Sadhna
Sadhna is Mamaji's sister's daughter. 17 yrs ago, Sadhna was left in her mamaji's care by her dad who left for America after her mom's death. She grew up with her cousin Ragini (mamaji's daughter). She and Ragini are closer that even real sisters and best friends as well. Her beauty is her biggest curse, due to which she had to grow with her mamiji's hatred, as she always compared her ordinary looking daugher, Ragini to the beautiful Sadhna.She is married to Alekh Rajvansh.
Ragini
Ragini is Sadhna's jiji (cousin), best friend and they love each other more than anything in the world. Ragini is dark complexioned and not considered beautiful. Society looks down on her because of that, but she always has her cousin Sadhna's love and support.
Mamaji (Prakash Chand)
Mamaji is Sadhna's mom's brother, who took care of Sadhna and loved her like his own daughter. He showers his love equally on his own daughter Ragini and niece Sadhna.
Mamiji (Kaushalya)
Mamiji is Ragini's mom, who dislikes Sadhna because she is beautiful..But after the death of sadhnas father she likes Sadhna like her own daughter.
Vinu
Mama-Mami's son, Ragini brother. He is very selfish and looks out for himself only. He doesn't care of anyone else. He keeps lying to his parents that he earns very less, just so that they don't ask him for any financial help.
Malti
Vinu's wife. She is a selfish and an insensitve person just like Vinu. She keeps telling "Jhoot to main bolti nahi.." (I never tell lies...) and then goes on instigating family members against each other. She enjoys creating misunderstanding in the family and lives for it.
Naniji
Mamiji's mom. She comes to visit the family at times. And when she does, she keeps poisoning Mamiji's mind against Sadhna.. telling her that Ragini's life will be ruined because of Sadhna.
Kishan Chand (Sadhna's father)
He left for America, 17 yrs ago and left little Sadhna in mamaji's care. He went to the US to make enough money to come back and fulfill all of Sadhna's wishes, and his life's dream was to see his daughter, Sadhna's Bidaai.

The house maid, who's very close to the family and is treated like a family member.

malti's brother is a psychatrist doctor he omes for malti's godhbharai ceremony. he sees aalekh and starts treating him and meanwhile he falls in love with sadhna.

plot :
ranvir and ragini brought a good doctor for aalekh and the new doctor along with malti's brother is making aalekh better. meanwhile shlok is in blind love with sadhna.he shlok proposes sadhna while aalekh was she refuses it and says that she loves her alekhji more than anyone in this world and it dosn't matter whether he is normal or not.shlok is shattered by hearing this and he turns negative and wants to seprate aalekh sadhna.he helps the other doctor and try's his level best to make aalekh normal. he is a comiited doctor .aalekh gets better.
aalekh hugs sadhna😳😳😳. he says that she has done so much for him he wants to take the sath pheras with her again. everyone gets happy and agrees with aalekh.
saalekh take the pheras and they all reach the rajvansh house. saalekh goes to their room to change and aalekh asks sadhna to help him change his shirt sadhna shys off and she goes to change in the washroom she wears a blue colour saree and aalekh wears a white kurta.😉sadhna comes out of the washroom. aalekh hugs her from behind and is about to kiss her when ragvir comes in aalekh say to them that they r kabab mein haddi ⭐️and ranvir says that this is tit for tat when ranvir got married to ragini sadhna and aalekh played mischief on him and now he is paying it back with interest😆.they four laugh this off and vasu comes and calls them for dinner.
dining room
sadhna and ragini are about to go to the kithen to take food. when vasu asks them to sit and calls the srvants to seve food. aalekh was about to call sadhna to sit next to him when ranvir sits there and gives a chekky smile to him😃😃😃.sadhna is sitting adjacent to sadhna and vasu is sitting on left of sadhna and ragini on the right . vasu notices aalekh staring at sadhna and just nudges indrajeet😆😆.he also looks at aalekh and smiles. aalekh is trying to ouch sadhna's foot with his foot.aalekh is still looking at sadhna and by mistake touches vasu's leg. vasu understands and says that aalekh beta its the wrong leg and says we'll send sadhna to the room.😳.aalekh is emabrassed👏. after dinner saalekh go to their room and aalekh hugs sadhna .aalekh says that he is lucky to have her as his wife so loving and caring.he gives her a soft kiss. he pulls her to the bed and he says sorry. sadhn asks him y he said sorry. he replies that wen he wasn't normal he dint aloow her to sleep with him. sadhna says its ohk she is happy now becoz everything is well now. they both lie down and soon dozes off .
next morning
sadhna comes with tea for aalekh when vasucalls her and she goes to her. vasu asks sadhna to get something to her. she takes the tea from sadhna and says that she'll give it . vasu goes to aalekhs room. sadhna goes to vasu room and takes the thing and is going to her room when inder asks where is vasu?? sadi says that vasu is in her room. inder aso comes with sadi to the room. vasu keeps the tea on the table and goes to call aalekh. aalekh thiking that it is sadhna pulls her and is abt to kiss her ⭐️when he hears someone laughing. he opens the blanket and he sees sadhna and inder laughing at him. vasu also satarts laughing. vasu says hat oh she should have thought that saalkh are newly maried and they must be left alone. sadi and aalekh blushes😳
vasu and indrajit go. aalekh gets up and asks sadhna where did she go. she syas that she went to take something for vasu. she laughs and aalekh says no need to tease me. its my right to kiss my wfe and ill do it now. he pulls her to him and is about to kiss him when ranvir comes in.aalekh gets really mad and goes to the washroom.ranvir says to sadhna that they all r going to mamaiji's house for the naming ceremony of vinu's child.
