain he clutches his fists!

He moves fast and she does the same facing him" you mean Maithli!, but she isn't any thing like Maithli, you told me that" she says in a hyped voice

"Tina, I think its better that you leave now" he was very angry now, in those 20 years they have known each other they never had a rift and never argued , it always was mutual understanding and respect between them

She looks sadly at him:" you said, I among all people should know, well I know how it is Abhay to lose your love!, I know how its is to be heart broken, but I also know how it is hard to find true love someone who you can trust, and you know better, you lived long enough to know that what you find in Piya you couldn't find in a century and a half"

"No, I can't drag her into my life, into this dark life, she deserves better she deserves to live a normal life, have a family of her own and to grow old" he says in pain

"What's the worth of life without love Abhay? Have you thought of that? !..She loves you and she is hurting just like you, she has the right to know and she has the right to choose"

"Enough!" roars Abhay

She could feel his pain, and Knowing that she had crossed her line and has touched a very sensitive nerve in him, She changes her tune and says in a dramatic voice sighing:"sadly you didn't fall in love with me Abhay, if you did, then we wouldn't have been having our first rift, beside I don't know what do you see in her?! I am better looking, am I not?" she winks

Abhay looks at her still angry, he shakes his head in disbelief amazed by her ability to change the subject in this way" you are unbelievable, you are something aren't you?

She chuckles and puts her arm around his shoulder" calm down, I am not trying to bug you, just forget what I said"

He sighs and says" no you are not"

She looks at him puzzled" what?"

"You asked me if you were better looking then Piya, my answer is no you are not, in fact no other girl is!" he says in a serious tune

She looks at him amused and then laughs" thank God you are not upset from me, buts seriously, you find her prettier then me!, ouch! I am hurt!" she laughs again!

"Anyways, I have to go now, i have to be in Mumbai, I am glad that we met, and hey you look good in colors, stop wearing black all the time, life is colorful you know, go out from you cocoon Abhay and enjoy life" she pats his face gently!

"Thanks for the shirt, but you shouldn't have" he says

"No thank you, for wearing it kido, maroon shirts never looked any hotter" she chuckles

"Kido!, now I am hurt!, I thought you enjoyed the kiss" he winks and chuckles

"I would have enjoyed it more, if it was more then a kiss, but oh well i know you are kind of old fashioned, saving you self for one woman , the woman you love!" she winks and laughs again

"once a flirt is always a flirt You will never change your seductive nature, will you?" he shakes his head now his dimples are more visible then ever!

"Never say never, and look who is talking you are the biggest flirt i have seen"she laughs then says with a serious tune"I hope things turn for better for you Abhay, and for Piya, whatever that is, I will pray for you, always remember you are the good guy, and remember I am just a call away" she says that, and then hugs him before disappearing in the dark of the night!

14- Moving on

Piya crashes on her bed breathing heavily, what a day!, she thought, feeling so drained and exhausted, she wanted to cry but she just couldn't, there was a sense of emptiness and hollowness deep inside her, she looks up the ceiling as flash backs of bits and pieces of whatever happened flashed in her mind, she felt sick and disgusted as she recalls Abhay with Tina. A voice inside her tells her, forget him Piya! just throw him out of your heart and mind! He is not worth it!, he doesn't think about you! He is a player, who has no respect for any girl, girls to him are like objects for his personal amusement, he doesn't see them any thing more then sex objects!

You should thank your stars that he doesn't see you even worth of that! As he sees you nothing but a silly little girl, who has a crush on him, and bugs him to no end! She closes her eyes in pain, but how could I explain all this to my helpless heart?! she touches her lips as the memory of their first kiss starts to flash back in her mind , a single tear drop rolls down her cheek before her tired body and exhausted mind give in, and she dozes off falling fast asleep!

The next morning she decides that it's high time she concentrate more on her studies, after all that's the main reason for her to be in Dehradun, so she decides to not let Abhay affects her and the best way she thought would be, is to totally shut him off from her life by completely ignoring him! and she just does that, it was very hard in the beginning to not look at him or make excuses to talk to him, but eventually it became a habit , she continues on doing that as days pass by concentrating more on her studies, keeping her self well occupied, and busy all the time, and hanging out with Misha and the gang, whenever she was free, so she doesn't have time to think of him much!

however the hardest part of the days were the nights when she was alone in her room and had to sleep, so sometimes she kept her self busy by reading books till she falls asleep other times she did some exercises till she felt tired and that helped her fall fast asleep, however no matter how hard she tried there never was a single night that she didn't cry!

On the other hand Abhay was happy to see that his plan has worked, and that Piya was finally moving on, and trying to get over her feelings and over him, but deep down he felt an overwhelming sense of lose , he missed her like hell, he missed her looking shyly at him, he missed talking to her, even if sometimes she bugged him, he missed to be close to her, he was hurting deeply, but he didn't give in to his emotions, as he just ignored her the same way she was doing, and this what made Piya more determined, as she took his indifference behavior towards her at heart, as a result now she was convinced more then ever that he doesn't care a hoot about her, so she reminded her self constantly, why should she!

Soon it was the med semester holidays, a big group of students arranged a posh trip to Goa but Piya wasn't so keen on going and she tells Misha who wasn't convinced

"Piya yaar this is not happening, you have to come!" says Misha pulling Piya's arm like a little child
"it's Goa babes!, do you know what's Goa?! its laying lazily on the beach all day long, water skiing , jet skiing, beach parties, swimming, total masti" Misha says in a hyped tune
Piya shakes her head while tidying up her bed" Please try to understand Misha I seriously can't come"
"Ok give me one good reason why you are bailing on us?"
" For the umpteen times Misha! because I have promised the orphanage that i will help them organize their annual charity sale and raise funds"
"what a lame excuse! that's in the end of the week !, you still can come with us then you can go later, it's just for 4 days so you can still be with us 3 days , beside we all are going"

Piya looks at her and sighs" why cant you understand Misha? I am not like you guys! You guys are going to a 5 star resort that will cost allot, and there is flight fare and the meal costs, I can't afford all this"
"Is this another of your lame excuses?! Who said you have to pay anything, I will.."

She answers her abruptly "no Misha I don't need anyone paying for me, ok!" she says getting upset now
Misha looks at her with a stunned sad look "Do you consider me as anyone? I am your best friend ya!"

Piya sighs and wraps her arms around Misha" I know Misha you are not only my friend, but also my sister!, but that doesn't mean you have to pay for me, don't make me feel bad now, don't make feel like I am really a charity case just like T calls me!" she says sadly" Misha looks in surprise " don't say that!, T is an evil bimbo! How can you let her get into your hair? "Beside it's not like I am gonna pay from my own pocket money, dad will, and he sees you as a part of our family"

Seeing and being are two different things Misha! Thought Piya sadly and says"no Misha!"
Misha looks at her with challenge "we will see!" without any further notice she calls her mom and tells her, then she asks for her dad, and then tells him about the situation! then she hands her the mobile, Piya looks at her irritated, shaking her head in disbelief! while Misha looks at her smiling mischievously and says" dad wants to talk to you"

Piya sighs, Mr.Dobrial talks to her and tells her that she has to go and that she is like his daughter, when she protests Mrs. Dobrial takes over the call and tries to convince her, and finally she tells her when no one can listen, but her, "why do you feel embarrassed after all its your own dad who is paying for the trip! so please go and enjoy the trip with your sisters!" Piya feels stunned and sad at the same time from what she has said, with tearful eyes she hands Misha the phone thinking deeply, its the first time that Misha's mom acknowledged this fact!

"yipee! you are coming, trust me yaar! This trip will be the best trip ever" she hugs her while Piya looks her with a sad smile although a bit excited, this will be her first trip ever! As apart from Mumbai and Dehradun she has never ever been to anywhere else! Hell! she never been in a plane before!

Before two days of their travel Piya was choosing the stuffs that she would take for their trip, when she discovers the jewelry box stashed in one of her bags " oh god! I didn't give this back to Abhay, how did I forget about it" oh no this means I have to meet him and talk to him again! She sits nervously on her bed thinking what she can do, and then she has an idea that she will take it to his house and give it back to his mom since this was his parent's gift and not his!

As she reaches the Raichands residence she sighs in relive when she doesn't see Abhay' s car in the parking lot!
The head of servants let her get seated after she tells him that she needs to see Mrs. Raichand.

She was looking around the well decorated hall and she felt strange as she didn't see any personal photos of the family!
"what are you doing here?" her heart skipped A beat as she turned around to see Abhay wearing a bath robe his hair all wet , he seems that he just came out of the swimming pool

She was taken back as she didn't expect to see him!" he was staring at her, his gaze was intense, he looked annoyed, she looks at him nervously and tries to recollect her self as she says" I am here to see your mom"
" what for? What do you want Piya?", he says agitated looking away
" I want to give her this back" she opens her bag and takes out the box
" what's this?!"
" this is a bracelet, your parent sent with the roses the other day, after your illness, I wanted to give it back earlier, but I forgot about it"
He looks at her " i see, why are you giving it back? it was a gift! Didn't you like it?"
"No it's very beautiful! but I can't accept such an expensive gift"
"It's nothing! you have saved my life it's just a token"

She starts to feel uncomfortable talking to him! all these days she has been ignoring him" listen, just take it, I have to go"
"Sorry, I can't! we don't take back gifts, and don't you know that it's rude to give it back, its yours!, so do whatever you want to do with it, if you don't want it, throw it in the dust bin, for the least I care!" he says rudely,

She looks at him getting agitated by his ignorance, she looks at him intensely with challenge in her eyes, puts the box on the table and then she walks towards the door, and before she even reaches the door he grabs the box and throws it angrily in the dust bin before her eyes" what the hell!" says she, then she picks the box from the dust bin
"I don't want my mom to feel insulted because of your rudeness" he narrows his eyes
"I am not insulting anyone, why are you doing this? just give the damn box back to your mom!", she says angrily

She puts it again on the table, and again he grabs it and toss it to the dust bin!, again she picks it up and puts it on the table , as soon as he wants to grab it, she puts her hand over his hand to stop him" stop it" she says in a hyped tune, now both are angry, looking at each other with challenge in their eyes " you are just behaving childishly, like a serious pain in the butt" says Piya, "and you're nothing but a pest" says he

He was trying to hide his smile now, he liked how she was persistent, and he liked how she thought her soft warm hand can stop him!

"Piya!, hi baita" says Mrs.Raichand as she enters the hall eyeing them both as they stood in the hall, seems she was out shopping as the maid was holding many shopping bags. Piya withdraws her hand quickly and nervously, so does he "Abhay what happened to your manners?! Why didn't you ask her to have a seat, or have a drink" Abhay looks at his mom coldly "she is just leaving" he says, and then leaves the hall
Feeling relived, Piya grabs the box from the table: "no aunty, no need I am leaving, I just came to give you this back"

Haseena Raichand looks at the box puzzled "what is this?" oh God not again!, she thought, how could she forget, she opens the box "this was sent by you with the flowers" as she sees the bracelet she says" oh this! Why baita didn't you like?"

"No aunty, it's very beautiful, but I can't accept such an expensive gift"
" why? It's nothing sweetie, it's just a small token if our gratitude, beside Abhay chose it, you don't want to make him upset do you?"
She gets stunned and swallow, he chose it! Then why did he pretend that he doesn't know what it was?, why did he say it was his mom's gift? she thought

"keep it please, it will look very pretty on your hand" Haseena says softly

Piya didn't want to!, but she felt she can't be rude and say anything now, she sighs the woman smiles and pats her on the cheek, she smiles back and bids her good bye and walks out!

She walks back to her hostel, thinking 'oh that didn't go well, not the way I expected! Oh well at least now I know it's not that hard for me to face Abhay', and then she wondered why did Abhay lie about the bracelet! but somehow that made her feel glad to know that he chose it for her by himself!

Unaware that Haseena was looking at her from the window, then she looks back at her son, who was now fully dressed having a drink" you are right, she is nothing like Maithli, Piya is a good girl"she says in her husky voice with a stir smile on her face!

15- Goa!

When she reached her hostel, Misha was waiting for her in her room" where have you been? and why don't you answer your damn mobile?" says Misha agitated
"I was just walking" she says nervously
"Save your energy babes for the trip, now let's go"
" Where to?"
" Shopping silly, we will buy new stuffs for the trip" she says with a big smile
"No Misha, I will manage with my own stuff"
"Are you serious? Duh!, Who says No to shopping?! Beside you need two pairs of swimming costumes, few shorts and other stuffs for beach and before you give me any lame excuses, mama told me to tell you to consider this shopping spree as your late birthday gift, come on now Panchi is waiting for us there the three of us will clean up dad's bank account" she giggles
"Swimming costume! But I don't know how to swim, I never did!"
"What! Who on earth don't know how to swim? Beside you used to live in Mumbai whole your life so how come! Anyways no problem, I will teach you and soon you will be racing with sharks"
Piya gasps "what! There are sharks in Goa!!" I am joking silly" Misha giggles
she sighs and asks her "do you guys do this every time that you travel? I mean shop!"
She nodes" well duh! Why would we want to wear old stuff" she winks
Piya shakes her head in disbelief, as she follows her to the car, Misha tells her that once she and Panchi bought so much things for their trip to USA that their dad had to use another car just for their luggage, and when they came back home he had to hire two more cars!

The flight from Dehradun to Goa took more time then Piya expected as they had to wait transit in Mumbai for an hour and so, but she didn't complain like others, as she was overly excited and was enjoying every part of the journey, she was amazed to see that they are flying over the white clouds although she got a bit scared as this was her first time ever to fly in a plane but Misha and Kabir were very supportive as they comforted her, holding her hands during the take off and landing!

The whole journey was fun with Kabir and Misha joking around and Misha & Panchi's verbal battle, and Ruhi being her old funny self, they all sang and shared jokes and laughed, one of the air hostesses seemed annoyed from their loud behavior, while another one was amused and very friendly.

Soon they landed in Goa, the resort coach bus was waiting for them to drive them to their destination, as they get out of the coach" Wow!" gasps Piya in amusement as she sees the beautiful resort, that was located near the beach and there was a huge garden surrounding it with lots of palm trees, a huge swimming pool, and it had a spectacular sea view and the beach was just a few feet away!

Everything looked just amazing, but everyone else seemed they are least bothered waiting irritated to get their rooms keys, and seemed that Piya was the only one who was excited, smiling and looking at everything with amusement, Kabir notices that, and he looks at her amused with dreamy eyes

Soon everyone get to their perspective rooms to freshen up and change
Ruhi feels upset because she thought she would share room with Misha and Panchi, Piya tells her that she would be more then happy to switch rooms with her, she smiles and tells her that she is sweet and that she doesn't mind this time but next time she will!

Danish tells them that they need to get ready for lunch and that after that they can go hit the pool or do whatever they want

After lunch, Kabir, Misha, and the rest hit the swimming pool, while Piya watches them reading a novel, she was feeling embarrassed due to the fact that she cant swim as it seemed all of them knew how to swim, they were having fun, also because she was feeling uncomfortable in the red one piece swimming costume that she was wearing, although she wore a short above it!

Kabir comes out the pool, dripping and wiping him self with a towel:" hey Piya come inside the pool, it's more fun, what you are doing with this boring book!"

"This is an interesting novel" she says nervously
"She can't swim!! she used to live all her life in Mumbai and never learned to swim!" says Misha as she comes to get seated next to them toweling her hair
"What!, no problem I will teach you babes" Kabir smiles mischievously, she smiles back

"Hey lets order some tea guys" says Danish as he gets out the pool and get seated too
Panchi calls him from the pool" hey why did you get out?!"
He calls her and asks her what would she have tea or coffee

Soon, tea and coffee were served with some snacks, when suddenly Piya feels uneasy, she senses something but couldn't quite get what it was!, when Misha says with a stunned look, her mouth wide open:" W*H!", Piya turns her head to see what Misha was looking at, and her heart start to beat fast:" Abhay" she whispers, and everyone look at his direction!

Abhay was wearing a half sleeve white shirt with short jeans and sandals, he looked dashing with his sunglasses walking like a model he was coming to their direction

"Why is this loser here? Who invited him?! He is not wanted " said Misha agitated Danish looks at Misha :" I did" " Danish yaar why did you do that" says Kabir

Panchi :" Misha, Kabir shut up , we don't own this place, so anyone can come"

"How could you do this to us" says Misha in protest
"Misha sshhh!" says Danish nervously as he stands up to greet Abhay, he shakes his hand and says " you said you will come tomorrow"
Abhay "I finished what I had to do, so I thought I come earlier"

"Please join us" says Danish politely

"Thank you, but you guys carry on!" Abhay says softly, then he looks at the rest ignoring Piya, and with a stern smile he says: "Kabir!, ladies!" then he nodes politely and walks away!

Piya notices that many girls turn their heads towards him, looking at him with admiration, as he walks by, she sighs brushing her hair with her hand nervously while avoiding looking at him!

Kabir now very annoyed "I thought you said he won't be coming!"

"You guys need to know that when his dad got to know about the college trip, I had to tell Abhay, at first he agreed then he said he has other things to do in Mumbai, and yesterday he called and said he will join us, but later" says Danish feeling uneasy then he continues touching his hair

"I don't know why you people are making an issue!, he is the only son of my boss, so just be polite with him for my sake, and by the way he is a nice guy once you get to know him, and Kabir you should have at least shook hand with him!"
"Nice guy my foot! I loath the guy! I despise him, I won't pretend that I like him suddenly now, that he has become your boss's son!" says Kabir frowning in a hyped tune

"I don't want you to like him or be friend with him, just be nice to him" says Danish impatiently.
"I wonder why did he change his mind?! As I recall, he withdraw his name earlier, so why the sudden change of the heart now?!" says Misha in an irritated tune

"Stop it you two! You are spoiling our mood now!, what's wrong with you guys! Why do you making an issue! He isn't a monster and it's not that he is sitting with you or bugging you, it's a free country you know!, beside it's not like we own this place so we stop anyone from coming!" Says Panchi annoyed

"No! But why did he has to come when we are here!, you know what! I think Piya is the reason, if you ask me" says Misha everyone looks at her astonished including Piya

Piya who was till now a silent listener to this dispute gets taken back and says agitated" what the hell Misha! Why drag me in this?!, What are you saying?"

"Just stop it Misha" says Kabir in a hyped voice

"Chill all of you, and think! Earlier he listed his name but at the time when we finalized the list Piya wasn't included, so he withdraws his name, and now since Piya came he came after her! there is something between theses two, its like a magnet field, I can sense it every time they are near each other"
"Oh please Mish for the past few weeks he didn't even come close to her, let alone talk to her or bug her, hell as I recall they both behaved like total strangers" says Kabir angrily
"Strangers my foot! Strangers don't behave the way these two do, even when they are not talking, still you feel the electrifying field when they are in the same place! It's like a weird pull and push game" says Misha, Piya now was breathing heavy listening to them talking about her, and Abhay and analyzing them like she wasn't
there!
"What rubbish!, he doesn't like Piya, and as far as I know she doesn't like him too do you Piya?!" says Panchi looking at Piya now, and before Piya could answer Misha continues
"Oh please! Have you seen how he looks at her!, sometimes I feel like he wants to eat her!, and she.." before Misha says anything else Piya snaps angrily interrupting her: "shut up Misha!"

everyone look at her in surprise, taken back by her sudden out burst, she then looks at them nervously stands up while moving a strand of her hair away from her face and says: "excuse me" and turns to leave, but Kabir holds her hand: "don't!" Then he looks at Misha angrily: "stop it Misha! Don't interpret things like you know everything! Don't you see, you are upsetting Piya"

Misha looks at Piya's upset face she stands up and puts her arms around her:" sorry babes, I didn't mean to upset you, but you know that sometimes I speak without thinking, I will zip it now" she moves her fingers over her mouth like she is zipping it!, Piya sighs and says nervously: "Misha there is nothing between me an Abhay, he doesn't like me and I don't like him, its mutual" she says in a soft agitated tune

"As you say babes" says Misha her voice full of doubt!
"Anyways, we should stop it now; we are spoiling our mood because of that loser!"

"Not we Misha! Just you and Kabir!" retaliates Panchi, in an agitated tune

"Piya please don't mind!, my little stupid sis here, sometimes tries to act smart but since she has no brain the things that she says are all BS" Panchi smirks, Piya smiles
" Ha ha ha, very funny!, don't even try birdie!, you will not have any sense of humor even if you eat all the joke books for breakfast" and the bickering begins, soon all relax again, but for Piya, whose mind was now troubled, she was thinking about Abhay and about what Misha said about him being here because of her!

She shakes her head slowly and shrugs her shoulder and reminds her self, don't Piya, don't go there again!, he doesn't like you, he had made that very clear to you , and you have started to move on! Why did you have to come here Abhay? Why every time i try to ignore you and shut you off my mind, there I see you right before my eyes!
She sighs deeply and looks at his direction he was now shirtless, laying on the pool chair in the other side of the pool; he was relaxing as his eyes were closed!

"OMG! He is here, Abhay is here, Abhay is here " gushes Ruhi as she gets out of the pool and comes nearby their table, everyone look at her, "uff!" says Kabir then he jumps into the pool swimming fast. Oh no not again!, what's there about you Abhay! One can love you or hate you, but can never ignore you!, thought Piya!

"Shut up tracker! no need to get so overly excited and make that loser's air filled head get much bigger!, when he hear girls gushing over him like that!, I don't know what you see in that loser, and thank God that bimbo T is not well, and didn't come along, otherwise we wouldn't have heard the end of it, she would be following him around like a fly follows the garbage" says Misha agitated.

"Stop it Misha, don't start again, beside you will cause problems for Danish, if someone tells Abhay about the way you are talking about him!" says Panchi now very annoyed.
What she was unaware of is that Abhay have heard every single word they have said, as Abhay has the power to hear from long distance and see from far away too! He twitches his lips and sighs! He has felt Piya's pain and embarrassment but nevertheless he was amazed to realize that what everyone couldn't notice, Misha did! Among all people she some how did! How strange! She was the last person he could imagine that would understand their dilemma! Not bad Misha I am impressed never thought you would be smart enough, good thing that no one took what you said seriously! He thought with a soft smile!

Misha never made a good impression on Abhay, he sees her as a childish, spoiled, little brat, though she and Piya are same age, but she always behaves like she is younger, and he understood it was all due to her up bringing, being the youngest in her family she was way too pampered! But there was one thing that he adored and appreciated about her and that was the way she stood up for her friends especially Piya!
