Mayank and Nupur entered the Sizzlers, side by side. To an outsider it would seem that they were lovers, because there was an obvious chemistry between them. To the outside world they looked like a madly-in-love couple.
Nupur spotted Gunjan and walked towards her.
"Congratulations Gunjan," she said, hugging her friend.
"Congratulations to you too," Gunjan said, hugging her back.
Once again, to the outside world the girls looked like long lost sisters or friends. Mayank approached them and sighed.
"Now if you guys are done can I congratulating each other can I congratulate my sister Nupur?" he asked, rather rudely.
Nupur backed off, a little hurt. She looked at Mayank, wondering why he was being rude to her.
"Congrats sis!" Mayank said, hugging Gunjan.
"Thanks bro," Gunjan said. "I'm damn nervous to be here."
"Don't be sis, coz I came her just for you," Mayank said.
"Oh don't lie to me," Gunjan said. "There is no excuse for you to come to Sizzlers."
"How can you know me SO well Gunjan?" Mayank asked. "Anyways...HEY isn't that Samrat Shergill?"
Gunjan turned, 180 degrees and saw Samrat talking to a friend. She thought of approaching him, but decided not to. Just then she saw Mayank walking towards him.
"Hey dude," Mayank said. "You must know me right?"
"Erm no," Samrat lied. "Am I supposed to?"
"I'm THE Mayank Sharma," Mayank said. "And you are THE Samrat Shergill."
"Thanks for remindind me of who I am," Samrat said.
"You know since we both are the THE men in the fashion industry, we ought to be best friends," Mayank said.
"I already have a best friend," Samrat said, pointing to Mohit.
"Who says you can't have two?" Mayank asked.
Just then both Nupur and Gunjan came there. Samrat was speechless when he saw the latter. He just kept staring at her, his eyes transfixed on hers. Mayank followed his gaze and raised his eyebrows.
"I see that you've met my sister," he said.
"Your sister?" Samrat said, lost for words.
"Yes, my sister," Mayank said, coldly. "Come on girls lets go for a dance."
He took both Nupur and Gunjan by both his hands and walked towards the dance floor. Samrat simply stared after Gunjan. Nupur couldn't understand how Mayank could be so cold at one time and so warm at the other. Did he suffer from split personality disorder or something?

The much awaited dance sequence
Mayank suddenly disappeared. Nupur and Gunjan looked for him when-

They saw Mayank dancing in the middle of the stage. Some overcame Nupur and ran upto the stage. This was one of her favourite songs.

Nupur was dancing with full energy, shedding all inhibitions. Mayank looked at her in surprise. He couldn't believe it was the same shy Nupur he encountered at home. She was dancing in a totally filmy manner, showing her ada to te world.

Mayank pulled her close and almost gave her a hug. Nupur never really noticed this, because she just kept dancing, in Mayank's arms. Mayank inhaled her sweet scent and gasped at how beautiful she could get.

Now they were joined by Gunjan who was dancing well, but not as well as Nupur was.

Nupur went forward and danced. She had pulled Mayank and they were dancing, hand-in-hand. Samrat was watching all this from a distance.

Samrat decided to join the golden trio and walked upto the stage, leaving a shocked Mohit behind.

Samrat danced, uncomfortably though, but still did. Gunjan watched in shock, but joined him. He took her hand and swung her around, causing her to fall into his hands.

Mayank now did something that surprised everyone, most of all Nupur. He pulled her close and lifted her up in the air, twirling along. He looked at her lovingly and she looked at him, her eyes full of doubt, happiness and sadness.

Gunjan slowly straightened up, embarassed of what had just happened. Samrat looked down.
Mayank slowly put Nupur down, not taking his eyes off her.
