(nupur draws a kajal line on her eyes) Maine itna chhikha itna chillaya meri ek baat ka bhi jawab nahin diya!(she brushes her hair and goes for the neck lace) us gunjan ne pukari hoti toh jhhatse khol deti darwaza, mujhe pata hain! (nupur places a bindi on her forehead) pata nahin kaunsi kala jaadu kiya us manhoose ne meri bahen ki upar (nupur is approaching the staircases to the downstairs , in her babypink and silver dress)ke usne hum se zyada use apna samajhne lagi! (lavanya touches the roti and shrieks) kya! Itna thanda roti! Gunjan!!! Gunjan!!!!!!!
N (face is shown for the first time after the ''thande roti agar hazam nahi hoti toh khud jake bana lo na di." ): thodekaam kar logi toh kya pata shyad thande roti bhi amrit lagne laage.
L and bin (in unison) : Nupur!!!!!!
N (climbing down the stairs): itna chikha mat karo na! agar gale kharab ho gaye toh bechari gunjan par aur ek, nahin, do , haan, do do bojh badh jayega, aur wo mujhe bilkul pasand nahin hoga! (she takes her sit and starts to chew her share of breaksfast without waiting for the rest two)
Bin: tumhe toh ye bhi pasand nahin ke wo khet se sabzi ekattha kare, (a fair couple of fair faminine hands is cutting the beans and collecting them in a basket) ya phir gai ko khilaye (same hands keeps the straws infront of cows) ya phir madhu ya makkhan nikale (nupur starts fuming instead of eating and lavanya keeps smirking) ya phir safai kare, khana pakaye, khana barose (being falsely amazed) ya phir extra sabziyon ko bazaar me jaake beche (a girl hidden behind a curt full of vegetables and fruits, is shown handing over some of those and taking some money)sach me kitna kaam karna padta haina use? Ahare bechari, is liye main sochti hoon ke (facing nupur, she wears off her false concern) jab itna sab kar hi sakti hain toh phir thodi aur bhi sahi!
nupur throws a disgusted look at her and lavanya smiles wickedly.
Bin: pata hain tumhe pasand nahin par tum kuchh kaar bhi toh nahin sakti na? hmm?
N: shukr maanao ke gunjan ne mujhe aaj tak rok ke rakha'varna main..
L:varna tum kya nupur? Maharaj se jaake hamare shikayat karoge?
N: zarurat padhne padh wobhi karungi agar
Bin (completeing her sentence): agar gunjan ne tumhe allow kare toh, hain nah? Lakin wo din kab ayegi nupur? Kaal?parsu? ya phir aaj? Chalo dekhte hain, (raising her voice) gunjan! Gunjan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Backyard
Gunjan (from behind) is taking the dry clothes off the strings so that she cud place the wet ones on, but gets interrupted as an old servant runs in.
Serv: gunjan beta jaldi chalo malkin bula rahi hain!
G looks at her half done job and hesitates
Serv (prompting): jaldi karo beta! Lao mujhe do main ye kar
G: nahin kaka aap rehne dijiye main aake kar lungi.
Serv: beta main kar
G: nahin kaka , main khud kar lungi agar aapne meri madat kari aur agar ye chhoti maa ko pata chal jaye na toh (the cam closes on the tensed face of the old man) thik nahi hoga, isi liye main hi (gets interrupted once again as a woman comes running with utter urgency)
Woman: beta chalo! Malkin'
Gunjan starts running like a deer.

ru (losing his temper for once): ye kaisa zid hain tumhara mayank! Jisne tumhe apni zimedari se muh fer lene me majboor kar raha hain? Ek buzdil kayar insan ki terha?
M: pitaji, nahi me kayar hoon aur nahin main buzdil, aur jaha tak zimedari ka sawal hain wo nibhana mujhe aacchhi terha ata hain.
Ru: to phir ye inkar kiu?
M: mujhe mantriiji ki taur tarikese , unki soch aur samajh se bilkul sahmati nahi hain aur
Ru (interrupting): prabhat bahat hi kabil insan hain mantrri ke zimedari thik terha se nibhane ke liye aur usne apne pure zindegi usi kaam me hi laaga di! Aur itne saalon baad bina koi gawahi bina koi sabut ke sirf shaq ki buniyad pe main uske sath koi avichar nahin hone dunga.
M (nodding curtly): toh phir thik hain pitaji, main in halath me apna faisala nahi badal sakta.
Ru: tum bhi mere ek bat sunlo mayank, agar samrat ne tumhari zimedari uthanese inkar karte hain toh, is rajya ki shahi parampara ko warish hote huve bhi bewarish karneke ki zulm me main tumse tumhara is rajvansh ko warish honeka adhikar chin lenge.
M (inhaling deeply): mujhe manzur hain pitaji.
Ru: tum ab jaa sakteho, aur haan jaate waqt jagpal ko keh dena ki rajkumar samrat ko mujhse milne ke liye sandesa bheja jaye.
M: ji pitaji.
Mayanks leaves leaving an almost shattered maharaj behind.
Bushan's backyard
g comes back to the yard freshly made rotis (quite visible as there are traces of maida on her hands) to her chhoti ma and lavanya di , she starts running towards the other corner of the yard where the cleaning and drying shade is situated, to finish her pending work as she has a long list to fulfill after that. Suddenly she bumps on to a woman carrying some turmeric powder in a tray and falls down making the whole screen of the shade of smoky yellow.
River banks
A huge chestnut horse is grazing on the grass next to the river. The cam moves to the river gradually, where a mascular shirtless shape is being seen swimming, some more swimming shots are taken, finally and then the screen gets divided into two different frames. One one gunjan raises from the ground showing her face for the first time, getting better visible by each passing second as the powdery smokes wear off, in the other frame samrat too raises his face head up simultaneously with as gunjan does and shakes his head to wear off the water and smirks his killing smirk.
