Part NINE:

And all that Rajveer wanted was to return to the academy…….

To her…….

To tell her that he had the proofs, and he was going to prove Naveen innocent, He was going to fulfill his promise....Promise made to Naveen,to her, to Himself.

To tell her that he loved her immensely, that he can't live without her……..she meant everything to him…..

And these 8 months were enough to make him realize that what he wanted the most………what was important to him.

And he knew the day was not far when he will be returning to the academy,

TO HER.....

One week had passed……..everything was going on smoothly……

Rahul took holiday for a week to be here at ambala , to spend time with his fiance..

Naina was teaching in her class….

"Well……that's for today. I hope you don't have any difficulty unanswered. Everyone will be submitting their assignments by tomorrow….is it allright"

"Kya yaar yahape shot ready bhi nahi hui, aur action chalu" aakriti said..

"Any problem Cadet Bhatt….."

"No mam"

"I hope so….aage se aap class mein dhyaan de toh aacha rahega"

she walked out of the class and she was reminded about the similar incident that once happened with her when rajveer was teaching them…..and she smiled remembering those moments……

An orderly came to inform her that Capt. Rahul wanted to talk to her.

"Hello" she said quietly.

"Hello, Naina………Rahul here" he stammered.

"Haan…. Bolo…"

"Well, I wanted to ask you…….you………out for a dinner" he stammered yet again which made Naina smile.

"Usme darne wali kya baat hai. Sure" she spoke softly to him and her yes made Rahul's day.

Naina considered Rahul as a nice person, but she sometimes felt sorry ….she thought he needed someone better than her, who could keep him happy….she knew she will never be able to give him happiness that a husband would seek from his wife.

Infact she can never marry him… She was sure of that….She couldn't even wear his Ring…How can she marry him?

She belonged to none but Raj… And now she was firm about that….

She would prefer dying rather than…

She decided to use this opportunity and tell him about Raj tonight.

They met for the dinner. She was sitting quietly and Rahul did not like her like this, her life seemed to be cheerless…

Naina was thinking about how to breach the topic.

"Naina, tum kabhi hasti nahi ho kya??" He called out for her.

"Nahi aisi koi baat nahi hai…..bas mood aacha nahi hai" she lied to him.

"Chalo theek hai, I will try to make u smile with my PJ" and he started…

" Ek baar…Rahul ne Sonia ji se kahaa…"

" Kaun Rahul?", Naina asked confused.

" Offo…main nahi. Rahul Gandhi! Hann…toh Rahul Gandhi ne apni matashree yaane ki soniya ji se kaha…

Rahul gandhi --> Mom, aapaki wajah se meri shaadi nahi ho paaa rahi.

Sonia gandhi --> Kyun beta?

Rahul gandhi --> har taraf to likha hai ki sonia ko ' bahumat' do"

Naina too smiled at the the foolish joke…..

" Yeh kya? Itni sadi hui reaction?...hmmm…Rahul beta tum kam pad rahe ho! After all Naina madam ko hasana itna aasaan thodehi hai?"

" Aisi baat nahi hai Rahul…."

" Nahi…chalo aur ek joke suno…."

" Huh?"

" Haan….toh ek baar Santa and Banta were discussing…

Santa and Banta r discussing:

Santa----- "if i drink coffee, i ca'nt sleep!!!!"

Banta----- "with me it's the opposite. If i sleep i can't drink coffee."

And he kept on breaking some more jokes……Naina could not hold anymore now, she burst into laughter and it was Rahul's gestures which were making her laugh even more.

He kept looking at her……..after some time she also stopped laughing.

"bahut dino baad itna hasi hu…." tears started rolling from her cheeks.

"Hey, tum roh kyun rahi ho"

"Itna hasaoege toh roungi nahi kya?????"

"hmmmmmmmmmm"

she seriously looked at him "Why are u marrying me? You know I cant give you anything……You don't know anything about my past………You……You will find a better girl than me…Then why are you doing this?????"

He too grew serious

"Naina, I don't want to know anything about your past. Its just you, who matters to me. And I don't expect anything from you, unless you are ready to give it to me.
I love you immensely and that's what the truth."

" But…."

" Please Naina…"

" Nahi Rahul… I consider you as my good friend. Aur I don't want to hide anything from you. You need to know about my past. Rahul I…"

" Please Naina. Aaj mai bahot khush hoon. Please mujhe meri khushi jeene do… Tum mujhe apna dost samjhti ho yahi bahot hai mere liye…"

" Rahul…please…you need to know that….."

" Naina…"

" But Rahul…."

" Please. I promise hum next time iss baare mein jaroor baat karenge."

" Okay…", Naina gave up.

But she was disappointed. She wanted to sort out the matter but….seemed like stars were not on her side….

She remained silent afterwards , but one thing was for sure……she respected him and his feelings……But she knew she has loved only one man in her life……Rajveer.......

That one week went off quickly for Naina…….she found a new friend in Rahul…

He always tried his best to keep her happy in his presence…….and Rahul was sure that he will make her love him one day………ignorant of her past.

That's all for today....I know yeh Rahul thoda stupid behave kar raha hai...but kya kare...woh aisa hi hai...

Aur aaj Raj bhi nahi tha...

Thoda rest kar raha hai...bahot kaam kiya naa!😉

Hmm....ab main kya kahu...meri har baat ki tumne apni note me band baja di. I was gonna say there's no Raj....but u said he's on rest. Achha reason tha waise.....ab wo rest kar raha hai....cant afford to disturb him.

Khair ab apne smart Raj se stupid Rahul pe ate hai. I was again gonna say why is he acting like a dumb....baat kyun nahi sunta wo Naina ki....bas apni hi kehta rehta hai...huh!!! But haan, tumne kaha wo aisa hi hai....khair hamara kya jata hai....agar wo Naina ki baat sun le to shayadusse baad me jhatke khane na pare....hum to waise uski bhalayi hi chahte the....but as they say...aaj kal to bhalayi ka zamana hi nahi raha.

Uff main bhi na...kya kaya bakti rehti hu...ryt? Waise UD mast tha....though Naina is hurt n helpless but that more clearly shows her luv for Raj.....so it was gud to c that.

Superb update dear. but too small.

Naina is too much pain and rahul is a very good boy and loved her lot but naina is deeply and truely love raj.She tried her best to tell him everything but fails.

hope she will tell evrything about raj very soon.

Rahul naina se kitna darta hai...he is still not sure how naina will react to his suggestions or gestures, It was nice to see that naina told rahul that he need not be so scared.

It was nice of rahul to make naina laugh again....haan yeh baat alag hai ki iskeliye use bahut mehnat karni padi

Rahul should have listened to what naina wanted to tell him...the sooner he knows the truth the less hurt he will feel.
