EPILOGUE:

1 YEAR LATER:

Nupur sat near the window looking at her mehendi. The colour was so dark that she felt insecured when others were saying mayank loved her too much. She already knew mayank loved her too much & didn't want any evil eye on their sacred bond. Their love had been tested enough & now she didn't want any more tests. Mayank had proved he loved her more than she thought & so had she. 1 year had passed to the dreadful life they were living. After returning back to Mumbai from the dreadful show life wasn't same for a while. When people came to know Mayank-nupur had left modeling there was a lot of commotion. Mayur were bombarded with fan mails, sms, gifts, and letters pleading them not to stop modeling. Mayur were overflowed with emotions realizing how much people loved them. They were idols of many. It was the most difficult thing for them, even difficult than their last ramp walk. It took them 6 months to overcome these emotions & make people understand that they couldn't carry out modeling for their personal reasons. Initially the fans were shattered but later on everyone carried out with their life forgetting the super models Mayank & Nupur. Mayank who owned his father's all properties now had a big burden on his shoulder. He had to keep his father's business on right track & take it to new heights. Now was the time when he would fulfill his dream; his own dream of doing MBA & exploring his dad's business. He used to sometimes feel bad in his life for dropping out of MBA for a career like modeling but than for nupur's happiness this was a small thing to do. And today after completing nupur's dream Mayur are starting to live mayank's dream. So beautiful is their love. They just don't fill their own dreams but also dreams of each other. Time & again they have proved that they can do everything in life together. Nupur was never much interested into studies but to mayank's surprise even she gave MBA exams & got excellent marks like him. When he questioned her why she gave exams she just told smilingly 'if you can do modeling even I can handle business'. Yes she had decided to step in the business world so that she could always be with mayank whenever he needed her. Mayank's happiness knew no boundaries. He couldn't have asked for a better better-half. And today together they were going to start a new relation. Surprisingly the bold & beautiful nupur was nervous today. She looked at her own reflection in mirror & was surprised to see so much tension on her face. She felt all new emotions rising in her body. All of sudden she didn't know if she was ready for this or not. Today her life & identity will change. The newspaper articles added more nervousness to her. Yes when Mayur marriage was declared all the newspapers published big long articles for their marriage. Although they had left modeling they were still equally famous. They received many cards, gifts & best wishes from their loyal fans. People still showed they had full faith in nupur & she'll be the best wife. But now nupur really didn't know how one becomes best wife. Her mom had explained her loads of things of how as a wife she must be & now she was hoping that much lecture from her mom was enough for becoming the best wife. She didn't want to fall down from everyone's expectations. She knew mayank will be the best husband & this made her more nervous that mayank will leave her if she didn't be the best wife.

Her thoughts were broken as she heard lot of chaos down & people screaming that the baraat had arrived. Yes her mayank had arrived to take her & she was extremely happy yet nervous.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The entire hall was lavished. The hall was decorated just as nupur wanted with roses everywhere. People were dancing along the tunes of the band. Mayank was sitting in his car. As the door opened many people's breath was caught in their lungs. Mayank looked stunning & handsome in his red shervani. There couldn't be anyone as handsome as mayank there. Many girls were drooling over him. Some even tried flirting with mayank but gunjan would give them evil glares & scare them off. Yes gunjan knew how handsome her brother was & wanted to save him from all the evil eyes for nupur. The brother-sister had a lovely bonding. They had always gone along well but after knowing they are true brother & sister their relation had become more beautiful. Gunjan now stayed with her brother when she is Mumbai & with her own family when she lives in Chandigarh. This way she is trying to balance all her relations. She also has stopped modeling & so has samrat. Gunjan is now working for NGO & raising funds for those who are in need. Her work has given her lot of appreciation & recognition than she ever received as a struggling model. Her aim is to help those who are in need & never let any family suffer & go through what her own family has gone through. She doesn't want rise of other serial killer & is trying her best to prevent that. Samrat is supporting her fully in this. He has become the editor of a very well known newspaper & people love his writings. He is trying to help Gunjan by letting people know the truth of this country & raising funds for Gunjan's NGO. He had never known he could write so well until he tried. And now after finding what he is best at he is extremely happy & content. He is also working on a book & intends to be a great writer. His first book 'THE UNSOLVED MYSTERY' is going to be published very soon & there is already heavy booking for it. People have always loved his power over the pen & are eagerly waiting for this book. But no one knows this book story is actually a true story of his own life. The life he & his friends suffered 1 year back. He has tried to express all the emotions his friends & he have gone through. Today he has his own flat in a city like a Mumbai & is very soon going to get married to gunjan. Today he is from nupur's side as he treats nupur like his own sister.

Nupur's mom put tilak on mayank's forehead & the ceremony started. RV was from mayank's side while Dia was from nupur's side. Even their life had changed completely. They too had given up modeling. RV's interest had always been in sports & now he had finally got an opportunity to do something that his heart always wished for & dia was extremely happy for him. Yes today RV is a very well known cricketer playing for India. He has made very fans & is in much demand than he was as a model. Dia wanted to be fashion designer but gave up on that option as she didn't want any sorts of relation with the modeling world. So instead she has opened her own boutiques in various places of Mumbai. Her clothes are very well known & she has been getting international orders too. However she always rejected the offers to design clothes for models. She didn't want that connection. Leaving modeling was most difficult for her because it was her passion. No one forced her to leave modeling infact rv suggested her not to leave but she didn't want modeling shadows anymore in her life. She was very happy investing her money in boutiques. The profit she earned would go for charity. Yes she would personally sit & stitch clothes for poor people from the profit she earned & help them. Her generous nature also didn't escape people's eyes. It was hard for some to believe that the arrogant dia-the super model has left modeling & is doing so great work. Yes very soon they too are going to be married.

This way all the strangers who met 1 year back in one common field of modeling now have achieved their own goals & become successful & best of friends. Who says only modeling can give fame?? These people have proved its your deed which makes you famous not the glamour.

The ceremony continued with full enthusiasm. Sajan & RV-dia were having their own private time romancing. Now they didn't care what others thought since they were officially going to be married very soon. Mayank was desperately waiting in the mandap to look at his angel. Slowly nupur's room door opened & nupur came out. Once again people were mesmerized looking at her beauty. Mayank couldn't help staring at nupur. They both always looked good but today was something different because their faces glowed naturally with a tinge of blush on their cheeks. This made them look the best today. Nupur was continuously looking down out of nervousness. She could feel hundreds of people looking at her & among those hundred she could feel one pair of eyes staring her with fire, with love. Yes she could feel mayank's eye on her. Taking some courage she finally looked up to see mayank's eyes boring through her. She couldn't help staring him. He looked truly handsome. She took few steps her eyes still on mayank. Dia made her come out of the la-la land & made her sit beside mayank. Both were looking at each other again & again throughout the ceremony. With mayank's hand under her hand she felt all her nervousness going away. When they got up for phera's each step they took gave her new energy in nupur's body. The pandit's mantras were ringing in her ears & all the memories from childhood till now came in her mind. All the confusion & fear was leaving her body with each step she took. At the end of the 7^th phera she felt herself again. Yes she knew this is what she always wanted; to be with mayank throughout her life. There were no doubts, confusions or nervousness left in her body. The old nupur was back with her. She realized she doesn't need to do anything to be the best wife because mayank will be the best husband & she will automatically follow him to be the best wife. She felt truly happy now. As mayank filled her maang & made her wear the mangalsutra she felt all her wishes were filled.

The ceremony continued with Sajan & RV-dia troubling mayur. Mayur took blessings of elders. And together they started their new journey to their new house.

Gunjan's family treated mayank as his son & decided to fulfill all the rituals of the in-laws. They welcomed nupur to the house. Mayank was touched by their action.

MAYUR'S ROOM:

Nupur was sitting on the decorated bed waiting for mayank. Mayank had to do lot of efforts to reach nupur's room. Sajan & RV-dia had nearly bankrupted him. But he was ready to pay any amount to reach nupur. He had to hear a lot of teasing from everyone before he reached nupur & he couldn't help blushing hearing their comments. Finally after all sorts of blackmailing he reached nupur. He sat on her bed & took nupur's hand in his hand. She felt tingling sensations in her body. Butterflies were flying in her stomach. She hugged mayank & he hugged her back.

N: mayank aaj humaari life ki nayi shuruaat ho rahi hai'.

M: jaanta hu'.aur ab hum hamesha saath rahege'.

N: agar mujhse koi galti ho jaaye toh tum mujhe maaf kar doge na????mujhe chod nahi do ge na????

M: ab humme koi judaa nahi kar sakta'..chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye hum hamesha saath rahenge'

N: I'm sorry mayank'.

M: kis liye???

N: meri wajah se tumhe bahut kuch sehna padhaa'.meri wajah se tumne MBA chodkar modeling join ki'.meri wajah se peechle saal humaari life mein itna sab kuch ho gaya'.

M: sssshhh'..tumhaari wajah se mujhe meri life ki itni badi sachaai pataa chali''tumhaari wajah se mujhe ek behen milli'..ek pyaar karnewaala parivaar milla'.main toh khush hu ki hum ne modeling ki'.meri wajah se tumhaara koi sapna pura hua aur ab hum milkar mera sapna sach karenge'.i'm very lucky nupur'.tum meri angel ho'.

N: aur tum mere lucky charm'..ab humaari life mein kuch bura nahi hoga'..sirf achaa hi hoga'.

Just then nupur's mobile started ringing. She looked at the number & was shocked. Her hands started trembling. Mayank looked at the number & was shocked too. It read PRIVATE NUMBER.

Nupur started sweating. Mayank urged her to receive the call & keep on loudspeaker. She slowly pressed the answering button & told "Hello'."

Someone replied from other side "Hii nupur'.."

Nupur was shocked & so was mayank. Fear filled her body. Yes it was the same voice. The voice that haunted her 1 year back. It was him; the serial killer. She could never be wrong in judging this voice. It still sent chills in her body. She looked at mayank & he was equally confused.

N: t'tu'tum??

Mur: kaisi ho nupur???mujhe miss kar rahi ho????

Nupur started crying. She didn't want to go through that pain again. He was back to trouble her.

Ma: tum zindaaa ho????yeh kaise ho sakta hai????

Someone replied but it was a girl's voice this time: hii mayank'.kaise ho???itne shocked kyu ho??

Mayur were shocked again as they realized it was sonia's voice.

Ma: sonia tum???

So: haan main mayank'..jiski life tum logon ne barbaad kar di'..

Ma: humne tumhaari life barbaad nahi ki'.tum logon ne khud yeh raasta chuna'..yeh kaunsa mazaak hai sonia???karan toh mar chuka tha'..toh yeh phone pe kaun hai?

So: karan sirf tum logon ke liye mar chuka hai par woh aaj bhi zinda hai'..

Ma: kya matlab hai tumhaara???karan khud meri aankhon ke saamne mar gaya tha'..

So: kya tum itne sure ho ki karan mar gaya hai????tum logon ne toh uska antim sanskaar bhi nahi kiya tha'.tumhe kya lagta hai karan apni sonia ko itni aasaani se chod kar chalaa jaayega????karan aur sonia ko koi alag nahi kar sakta'.tum bhi nahi'.tum log aaj apni nayi zindagi ki shuruaat kar rahe ho na par bahut jaldi yeh zindagi mein khatam karoogi'..mere saath karan hai''dekhna kaise hum dono milkar tumhaari life khatam kar denge'..hahahahaha

Mayur froze. That meant karan was still alive. He had played some game with them & faked his own death. They didn't know what to say. Nupur was crying & crying & mayank held her shoulders. He couldn't understand how karan could have lived?He had died in front of them. Sonia had stopped laughing & there were some rushing noises. They couldn't make out what was happening on the other side of phone. Just than someone answered back on phone. It was a male's voice.

Person: hello'.mayank & nupur I'm sorry.

Ma: aap kaun?

Person: jee main sonia ka dad hu'.main aapke baare mein sab kuch jaanta hu'.sonia aur karan ne jo kiya woh galat tha'.

Ma: par karan zinda kaise hai?

Person: jee nahi karan zinda nahi'.woh mar chuka hai'..

Ma: par woh awaaz?

Person: woh awaaz zaroor karan ki thi par abhi ki nahi'..peechle saal sonia ne karan ki iss awaaz ko record kar rakha tha'..aaj woh recorder se isse bajaa rahi hai'.

Ma: par kyu???

Person: actually karan ki maut ke baad sonia ki dimaagi haalat bigad gayi hai'.usse har jagah sirf karan dikhaayi deta hai'..(softly) usse'.usse mental asylum bhejna padhaa'.

Mayur could feel the sadness in his voice. They knew sonia's dad was crying. Which dad could see her daughter in mental asylum?

Person: Galti se peechle hafte usne newspaper mein aapki tasveer dekh li aur tabse usse pagalpan ke daure aur bhi padhne lage hai'.woh aap logon ko sabak seekhaana chahti thi'.I'm sorry aaj meri galti ki wajah se woh bhaagne mein kaamyab ho gayi'..aisa fir nahi hoga''

N: I'm sorry'..humaari wajah se aapki beti ki yeh haalat hui'

Person: iss mein aapki koi galti nahi hai'.sonia aur karan ko unke kiye ki sazaa milli'.anyways Congratulations'..Have a good life.

The phone went dead. Mayur sat in silence. Nupur's hand was still clutched in mayank's hand. Tears were rolling from her eyes.

M(softly): nupur tum theek ho?

Nupur nodded slightly.

N: mayank main bahut darr gayi thi'..mujhe lagaa woh'.woh'.fir aa gaya'.

M: sssshhh'.relax'..woh mar chuka hai'..ab humaare life mein sirf khushiya hai'.

Mayank kissed her hand so that she relaxed.

M: aur agar koi musibat aayi'.toh hum hai na usse saath mein handle karne??

Nupur nodded her head.

N: hum hamesha saath rahenge na???

M(kissing her forehead): FOREVER!!!!

N: aaj se hum nayi shuruaat karenge'..ateet ki saari kadvi yaadon ko bhul jaayenge'..

M: kyu na unn yaadon ko meethi banaai jaaye????

N: woh kaise?

M(kissing her cheek): woh aise'

Nupur blushed. Mayank kissed her neck & removed her necklace. He slowly went to nupur's ears.

M(softly in her ears): tum aaj bahut khubsoorat lag rahi ho'.my angel'.

Nupur blushed. Slowly he approached her lips. Both kissed other slowly than passionately forgetting all their worries, their past. They were now prepared to enter in a new beautiful world which they had always dreamt. They were prepared to start a new life today. They expressed their love to each other with only the moon noticing the union of 2 soul mates. 2 pure souls who lived only for each other.

Arrey where are you guys going???Don't you want to know what happened to our serial killer???Well he paid for his deeds. He killed innocent lives & repaid back by suiciding. Mayank was broken when he came to know the truth but with time he accepted it. Yes he didn't burn his brother's body because Sonia never allowed them to come near his body. She was mad at them. The serial killer was dead & the inspector saw to it that mayank's name is cleared & no one comes to know the relation of karan with mayank. No press was given the photo of the serial killer. Inspector had claimed he had burnt himself so his face was spoilt. Initially people didn't believe that the killer is dead but when no murders were happening later they had to believe. Mayur were grateful to the inspector to keep the truth with him & prevented any leak of this story to the press. In this 1 year everyone's life changed from bad to good except Sonia. Yes karan's loss had terrible effect on her. Her dad tried to handle her a lot but it was in vain. She had developed Schizophrenia & would keep talking to an invisible, unknown karan. She too paid for her deeds.

"Bada armaan tha uske saath jeevan bitaane ki,

Shikwa hai bas uske khamosh reh jaane ki,

Deewangi isse badhkar kya hogi,

Aaj bhi intzaar hai uske waapas aane ki."

"Tum khafa ho gaye to koi khushi na rahegi,

These are sonia's words. She keeps writing such stuffs on the walls of asylum. The doctor has no hopes left for her recovery. This is what love does with some people.

"Kuch khoye bina humne paaya hai,

Kuch maange bina humme milla hai,

Naaz hai humme apni takdeer par,

Jisne aap jaise dost se humme milaaya hai."
