Nupur- alright main jaake leke aati hoon.

They were all sitting in the stadium of the ipl matches. The match between the deccan and the delhi dare devils, was won by delhi with a stupendous performance. It was about half an hour till the next one started, so all of them were just whiling away their time. Half of them were so pissed by the break that they walked off while rest half who were the real fans of cricket sat there with their coats on their heads waiting enthusiastically for the match to begin.

The delhis side of the stadium seemed to be fully filled. Nobody was ready to get up. Their next match was up against kolkatta knight riders. And it was going to be an awesome game.

(samrat-s, gunjan-g, benji- b, anne-a)

s- dude yeh match shuru karne mein itna time kyu laga rahein hai yaar.

g- pata nahi samrat. Par agar match jaldi shuru nahi hua na to main''

b- thode aur drinks piyunga. Aur aisa karne se mere paise karch honge. Aur phir main BANKRUPT HO JAUNGA!!!

a- amazing isn't it koi ipl match mein bankrupt kaise ho sakta hai.

He said pointing at a shifty looking guy who seemed very emmersed into his own thoughts.

Anne who had been shifted to their group of architects recently that was gunjan, samrat, benji, nupur, madhav and ashima'

Meanwhile nupur who had been waiting in a line at the drinks corner for the last 10 minutes couldn't help but curse herself and god. Couldn't she have controlled her thirst for some time!

She looked here and there and saw a couple. It was a couple who were continuously kissing. In samrats words it was a ''chumma-chatti' couple, nupur thought and laughed out aloud and as she turned she came face to face with rannvijay. Seeing him she turned back. To the counter. Any one at art plus would of course. And anyways it was not allowed to fraternize with the enemies.

r- hey beautiful

he said, all eyes on nupur.

n- hey you ugly brute.

Rannvijay shook her head and gave her smug look.

r- I heard you guys lost the kapoors contract. Sad. Really.

Nupur made a face at this. It was all because of benji. That stupid loser. He had told ms. Kapoor that the house was poorly decorated. And as soon as he had said that, ms kapoor had marched him out of the house.

r- shame really. All of us at creek art had thought you would atleast get a small contract like the kapoors.

n- listen dude. Im not in a mood. And anyways is it true that you lost a bet of Rs. 10000?

Rannvijay looked down anger blazing in his eyes.

r- listen bets mein yeh sab bahut normal hai. And 10000 is not such a big amount for me. Im not a part of the juggis like you guys-

she said pointing a figer at him. Ready to slap him, if he uttered another word.

Rannvijay sniggered at her. you pointing fingers at me baby, he thought.

He forcefully caught her wrist and twisted it, but she would not shout. If she shouted she would be at the shame of losing infront of rannvijay the biggest loser.

But it damn hurt, she closed her eyes trying to stop the pain from hurting her.

Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder. She quickly opened her eyes. Seeing him rannvijay let go of her hand.

Guy- tumhe koi problem hai kya?

r- nahi toh. Par tum kaun ho?

guy- main jo bhi hoon, atleast tumhaari tarah loser to nahi hoon.

r- excuseme ! tum loser kisko keh rahe ho dude?

guy- tumhe aur who isliye kyu ki sirf losers hi ladkiyon pe haath uthate hai. Himmat hai toh apne size ke kissi pe haath uthao. Get it dude!

Saying this the guy started folding up his sleeves, as though preparing for a fight. Seeing this raannvijay backed away. And went back into the stadium, he turned back to the girl.

Guy- is your hand okay maam?

He asked delicately holding up her wrist.

n- ya its okay. Thanks.

Guy- anytime maam.

n- uh its nupur.

guy- sorry.

n- its not maam. Its nupur.

m- nice name. By the way I am mayank sharma.

n- it's a pleasure meeting you mayank.

m- the pleasures all mine.

And they together waited there talking about everything and anything not knowing what it was they were talking about, all they knew was that it was the start of something new. 😛
