I am Updating afters o long so i think i should better give the summary of the whole story once again till the last part...
1st Thread
The story starts with present where Armaan was living in sajivani as a patient + doctor....He was struggling with brain tumor which was at a very critical stage that every doctor refused to do his operation as they can't operate at such a critical position. Armaan studied his own case and he knew that he can operate it very well but you see he can't operate himself.... Armaan was not only a nueorosergen but a doctor who loves to do experiments and he was even successful in inventing a cure of some dangerouse diseases. Riddhima was away from Armaan in London. She is also a neurosergeon and very successful also.
Now Armaan starts to write his diary as he was sure that he won't survive for a longer period of time.
"He writes in his diary how his dadi married him to her friend's grand daughter "Riddhima". Riddhima has just finished her M.B.B.S was was ready for her internship. Armaan fell in love with Riddhima the first time when he saw her, He also allowed her to do internship in sanjivani where he himself was a doctor.... Very soon Riddhima became his life, They both loved eachother very much.... In this journey Armaan's dadi died but Riddhima supported him very well. After an year Armaan came to know about his brain tumor, He contacted many doctors but all refused to operate him. At that moment he decided to walk out of Riddhima's life because he dont want her to shed tears for him. all her life. He knew that she will never get married again as she loved him very much so he started to make his image bad infrontof him. He started ignoring her and lieing her to build doubts against him in her heart but his plan doesnt really worked... She loved him so much that she never let any doubts enter between their married life. After few days Riddhima's Nani also left this world and this time forgetting everything Armaan not only supported her but also made her strong enough to handle any sort of difficulty that might come on her way...
Riddhima never met muskaan as she was away from sanjivani for some years and was Rahul's fiance. Armaan used took its advantage and made sure that Riddhima will see him with Muskaan and when Riddhima just generally asked him about that he burst out at her and said thet heloves her and if Riddhima has any problen with it then she can leave."

In London Riddhima had a baby girl Siya but Armaan doesnt know anything about it. As Riddhima was very successful in neurology so Abhimanyu Modi thinks of sending Armaan's case files to her. But they only knew her from the name DR.MALLIK.
Piya, Riddhima's friend saw Armaan's case file before Riddhima and tore the first page where Armaan's name and photo was given. Later we found out that she was Armaan's childhood friend and loved him. When she came to know about Armaan betraying Riddhima from Riddhima, she didnt believe that but she also don't want to break her friendhip with her so she didn't tell her that she knew Armaan. When Piya saw Armaan's case file she came to know the reason behind Armaan's betrayal with Riddhima. So she planned to help them. According to her plan and with the little help from the gang she forced Riddhima to take that case and some how succeeded in making both AR fool about that doctor patient talk...
When Riddhima saw Muskaan she felt disgusted but later came to know that she is Rahul's wife so again she sensed that something wrong is going on. Piya took the charge of making father daughter meet. In less time a great bonding developed between Armaan and Siya unknown to Armaan that what relationship he have with that small little angel. On valentines Night Armaan saw Riddhima in a mandir and a photo of her and a little chid and misunderstood that she has married someone else but he was unale to bear that fact and enters the game of Life and Death.
Somehow the gang puts on makeup on Armaan's face and Riddhima operates him without knowing that he is Armaan.
She tells everybody that the patient is normal but there is a chance that due to slow responding in one vain he may have a short memory loss and may turn to a opposite character i:e If he eats with right hand then he will start using his left hand.
That Night after Armaan's operation Piya shows Riddhima, Armaan's diary and told her the truth. Riddhima ran towards Armaan and cried her heart out. She still loves him and knew that He loves her too and can never betray her.
2nd Thread
Now here the story takes a leap of One Year and Now its Riddhima who is writing diary. Siya has grown up a little and Piya is away from them. Armaan is not with Riddhima why???? that we will came to know later and now Riddhima is writing in present the diary where she is telling that what happened after that operation night.
"When Armaan got consious he only remembers that the Night he got married to Riddhima, he met with an accident and now he is here. He was totally a changed man, he forget about his dadi's death and all what he just remembers last is his marriage ceremony. He hates everything he liked before, he became a flirt and also starts to flirt with Piya. When he asked about Riddhima in doctors coat she lie to him that she is here as an intern and his dadi had gone to some yatra... Armaan liked Riddhima and Riddhima understood that if she has to win him back then she have to apply the technique TIT FOR TAT....
Armaan hates Kids, but piya in order to take revenge with him for flirting with her leaves Siya with him and siya made him more elergic to children by irritating him and making him go mad. And Piya and Riddhima are worried that what will they say to Armaan about siya once he enters home... A man from London is coming to sanjivani for handling a case and he has some connection with sanjivani but what??? and who is that person????"
This is what till now Riddhima has written in her diary.
At present Riddhima is living alone with Siya in dehli and someone is there outside who is troubling Riddhima and asking her to get married to him but because of some reason the gang and Riddhima could do nothing. There is one person who can tackle with that guy but Riddima is not calling him as she has trust that Armaan will come and save her but who is that guy????
On the other hand Armaan is somewhere far from India and is missing Riddhima badly so he still loves him but still they both are not together...
The gang spotted Armaan somewhere but still were not able to meet him....Armaan goes to Dehli for some work... Riddhima again writes the diary where she mentions about Vikas, Armaan and Piya's child hood friend... Bikas was just like Armaan and the gang made him Piya's hubby just infront of Armaan so it will look like as Siya is their daughter... Armaan and Riddhima spent some time in a resturant and then went back home where vikas and piya will also be staying as guests for sometime.... Armaan have doubts about piya and Vikas's marriage as they two fights alot and in the night, siya makes a fuss by crying and crying only and end up sleeping with Armaan and Riddhima....
Riddhima stops writing down the diary and went to sleep
