It was a winter night and she walking on a lonely street..... It was a hill side and moon light was the only thing which was giving her some feeling of relaxation..."Mein kya karun kuch samajh nahi ata.... jaise jaise waqt kareeb a raha hai meri uljhanein aur zyaada barhti ja rahi hain... Mein kya chahti hun, mujhe khud nahi pata... ajeeb mushkil hai, kise qusoorwar tharaoon aur kisse nahi???? Mein... mein karun to kya karun?????" A tear travelled down her cheek and she sat down on the grass in a lonely garden.
Riddhima Gupta was an 18 year old girl... she was the girl of her own principals... she creats her own rules and regulations and strictly follow them... She was a simple common girl belongs to a huge and strong family. She was the eldest daughter of her parents, has 2 more sister who were younger than her and one brother who was 9 years old.... She was a common girl like any but one thing was different about her, whatever she do was according to her own thinking, she belives that making boyfriends and all is just a rubbish thing and it makes a girl loose her character as why can't she have only one man in her life????on whome she can trust that he is only hers (which she can only get after marriage) and love him only!!!! She never had crush on anybody as she had never paid any attention towards boys in that way although she has many male friends as well but apart from handshake, she never had any physical contact with anyone... she has a friendly nature and she does whatever she likes, show off was something she really don't know.....
Nikki was 3 yrs younger than Rddhima and was her great friend and sister.... Both the girls were like that they can share anything with each other.... Nikki always ignored what she didn't like but Riddhima was something else she belives in tit for tat!!!!!!
Malliks and Guptas were friends and like a family from a very long time, its like Riddhima's forefathers were best friends and then the chain continues in that way......
Armaan Mallik was of 28 and a mature fun loving guy... What ever a girl can imagine in her dream man, he has all that in himself... a great job and income about a lakh. He has a younger brother Rahul who was 19 and Riddhima's great friend....Riddhima and Rahul were like best buddies, they knew each other so well that they can predict what will be others reaction on what, They knew each others likes, dislikes, favorates and everything.....
"Di!!!!" Pari(the youngest sister) pushed Nikki...
"Pari kya kar rahi ho???? Mujhe kaam karne do..." Niki was busy with her mathematics homework....
"Di meri baat suno.... Don't you think that Ridzi di and Rahul bhaiya makes a good couple... i mean i would love to see them together...."
Pari smiled looking at Nikki...
"Oye!!! Dimagh kharab hai kya???? di ne sun liya naa??? to mar mar k tumhara kachumaar nikaal de gii...They both are just friends...But i think u r right tehy do make a good couple!!!!" Nikki warned Pari and then smiled...
"Wo to mujhe bhi pata hai k they are just friends... kyunki di ko ajj tak kabhi kisi ne propose karne ki himmat nahi ki, ya yeh kahun k di ne kisi ko itni himmat di he nahi kabhi.... koi un se takra bhi jaye to ek thappar to pakka hota hai!!!!" Pari laughed...
"Acha ab batein banana bund karo aur jao mujhe kaam karne do aur haan ghalti se bhi yeh baat kisi aur k saamne mat bol de na warna tumhara kya hoga tum soch bhi nahi sakti.... Di and Rahul bhai never!!!!!" Nikki's strict tone made Pari scared a little and she left the room...
"Bhaiya!! I need a new mobile, yeh to purana h gaya hai!!!!!"Rahul demanded...
"Abay oye... apne hoshow mein reh!!! purana mobile kya matlab hai???? abhi pichle mahine he to liya tha...." Armaan frowned....
"Bhaiya!!!! Ap ka phone hai!!!!!" Riddhima called out loud and Armaan went outside....
"Riddhima!!!! tum kahan ja rahi ho????" Armaan asked as he saw her fully dressed....
"Huh???? mein ja nahi rahi hun mein yahan i hun... aur agar app bhool gaye hain to bata dun k icecream due hai apki side se... aur app aj wohi khilane le k ja rahe hain...." Riddhima made him remind about icecream and went towards the kitchen...
"Yeh ladki bohat ziddi hai!!!!" Armaan thought and started chatting with someone on the phone.
Icecream treat was a full on masti program for all of them.... and Armaan was something everybody loved....kyunki bill to saari ussi ne pay kiya tha...😉
"Di tum mehndi pe kya pehn rahi ho????" Nikki asked Riddhima...
"Kapre!!!" Riddhima said in a sarcastic tone..
"Di... acha ek baat tao k Armaan Bhaiya ki shaadi kab hogi???? Aur sab se bara sawal kis ke saath hogi????" Nikki put a question...
"Hmmmm interesting question...." smile appeared on Riddhima's face...
"Dekho bhagwaan bhala kare uss ladki ka... kyunki uss jaisi ladki ki demand bohat hai...." Riddhima laughed...
"What do u mean???" Nikki raised an eye brow...
"I mean dekho naa... Rahul ka kehna hai k wo jo bhi ho uss ki best friend ban sake... aur rahul ko jhelna asaan nahi hai... doosra kyunki bohat saare log un k liye rishta le kar aye par reject kar diye gaye, isliye un k taunts bhi wo ladki bardaasht kare aur agar bardaashat karne k bajaye unhe jawab dena chahe to uss ke liye pehle usse unhe janna bohat zaroori hai.... phir wo ladki jhagre na creat kare ghar mein kyunki un ka ghar sab relatives a centro of attraction hai, khushi ho ya gham sab wahan mojood hote hain... phir wo ladki alag ghar ki demand bhi na kare...and then the biggest thing ke uss ki life mein bhaiya should be the first and last man as he is the best and he needs the best too as he never had any affair and thank God its like that coz i hate people who do have affairs break ups and all...uff!!!! mar jaye gii wo jo bhi ladki hogi .." Riddhima laughed more loudly while selecting her dress...
"Jo bhi ho bhaiya k saath maza bohat ata hai, especially unko tung karne mein!!!" Niki giggled..
The Mehndi function was full on fun, it was some relatives Wedding and everyone was enjoying when Riddhima felt something wierd and strange but stayed quiet..... Now lets have a look at those strange things....
Riddhima was busy with all the masti and fun when one of her distant relative chachi whispered to her sister... " Dekho Riddhima ke haath kaise tez tez chal rahe hain dhol pe..." Riddhima first heard that but then ignored....
"Yeh donow behne humaisha mujhe kis baat par taunt karne ki koshish karti rehti hain?????" Riddhima thought and stood up saying..." Koi aur dhol bajale, mujhe kaam hai..." and left...
Riddhima was drinking water when she heard some old relative ladies talking with Padma and Annanya... "Riddhima se baat ki????"
"Nahi abhi baat kar ke kya musibat khari karni hai???? Abhi wo itni mature nahi hai..." Padma replied...
"Yeh mamma kis baare mein baat kar rahi hain????" Riddhima again thought but then got busy with her friends....
On wedding day!!!!!
Everyone was busy in discussion ke ab Armaan ki shaadi kab hogi????? Riddhima tried to avoid more but she was constantly watching everyone's gaze at her while discussing Armaan's marriage.... She felt like running away from everyone and she did it....
At Night time.....
"Nikki mujhe samajh mein nahi a raha k yeh sab ho kya raha tha????? jo bhi tha aj ka din bohat ajeeb tha...." Riddhima said lying down on the bed...
"Di ek baat kahun???? Ab mere pait mein dard ho raha hai uss waqt se jab se mujhe yeh baat pata chali hai... mujhe app ko batana hoga..." Nikki sat on the bed switching on the lamp....
"Ab tumhe kya hua????" Riddhima asked...
"Di wo.... wo sab log Armaan bhaiya ki shaadi ki baat karte hue isliye appki taraf dekh rahe tha kyunki wo.... wo app ho jis se unki shaadi hogi!!!!!" Nikki said atonce....
"What??????" Riddhima shouted and stood up with a jerk....
"Tum pagal to nahi ho gai ho???? WO ARMAAN BHAIYA HAIN!!!!!" Riddhima shouted....
"Di please kisi ke saamne agar app kuch bhi boli to meri jaan ki musibat a jaye gii. please khamosh ho jao!!!!" Nikki begged...
"Fine!!!!! Ab mujhe saaf saaf batao ke yeh chakkar kya hai?????" Riddhima asked trying to cool down herself....
"Di!!!! yahan nahi kal subha baar karte hain!!!!" Niki tried to sleep...
"Nikki ki bachi meri neend uraa k ab tumhe sona hai???? Seedhi sharafat se bata rahi ho ya phir mein....." Riddhima warned Nikki...
"Ok fine to suno.... mehndi ke din meine bohat kuch note kiya tha isliye meine mama se poocha aur mama ne mujhe bata diya but strictly mana kiya app ko batane ko...." Nikki made a worried face....
"Agay????" Riddhima glared at her....
"Di!!! i know u hate shaadi and all stuff lekin apki yahan chalti kab hai???? i mean in mamlaat mein to kisi ki apni nahi chalti!!!!" Niki tried to lighten up the moment with a silly joke which didn't work at that time....
"Wo jab app peda hui thi naa... tab Billy uncle aur Annanya aunty ne kaha tha k agar unka koi bhi beta laiq faiq aur deserveable hua to wo apko beha kar apne ghar le jaein gay.... phir ahista ahista sab ko yeh pata chal gaya aur jitne bare hain wo sab bole k jab ghar mein ladki mojood hai to bahar se kyun layein????" Nikki took a break too see Riddhima's Reaction....
"What????" Riddhima frowned....
"Haan!!!! phir Armaan bhaiya fortunately or unfortunately bohat zyaada laiq faiq nikal aye.... apko nahi hai... par unhe shaadi ka shawk tha... so when he was of 25 he asked Annanya aunty about that aur unhi ne tab unse kaha k unki shaadi app se hogi aur unhe chup kara diya aur tab se le ke ajj tak wo chup he hain!!!! Ab shock mein chup hain ya app ko like karne lagay hain uss tarah se iss liye chup hain yeh mujhe pata nahi!!!!" Nikki raised her sholders and again lied down to sleep....
"And yeah... app ne aj tak na to unhe rakhi bandhi hai na wo app ke bhai hain.... Hum sab to unhe bhaiya bus isliye kehte hain kyunki wo humse bare hain...so shaadi to araam se ho sakti hai!!!!" Nikki added and Riddhima threw a pillow on her...
"What the hell!!! Mere saath itna bara game???? Yeh sab log samajhte kya hain apne aap ko????? Mein aur Armaan bhaiya???? i mean i say him bhaiya aur... yeh nahi ho sakta..... This all is rubbish!!!!!!" Riddhima shouted and tried to sleep but was unable to.....
Suddenly she started realizing the thing which looked wierd but happening around her all the time.....and she understood why was that so.... those taunts, those sarcastic words by some people who once tried to fix their sister's or daughter's marriages with Armaan....
"OMG!!!!! This is all horrible...." Riddhima grinned her teeth and sat down at the edge of the window......
Next Morning.....
Riddhima was not in a mood to talk to anyone, She went to colleage and came back after sometime as she was in no mood to study...
"Kya hua di????" Nikki asked as she saw her totally lost...
"Yeh tum pooch rahi ho k kya hua????" Riddhima glared at her....
"Uffo mein app ko batana to bhool he gai thi k sab ka yeh bhi kehna hai k agar ap ne naa kar di to yeh shaadi nahi hogi...." Nikki smiled...
"Acha really???" Riddhima asked in a sarcastic tone....
"di...." Nikki looked at her with a frown...
"What di???? no kehne k liye reason chahiye hota hai... and what reason do i have to say no????" Riddhima asked in an angry tune....
"Ummm acha ek kaam karte hain... aap reasons do aur mein sochti hun k kaun sa reason kitna valid hai..." Nikki suggested a way...
"Fine.....ummm" Riddhima started thinking...
1. Age Difference 10 years...bohat zyaada hai....
"Di you two make a perfect couple together so age difference dikhta nahi hai...so this one rejected...."
2. Mein bhaiya kehti hun unhe.....
"Di you don't have any blood relation with him...so bhaiya chor Armaan bulane ki practise kar lena... this one also rejected!!!"😆
Riddhima glared at nikki for this answer...
3. What about my studies???? i want to do a job aswell..
"Ummm... parhne se aap ko koi rok nahi raha aur wo log to app ko job karne bhi rokne nahi wale...so this one also rejected...."
"To phir approve kya hoga????? jab sab kuch rejected hai to????" Riddhima shouted ....
"Ummm ek reason ho sakta tha k app kisi aur ko pasand karti ho jo k hai nahi aur joot app bol nahi sakti kyunki ajj app jo bhi ho inhi logon ki wajah se he ho aur inhi logon ne app ko wo banaya hai jo app ho so yeh bhi REJECTED!!!!" Nikki added and Riddhima went away from there in anger....
There Armaan was sitting in his office busy in some work....after that he got some time free so he logged on to Facebook where he saw her status..." Jo socho uss ka ultaa kyun hota hai????"
A smile appeared on his face and he shook his head... He still remembers that day when he came to know about all this fuss...
"Mom ko kya ho gaya hai???? mein aur Riddhima!!!... Riddhima ko pata chal to poora ghar sir pe utha legii..." Armaan thought...
"Meine apni shaadi k liye ladki aur yeh sab cheezein mom dad par chori hain lekin Riddhima!!! i mean wo kya soche gii.????? abay wo jo soche go soche gi abhi tu kya soch raha hai????" Armaan solilquized himself...
As time passed by Armaan understood as he was mature enough that if any girl who can handle him and all this family easily and happily then its only Riddhima... She is the one who will be a great friend and a life partner, she is the one who will never fight or go aginst his family or will never hate to stay in a joined family as she is used to all this... all he has to do is just try to imagine her in his life and give respect to her feelings...
From that day, Armaan decided to be with her as he was before, he never gave her any different sigh or something and soon fell for her as she was what she is with him... she became her admiration and when ever he imagines his furture life Riddhima was always there...
Few Days passed by and Riddhima slowly started accepting all this by her heart but never showed to anyone that she knew all this now... But now she was confused, totally confused...bcoz she don't know what to do????
There were more reasons to say YES than NO...
1. She has to go no where else as its like family so she will be near to everyone...
2. Armaan is a man of any girl's dream....
3. She knew everyone and everyone knew her so well so no formalities....
4. Armaan knows everything about her and understands her so no issue will arise here...
5. These days girls are like publicity material that people come see them and then rejects...so she has to do nothing like that.. He will never stop her from doing job or furthur studies and she knew this...
6. He obeyed his parents decision and never went towards anyother girl... doesn't this all show his kindness....
7. He never ever gave me any signal like that because he knew that i will feel awkward....
Unknowingly Riddhima started accepting him but still sometimes again her brain turns and she starts to count reasons for saying no... she was angry as everyone else knew about this even Rahul also but he never told her about that...It was her life and she must know about all this... Now by 20 they all are planning to make me get married to him as Armaan's age is of marriage and its already too late for him to get married...
Few more days passed by everyone was same by Riddhima's point of view changed alot she was unable to be with armaan as she was before because when ever she was with him she feels others watching them as a couple and she gets an awekward feeling.... She started getting more clues when her family tried to inquire about her future plannings....
That day she was alone as all others were out and she started walking towards a garden near to her house, again thinking of some reasons to say NO as she thought what will she say if any day her mom will come and ask her about this...
"Mujhe samajh nahi ata kya karun???? ajeeb kashmakash hai??? kis se poochoon???? agar koi aur ladki meri jagah par hoti to wo kya karti????" Riddhima thought...

Seriously you guys help me out with its end... tell me what do u think Riddhima should do???? if u were at her place what u would have done???? Honestly do you guys have any reasons to say No??? Don't think its Armaan so she should accept it... Tell me what you feel....
