Part 4

The interview

Samrat's POV

I'm just reaching for the coffee when Priya calls from back.Why is Nupur giggling so hard??..Looks like everybody's gone insane…

Omg…Somebody's falling tap tap traaaaaaaaaaaaaap

"samrat to the rescue"

*catches her*

Thank god I caught her in time.Hey,she looks pretty & somewhat familar…Even when she is horrified & has closed her eyes..C'mon samrat snap out of it But she looks so peaceful..

Gunjan's POV

Isnt that guy let me go…Let's see who that guy is..
She opens her eyes to see a handsome face staring at her..Trying hard not to blush,But she cant help it and can feel herself blushing scarlet red
Now gunjan,control your self..She scolds herself..

*Back to scene*

Nupur is absolutely horrified..She cannot see the face of the girl and thinks, "today I'm gone.."She must be da new interviewee"

Samrat stares into gunjan's eyes having a cute eyelock..He wanted to get himself lost in her beautiful Dove like eyes..But then he remembered that he is in office and he should let the girl go.He gently lets her go and she also comes back to her senses.Without saying a word,to anybody,Gunjan storms out of that room straight into the passageway leading to Deodhar's interview room but first goes to the washroom.

*Samrat*

He is still mesmerized by the beauty of the simple sweet innocent girl and keeps staring at the way she had gone..then he strikes his head like the way he had done in the first episode while remembering his dream girl..

*Nupur*

She is shocked and scared that the girl interviewee will tell Deodhar,He will come to know that she has done it and then she will be hung on a noose..

Benji pats Samrat on his back and makes him come back to earth.

*To gunjan*

She is in the bathroom looking at herself.she remembers the sensation of that guys hand on her waist,the tingling feeling,the bolt of electricity and the way that guy was looking at her.Remembering all this,she saw herself going red in the mirror and a huge smile on her face!!

"Gunjan",she scolds to herself, "Tera kuch nahi ho sakta"

Then she sets her face,adjusts her salwar,her hair,checks her files,comes out all set for the interview.Then she slowly walks to deodhar&Shukla's room.

*meanwhile samrat*

Samrat wonders what had happened to him while sitting on his desk..Why did he feel like this…Why didn't he let that pretty girl go..why did he keep looking at her eyes..Most of all the question that was running in his mind was,"Who was that pretty girl??"…

Strangely enough the work which deodhar gave to him did not seem like much now… And why would it also…he was in her thoughts

*gunjan*
Terrified,She turns the door knob and in her sweet voice,asks "Can I come in sir"

"Come in" "Kripaya prasthan kijeeye",Two voices pop up…

Gunjan replies "yes sir" "jee sir"

Deodhar and shukla look impressed by her manners,dressing sense & way of speaking…

Deodhar starts "So ms gunjan…Uhhhhh"

"Sharma sir",Gunjan says in a trembling voice.

So ms,Gunjan sharma:New interviewee right?,Deodhar questions her

"yes sir",Gunjan answers all the more scared

"Why do you want to be a reporter??",pipes deodhar in in his most enthusiastic voice.

Gunjan answers,nervous, "Because sir,you know in our county there are so many terrorists,corruption,bomb blasts this and that happening here and there everyday. So I thought that the common people ought to know..To know whats happening in their country,to know why is this all happening and how all this can be stopped.They hve a right to know.So I thought that the best job for me would be to become a reporter."

Deodhar & shukla look doubly impressed…

Shukla then asks a question,"par apne hamare akhbar 'News alert' ko hi kyun chuna??

Gunjan takes a long breath and rattles off in one quick breath confidently quite contrary to the way she was feeling at first, "Kyonki sir,maine sab naye akhbar ko jaachne ke baad yeh pata chala ki sabse acchi,khifayati aur bharosemand yehi he.Esliye main yahan kaam karne ki koshish ka rahi hoon.."

Then this quick rapidfire of questions continue to each of which our gunjan has a adequate answer,be it hindi or English..

At last deodhar and shukla,thoroughly impressed tell her that a answer will be given to her through a letter tomorrow…

Gunjan thanks them and leaves..

After coming out of the room into the passageway gunjan thinks, "Now that wasn't too hard,was it?,Bosses are not so bad." Gunjan you were needlessly getting worried,she scolds herself.With these thoughts she exits the passageway as well as the building

Whila sitting in the auto,she started thinking about that guy who saved her,the sensation when he toughed her waist and absent-mindly touches her waist…
Then she lets out a sigh and tells the driver to drive faster

OMG! it was amazing.......I mean at such a young age u seem to write too well.......I've to comment on prt 3 as well but will read tom.......u kno I dont have any siblings but u're so much like me so I wished u were my sis.......
