Jaee, finally they removed all the pain inside them and this had to be done to welcome a new day which is awaiting them.. Yeah, still there are lots of things to be done, they need to speak, understand each other.. but atleast now, they must be feeling light-hearted... and you have written very nicely and the best line for me in this update was

The night turns the darkest before light shines through, the phoenix soars from ashes and remember, even the sun rises ...

And my fav part is the accident part, when he gets her home, looks after her and gazes at her the whole night feeling as if shez a dream.. it was just beyond words to explain that feeling.
