It was awesome. I loved every bit of it especially the relationship between Sahil, Karan, Gautam and Nakul-Laksh. It really shows how closely bonded the family is. I wonder if Shivani will find out about her dad and uncles following her. Nakul and Prerna are so cute together.

Part 29

Early Morning

Wahida and Maryam's noses were still snoring loudly, while Kt had already woken up, showered, and was in the Mandir room doing her usual Aarti. This time she had woken up and hour early since she and the girls were going shopping in Jackson Heights, NY. She had to get some beautiful saris for her mom, Damini Aunty, Ganga Aunty, and Nandani Aunty. She also had to get a sari for Ba and Tulsi dadi; however, she was extremely nervous what to get the other girls because she didn't know whether they would like what she picked for them. She knew what exactly she was going to get her Laksh, but what about his brother? Kt bit her lip while looking at the God Idol innocently.

Kt talking to God-Dekho, mein Laksh se baat nahin karna chati….mein bahane nahin dhond rahi…but I wanted to know how his brother is like so I can get something for him. The only way is to call Laksh and ask him right?

Maryam couldn't stop giggling-Kt, when did God say that you were looking for an excuse to talk to Laksh, never, right? You are thinking that, why? (winks)

Kt puts her hand on her waist-So you finally woke up Miss Snore, by the way it is not good to hear people talking when they are talking to god.

Maryam-Acha, but then it is not good to say such things out loud! You want to talk to Laksh, call him, there is nothing bad in talking to him.

Kt looks at the time and then quickly brings the aarti towards Maryam.

Kt-Oh wait, I forgot, did u shower?

Maryam-No, but I brushed?

Kt smiles-Budhu, u can't take the aarti without showering.

Maryam-K, I'm going..I'll wake Wahi up as well…she is still snoring.

Maryam runs and wakes up Wahida and then walks into the bathroom to take a shower. Kt quickly put on the head brace for the shocks and then put the remote to the shock in her cell phone holder. She then ran upstairs and combed her beautiful long hair that got sort of tangled. While combing her hair she kept smiling to herself in front of the mirror. Even though she was leaving to go to India the next day, she had butterflies in her stomach. It had been so long since she was going to see the whole family and her childhood friends. She was more nervous when she thought of Laksh. She smiled blushingly and hid her face in her hands. Finally, after handling her blushing and love phase, she put on some bangles that would match her beautiful churidaar she has on.

It wasn't so hot and yet wasn't so cold, so Kt had on a beautiful maroon and red churidaar on that had at least sleeves covering up to her elbows. Finally she gently put some cute tiny diamond studs. By the time she had finished her accessorizing, Maryam came out of the shower and then at the same time Wahida came up with coffee.

Wahida-Coffee my darling sisters….I will drink mine after shower, till then Maryam don't touch my cup.

Maryam-Why would I touch you cup?

Wahida-Because you so many cups at home, I figured that you will drink my cup too.

Kt was watching the two quarreling over the coffee and got a little emotional. It finally hit her that her two biggest supporters were going to be left behind here. What would she do without them? They were always there for her whenever she needed them and she was so dependent on them, especially (remembering her split doubles) now she was. Then she thought about Laksh, imagined his cute innocent face smiling at her. Kt noticed that despite everything going on in her life right now, every time she thought about Laksh, she forgot all of her problems. Finally she snapped out of it, and interrupted the little quarrel.

Kt-Aree baba, tum dono please! Maryam you can drink the cup of coffee, waise bhi Wahi you cup will get cold. I will specially make you coffee when you come out of the shower! Problem solved right?

Wahida emotional-Kt, who will stop me and Maryam from fighting when you are not here?

Maryam frowns-Wahi please, stop getting emotional and making Kt cry go shower. We seriously do not have time at all to waste, please we need to be shopping and packing remember? Now concentrate on that.

Finally all the emotional phase was over and, Maryam quickly changed into her regular jeans and shirt.
