Over there Dev informs NT that maan veerji is getting married in 3 days … NT is shocked after hearing the news …

NT – " Maan shaadi kar rahen hain 3 din main … aisi kya emergency hain ki unko 3 din main shaadi karni hain …. Wo tho shaadi kae sakt khilaaf thae …abhi achanak shaadi …ladki kaun hain …."

Dev – wo baat tho mujhae maalum nahin hain … par yeh maalum hain ki wo unka secretary reh chuki hain …

NT – Maan apni secretary sae shaadi kar rahen hain …. Secretary sae …

Dev – haan … aur wo bhabhi ji sae pyaar bhi bahut karthae hain ….

NT – dev hamein delhi jaana hoga …

Dev – haan hum jaayengae par abhi nahin … waise shaadi kae liyae abhi waqt hain …. Shaadi kae din tak toh pahunch hi jaayengae … pehlae idhar jis kaam sae aayae hain wo kaam toh katam kar lethae hain …. Back to the mansion ….

We see that the designers are showing Geet different designer sarees specially designed for occasions like marriages & for all the different customs involved in marriages & our dear Geet is actually lost & paying no attention as she is is looking out for Maan instead of deciding sarees for herself ….

Maan is in the corridor while making his various phone calls & then at the same time both Maan's & Geet's eyes meet ….

The designers are showing the sarees and asking her opinion …. Selecting First saree for the engagement …they show a Orange saree with copper color work on it to her & put it on her shoulder to see how it looks ….& Maan in the corridor is still having eye contact with Geet & he sees the saree on Geet & gives his dissaproval by noddinh his head in a no … saying that he does not like that saree on her …Then geet sees that saree on her shoulder …. Without thinking even for a split second if she likes that saree or not …

Geet 2 the designers – yeh acha nahin hain …doosra dikhayiyen ….

Next they place a Beige color saree with silver border on her shoulder ….& Geet is again looking at Maan for his approval …..

Maan is signalling with his hand saying that saree is ok …not bad …

Geet again 2 the designers –yeh kya aap baar baar aisi bekaar bekaar sadiyan dikha rahen hain … kuch acha dikhayiyen na …

Dress designer – ek second mam… abhi dikhate hain … yeh dekhiyae…& then they place a bottle green color saree with gold work on it … Geet is looking at maan again for his approval & asking if that is fine through her eyes ….

Maan signals that this one is perfect for his would be wife…

Geet is happy & then tells them – yeh acha isse side main rakh diijiye … main yeh wali sari loongi ….

Dadima is watching both Maan & Geet from the beginning while they were lost in themselves & was smiling to herself & then she comes near Maan (As soon as geet saw that dadima was beside maan she was looking at the sarees & Maan did not understand why she was not looking at him ) dadima - Maan (Maan was not expecting dadima over there so he was taken aback at her sudden surprising visit to the corridor)…

Maan – dadima aap yahan ….

Dadima – kyun main yahan nahin aa sakhthi hun kya ….main yahan rehthi hun maan agar aap bhul gayae ho tho …

Maan – nahin dadima …waisi baath nahin hain …

Dadima – toh kya baat hain maan … waise bhi agar aapko Geet kae liye saree select kar ni hain tho aisae dur sae kyun select kar rahen hain … jaayiyae aur unkae paas jaa kae unkae madad kar deejiyae … main kuch nahin sochungi …

Maan – Nahin dadima …aisi baat nahin …

Dadima – Maan meri baat maniye aur Geet kae paas jaayiye … dekhiye toh wo aap ki taraf kaise dekh rahin thi aur bina saree ko dekhe hi usse pasand kar liya kyun ki aapne usse pasand kiya hain bol kae … zindagi main aisi lamhae baar baar nahin aathe maan … meri baat maniye aur geet kae paas jaa kar baithiyen aur unko sadiyon aur gehno kae selection main madad kar dijiyen bhale geet ko aap ki madad ki jaroorat nahin hain …phir bhi … iss tarah Geet bhi kush ho jaayegi aur aap bhi … jaayiye … aur yeh pal aap dono ki zindagi ki yaadgar pal hongae …

Maan – dadimaaa … main udhar ….

Dadima – maan … main kuch nahin sunungi … jaayiye … ya phir ab biwi aane waali hain bol kae dadima ki koi ehmiat nahin rahin …isliyae aap meri baat nahin maaan rahen hain … waise aap pehlae kab meri baath maanthae thae …

Maan – dadima … aap baath ko kahan sae kahan le jaa rahen hain …

Dadima – abhi aap jaayengae ki nahin..

Maan – teek hain … main jaa raha hun …

Maan goes downstairs to help Geet with the remaining selection …

Geet is now selecting jewelry for that bottle green saree which maan selected … jewelers are showing her victorian style sets (or say JA sets / antique sets / kundan sets )1^st set - jade ,2^nd set – green onyx ,

3^rd set – Green tourmaline with uncut diamonds which goes perfectly with the saree they selected for the engagement … geet is still taking time in choosing the jewelry … maan comes & picks up the 3^rd set which is in victorian style i.e. Green tourmaline with uncut diamonds …..

Geet – aap yahan ….

Maan – hmmm… yeh kaisa laga …touching the 3^rd set …

Geet – acha hain …(watching maan)

Maan watching Geet & speaking 2 the jewelers – yeh side main rakh deejiye … In that way they both select remaining sarees & jewelry for the remaining customs & then finally the bridal saree & bridal jewelry is selected …….
