*In the Canteen*
Samrat , Benji and Diya (with her chamchas') were talking about the Talent Parade schedule , when Diya saw Gunjan's name in it and immediately recalled that day when she had insulted her , so she asked
"Hey Sammy! Yeh Morena ki Miss pardako bhi part le rahi hai? " Her chamchas' laughed along with her while Samrat said "Come on guys! You all know that her voice is just so magical yaar."
Diya was surprised as she always thought that Samrat would also be making fun of Gunjan , so she asked "Sammy , tumhe kya who hot lagti hai?" to which Samrat replied "Nahi , hot toh nahi par she is beautiful (seeing Diya's face , he said ) matlab intelligent."
If Diya was surprised before , the now she was angry but then suddenly she got an idea and she said " Waise Sammy , mujhe nahi lagta ke she likes you even a bit".
Samrat was completely confused as to why Diya thought so , and he asked her "Candy and may I know why do you think so?"
Diya was waiting for him to ask this "Sammy! Tumhi dekho naa, woh humesha tumse door rehti hai , tumhe humesha back answer karti hai , etc."
Samrat went into deep thought "Is Diya right? But I thought at least we could have been friends. Does she really doesn't like me as a friend ? Does she……"
He couldn't proceed with his thoughts as Diya said "I have an idea but before that answer this do you wanna Bet Sammy?"
Samrat nodded but asked "On what?"
Diya said "On Gunjan!"

*In the corridor*
Nupur was asking each and every boy "Kya aap mere saath talent Parade main dance koroge?" but all of them were only saying one thing "Not interested!" which disheartened the poor girl. She was in such a hurry that she suddenly crashed into someone and even without looking up she knew that it had to be him , Mayank.
She then looked up and said "Sorry! I was in a hurry" while Mayank said "Its okay. Nupur I'm ready to be your dance partner"
Nupur was shocked and her mouth was wide open and she couldn't get over the fact that he had said yes.
Mayank had an amused smile over his face seeing her reaction and he said "Don't get so shocked. Jab tum project report se lekar ab tak itni mehnat kar sakti ho toh main tumhare liye itna toh kar hi sakta hoon."
Nupur smiled at him and thought "Acha hua jo maine sirf project report main hi Gunjan ki help li"
Mayank and Nupur asked a random boy about where Diya was and he told them that she is in the canteen. They were decided that first they should select the song and then go towards the canteen.

*In the Canteen*
"On Gunjan??" asked Samrat not understanding a bit.
"Yes Sammy! See all you have to do is make her hug you and then if Gunjan actually does hug you then it means she also likes you as a friend at least otherwise……and also as you always say nothing is impossible for you so even this wouldn't be."
Samrat didn't like the bet idea but to prove it to Diya that Gunjan did consider him as a friend , and also that he could do anything , he accepted it.

*Near the Canteen*
Mayank and Nupur weren't agreeing on one song.
If Nupur said "Sholon si" Mayank would say no and if he said "Beloved girl" she would say no. Both had their reasons. Nupur's reason was its an English song and she wanted to dance on a hindi song while Mayank was okay with hindi songs but the ones Nupur chose were way to filmy.
Finally both of them agreed on "Pyar ki yeh kahani suno" and submitted their names to Diya causing all the students especially girsl of excel a big shock.

*Next day*
Diya and her chamchas' were busy in screaming on every other person regarding something or the other.
Nupur and Mayank were busy rehearsing but in the middle of the song Nupur would keep leaving Salsa and start doing her bollywood dance and this was irritating the hell out of Mayank.
Gunjan was also practicing for her performance in a room and unknown to her she was being watched by a certain someone.
It was Samrat. He was just staring at her from outside and thinking about does she consider him as friend? He let it be and went to practice for his performance.

The day ended with everyone just practicing for their respective performances.
*At Bhushan house*
Nupur had thrown all her clothes around the room and when Gunjan entered and saw the mess she said
"Di please can I select a dress for you?"
Nupur nodded.
Gunjan took out a deep maroon colored drees which had a pallu like a saree in the corner while the rest of it was very modern.
Gunjan looked at Nupur with a "is-this-ok?" look and Nupur stared at the dress and said "Wah! Gunjan……yeh toh tune bohot sundar dress nikaala hai."
Gunjan smiled and said "Acha di chalo ab so jao!"
Nupur asked her "Tune sochliya ke tu kya pehenegi?"
Gunjan said "Haan di, maine toh pehle hi sochliya tha. Ab sojatte hain".

*Next Day Morning*
Excel college was completely filled with people who were busy because of the Talent Parade which was due on the same night.
Everyone was really waiting for the talent parade to begin.

*At the Talent Parade*
Diya came wearing a halter golden color dress followed by Annie and Chacko who were smirking at her plan og separating Samrat and Gunjan.
After her entered Nupur and Mayank.
Mayank looking extremely dashing in a black salsa outfit which was shining and along with him came Nupur wearing the same outfit Gunjan had chosen for her.
Uday and Gunjan were right behind them. Gunjan was wearing a long white colored anarkali which made her look simply stunning. Uday wore a simple black Shirt with a golden-black tie.
At last entered Samrat looking just more than HOT! He was wearing a Black shirt with Silver Blazer. Benji too came wearing a black T-shirt with a Yellow sleeveless jacket.

*After Sometime*
The audience had filled the auditorium and Miss Aha was on the mike giving the welcome speech and etc . Then started the dance programs Mayank - Nupur were going to be the last ones to perform.
Nupur was ready and waiting for Mayank , she thought "Ab yeh kahan challe gayya? Phone karne gayya tha toh itna time kaise lagga raha hai. BY GOD!" She at that moment saw Mayank walking towards her in slow motion and she went into "Mayank" land but she came back to reality soon because she could see that Mayank had a grim expression and she wondered what was wrong.
Mayank just came and stood beside her silently and Nupur didn't ask him anything as she didn't want him to feel upset.
Miss Aha announced after what seemed like years that it was Mayank and Nupur's turn. Nupur smiled at him but he simply walked towards the stage.
They began dancing , to the people it looked really swift but Mayank was dancing very fast and roughly with Nupur and she was really confused with his behavior. Finally their performance was over and they walked out, the moment they reached the backstage Mayank told him to meet her later.

Now the singing performances started , and Gunjan's turn was next but sadly the guitarist had fractured his hand at the last moment and couldn't perform. This made everyone really tense as Gunjan's song is incomplete without the guitar.
Gunjan was freaking out. She thought "Here goes my 'Magical' performance down the drains"
Miss Aha came and told Gunjan "You have to perform, I'm sorry Gunjan"
Gunjan went to the stage and began to sing with all the strength and confidence she had within her.
At first she sang well but after tow lines she couldn't sing properly as she was used to the guitar music in between and everyone started saying "Loser! Loser!" . She didn't know what to do and was about to walk off the stage when they all heard a guitar and slowly the person on the guitar came in front of the audience and all became wild and started shouting out his name "SAMRAT! SAMRAT!"
Gunjan was just shocked and thanked him through her eyes while Samrat smiled at her sincerely.
She sang so beautifully and Samrat played the guitar so well that it looked like this song was made for them.
After the performance when they both walked backstage Gunjan just kept thanking him , she said " Samrat! In the past few days we have become good friends and today you have helped me so much , really thanks a lot." With that she moved forward and hugged him and Samrat was just confused weather to hug her back or not but eventually he hugged her back.
"Since we are friends can I call you chashmish?" said Samrat
Gunjan said "ok"
Samrat then said "Always ke liye?"
Gunjan nodded.

*In a room*
Nupur entered the room to meet Mayank. He had her back towards him when she started saying "Mayank! Tum yahan ho! Waise you danced really well and by god! This shirt is just looking so nice on you and…" She couldn't continue as Mayank turned back and said angrily "STOP IT Nupur"
She was shocked at the way he screamed at her and waited for him to go on and so he did "Bass Karo Nupur! Tumhe sirf apni hi pardi hoti hai haina? Tum bohot selfish ho! Apna project apni behen se banvayaa na tumne aur yeh mat kehena ke yeh jhoot hai!"
Nupur was shocked. She thought "How did he get to know? And moreover it was only the report Gunjan had made the rest of it is MY effort."
She said " Mayank Gunjan only made the book report but the rest……"
Mayank interrupted her again and said " The rest doesn't bother me anymore Nupur"
Nupur said "FINE! Don't listen to me and go to hell they turned around and started to walk in different directions.

*In a Corner*
Samrat was standing and thinking about the hug when Diya suddenly came and said "Hey Sammy! Bohot Khush ho"
Samrat said "Nahi Candy aisa kuch nahi hai main toh aise hee!"
Diya then said "Oh! Come on Sammy I know your Happy because you won the "Gunjan ko hug karo" bet".
"Gunjan ko hug karo?" said another voice.
Both Diya and Samrat turned in the direction of the voice and were shocked to see Gunjan standing there. Actually only Samrat was shocked , Diya was happy from inside but pretended to be shocked.
Gunjan continued and said in a very angry voice "Kaise bet hai yeh Diya bolo?"
Diya told her " woh Gunjan Bet toh sirf yeh thi ki tum Sammy ko khud hug karogi aur issliye humne tumhare guitarist ka haath bhi"
Gunjan just made a disgusted face at them especially at Samrat and without uttering a word she just began walking away when Samrat called out to her "Chashmish!" but she didn't stop so giving up he too walked on ther other side with Diya who was pulling him.
