Sujal was in the car monitoring the moments of every1. Angad was employed with the mall in the food section which he hated becoz he had 2 entertain old ladies who would leave no chance to get a pass at him. Mayank was in the male formal wear section. Kashish has employed herself in the ice cream section out side the mall. Nupur was racking brains of the agent which was supposed to show her some empty shops fro her business. Kripa & Sam were shopping at the mall. Sam hated it as he never ever liked the idea of shopping with a lady. He had never ever shopped even with Gunjan.
He was lost in thoughts when he bumped into some1. when he looked up he was more shocked than surprised to see Gunjan looking at him.
G: Sam…what r u doing here??? In a mall of all the places…
SA: baby… me… I…
Before he can say any thing Kripa came to him with a halter neck dress in her hands.
KR: Sam what do u think??? Will this dress do??
Gunjan was shocked 2 see Sam with some other girl… she had more & more negative thoughts in her mind.
G: (turning towards Kripa) who r u? & what r u doing with my husband??
SA: baby… its nothing… v were just…
G: u 1st tell me what r u doing in the mall that 2 during the office hrs….
KR: Mrs. Samrat… hi I am Kripa… I work with ur husband…
G: what r u 2 doing out here… Sam hates shopping with me… so what r u doing here with him…
KR: he wanted to give u a dress & was terribly confused abt what 2 buy 4 u… so he asked4 my help…
G: but I have not heard or seen u before…
KR: I have joined a few days back… now that the 2 of u r here u can finish the shopping with him Mrs. Samrat.
G: plz call me Gunjan…
KR: alright Gunjan… u guys take care.
SA: what abt our work…
KR: I will tell Sujal & others… I will handle it don't worry…u guys can leave.
SA: thanks… I will get back after dropping Gunjan.
G: no need… I am already done with the groceries & Sam I liked the dress picked up by Kripa.
She kissed his cheek making both of them smile & started walking towards the exit. Sam's eyes never left her. She was abt to get out when she was ruthlessly pulled back in. Sam was shocked 2 see 10 guys having AK-47's in their hands & pulling every1 in the corner while a few of them r outside the mall to secure it. Sam rushed towards Gunjan who was visibly shaken while Kripa pressed the signal on the mobile stating that the terrorists r in.
Angad & Nupur go into hiding while Mayank goes to the place where they have hid their masks & guns.
The terrorists make the clients sit on face down & hands on the head in one circle & the employees in the other circle. The employees were being asked to surrender all their cards & ids & any1 who tried to interfere was being hit with the back of the gun. The terrorists also put up the mobile blockers so that no help can come from outside.
Mayank successfully give the guns to Angad, Kripa & Nupur when they r abt to slide the gun to Sam Gunjan comes in middle & the gun goes in her hands. She was abt to lift it when a terrorist comes across it. Every1 is shocked to see this & Sam has a look on his face stating that he has lost everything.
The terrorists picks up the gun & sees Gunjan near it. While Gunjan is scared at the turn of the events… being very well aware of what was going in his mind. Tears start forming in her eyes as she understands that she was abt to b killed. She didn't wish to die so soon… she didn't even complete 1 yr of her wedding… it was still 6mths 2 weeks away…
Before she could think further the terrorist was pulling her by her hair towards the head.
T1: sir a gun was found with her….
T2: do u work 4 the security here???
G: I don't work here… I don't know how did this gun got here.
Listening to this that terrorists slaps her on the face. Sam cant see it & is abt to get up when Kripa places a hand on his shoulder to hold him in place. Angad communicates with Kashish & Sujal through the small microphone in his shirt which cant b detected by any device.
A: they have Gunjan as a suspect & will probably shoot her…
K: all of u wear ur masks & have ur guns…
A: everything in hand.
S: v r taking care of the guards outside it will take us 5 mins to get in… till that time stall her… v want no loss of life…
A: done…
Angad passes the word to all. The terrorist is abt to pull the gun on Gunjan's head when Sam comes in between.
SA: she hasn't done anything wrong… she doesn't even know how 2 operate a gun…
T1: listen up boy… there is no need 4 u to get involved in this… stay out of this… (to another terrorist) take him away…
The other terrorists take Sam to the back corner. When they r out of site Sam puts his knife in the stomachs of the terrorists without the other knowing it. There is a faint sound of a bird chirping which tells the others that Sam is in position. Sam goes in trying to get to most of the people. He has already positioned his gun to the terrorist who had his gun on Gunjan ready to shoot when he notices Sujal on the dome of the mall.
At the same time Sujal pressing his signal stating that he & Kashish r going to enter. Every1 put up their masks as in no case they r allowed to reveal their identity. As the terrorist is abt to pull the trigger Sujal shoots him down while the others start raining the bullets on the terrorists as their set targets… Kashish takes Gunjan away from there. Sam & Kripa provide cover for Kashish to get the max people out.
After 20 mins of continuous gun firing they r able to kill all terrorists. In this gun battle Angad gets a small shot on his left hand while a gun misses Mayank by millimeters. Kripa & Nupur take them to their van where a doc treats them. They hear Gunjan shouting Sam's name. Within secs Sam is in her arms… rubbing her back… trying to control her violent sobbing.
SA: shhhh… everything will b alright… look I am here… u r here & both of us r unharmed…
G: I was so scared Sam… so scared… I thought that that was it… I would never breath again… never see u again…
SA: love thinking doesn't change anything… I everyday think that I will become the president of India but it doesn't happen… so u can leave the thinking part away…
G: (with a small smile) SAMMMMM
SA: now that's the million dollar smile I have been waiting 4… now come on I will drop u home… u just relax… u have been under too much stress for today…
G: no… my crew is here… I have 2 cover the story & also thank the people who saved my life…
SA: already done that… u just continue with ur work… I am going to the office… bye… (kisses her cheeks) love u & will miss u…
G: love u 2.
All the RAW officers leave for the office. Angad & Mayank r resting while other r completing the reports.
