IN MUMBAI

Milind was pacing in his office restlessly. He was waiting for his manager's call. Soon his cell rang.

Manager ' hello sir Kanishq's admission has been done in Turkey's best school.

Milind ' thank you Mr. Sharma. Now book 2 tickets for turkey.

Manager ' ok sir.

Milind was going to turkey for business with his son Kanishq. Milind had no intention to shift to turkey but Mr. Sheikh, who helped Milind to enter hotel industries, needed him. He was at last stage of his life and he wanted Milind to complete his dream project. Mr. Sheikh has dealt with the other company and everything was ready. Milind went to his home and found no one. He asked Ramu kaka and he told that Malika has gone to parlor where as Gayatri has gone to the temple. Lalit has gone to the city park along with Kanishq.

Milind decided to go to the park and meet his son. When Kanishq saw his father he ran immediately into his father's arms. Then Milind saw his dad sitting with somebody and he was none other than Inder Shah. Milind touched his feet and Inder softly blessed him 'jeetey raho' (long live). Milind knew his dad will not talk to him. They three were staring at each other and then little Kanishq spoke out. "Dad, dad what should I call dadu's friend?" Milind stood silent and then Inder said "You can call me dadu, your father is son alike to me". Milind's eyes filled up after such a long time Inder has called him his son. "No you will call him Nanu" interrupted Lalit. "Ok" Kanishq added cheerfully and hugged his Nanu.

"Dad I want to go home" requested Kanishq. "Ok ask Nanu and Dadu if they also wish to come with us" told Milind. "Kanu you go home, I will spend some more time with your naanu "added Lalit. Milind and Kanishq left to Mishra mansion and Inder and Lalit were in park only.

Inder: - why did you ask him to call me naanu? You know I am not his naanu.

Lalit: - if Prachi's son would have been then also you would question me?

Inder: - you know he is not Prachi's son.

Lalit: - but she considered him her son. Now don't with me.

Inder: - why because you will lose?

Lalit: -yes because my savior left me 6 years back.

Inder: - oh I forgot to tell you that I am going to turkey. My Khwaish called me to turkey and I am going this month.

Lalit: - now you are also going I will be all alone.

Inder: -you can also come with me.

Lalit: - ok I will see

Inder: -may I ask you something?

Lalit: -yes

Inder: - why couldn't you forgive Milind? After all he is your son.

Lalit: -can you forgive him?

Inder: -see I forgave him six years ago. But if you think I can forget my loss and I become his same Inder uncle then I can't do that.

Lalit: -the day Prachi forgives him and he brings my Prachi and Khwaish back I will forgive him.

Inder: - ok leave this. I heard Milind is also going turkey?

Lalit: - yes he is going with Kanishq.

IN TURKEY

AT SAXENA HOUSE

Khwaish and Ayan were painting and Prachi is peeling fruits for Raavi.

Raavi: - so Prachi you didn't tell me about your past?

Prachi: - first you eat this then I will tell.

Raavi: - no first you tell me neither will I not eat.

Prachi: - If you want so then I have two conditions.

Raavi: - what are they?

Prachi: - first you will take your diet properly and second you will not tell Ranvir that I am talking or thinking about my past.

Raavi: - promise.

PAST

NOTE ' I know it should have been first person account but it's a third person account.

It was 15^th September. Prachi's birthday. She used to wake up at 5 in morning and then she would come in her balcony to dry her long, smooth hair.

Today she wore a white color salwar suit and was drying her hair in the balcony. Then she went to the temple and came back home, touched her parent's feet and got the blessings.

"Happy birthday Prachi beta" wished Inder.

"Thanks dad"

"Happy birthday" wished Premlata.

Prachi ate her breakfast with her parents and went to Neev's house which was in front of her house. They lived in the same chawl.

"Mama I am going to Neev's house" shouted Prachi.

"Tell Lalit uncle that tonight they all have to come here for dinner" told Premlata.

Prachi went to the mishra's. Gayatri opened the gate and Prachi touched her feet. "God bless you my child. May you get happiness, success, wealth, health and love" said Gayatri.

"Bas, bas aunty! Leave something for next year" replied Prachi.

"Your aunty is fast forward. She will not leave anything for your next birthday" said Lalit.

"Lalit uncle" Prachi hugged her favorite uncle. Lalit was second father to Prachi. She was apple of his eyes. They shared a very beautiful bond. Prachi used to tell every single thing to him. Lalit always helped Prachi whenever Inder was angry.

"You won't touch my feet?" asked Lalit.

"Naah" said Prachi "of course" and she touched his feet. Meanwhile Gayatri got a box and a gift for Prachi.

"What's this aunty?" asked Prachi.

Gayatri: - it's your favorite moong daal halwa and your birthday gift.

Prachi: -thank you aunty you are the best.

Lalit: - and I?

Prachi: - of oh you are the bestest. And by the way where is neev and your sulky son Milind?

Lalit: - neev is sleeping and Milind is in his room.

Prachi went to Neev's room, he was sleeping. She poured water on his face. Neev woke up with a jerk and found Prachi laughing uncontrollably.

Neev: - I am not going to leave you.

Prachi ran at her full speed and went into Milind's room. Neev also came in the small room and Prachi was still running around the table near the bathroom.

Suddenly the bathroom door opened and jerked Prachi. She was about to fell, she closed her eyes with fear. Then she felt a tight grip around her waist. She slowly opened her eyes and found bare chested Milind holding her very close. Her eyes were wide and she was in shock. Milind was staring at her and she was now smiling sweetly. Just then neev shouted "See Prachi today bhaiya saved you either you would be crying on your birthday. Miss Rondu."

Prachi stood on her own and was about to chase Neev but just then Milind stopped her.

Milind: - Prachi wait!

Prachi: -yes

Milind: - happy birthday.

Prachi: - thank you. Oh I forgot.

Milind: - what?

Prachi: - actually mama told you to invite you all.

Just then Neev came back and told Prachi that Lalit is calling her. She quietly left; Neev was staring at Milind who was staring at Prachi. Just then Milind noticed neev.

Milind: - what?

Neev: -I think someone should reward me.

Milind: - why?

Neev: - don't tell me that you don't know the reason.

Milind: -I think I need to use my boxing kit.

Neev: - oh no bhaiya. Ok fine. I don't have any value in this house. Because of me someone's love was in his arms and now he is not paying any attention to me. Oh god please help me, I have no one.

Milind: - what you want?

Neev: - a new Samsung phone.

Milind: - ok when your result comes.

Neev: - promise?

Milind: - promise. When is it?

Neev: - after one week.

Prachi and neev were in same class. And they had their 5^th semester's result after one week.
