Sanam... Awesome story.... loved the first update.... I really liked to see Mayank as doctor and less akdu sadu person. He seems pretty grounded and nice person. I hope he is still not in love with Simi...his bewafa wife.... and my heart felt bad for the girl in coma... Nupur...!!
