Kripa knew she wud never trust ne1 in her life again. Angad had done 1 thing for which she will suffer her whole life. After her parents death, nothing was d same, until ma nd pa came to take her. Now she cud nt face dose ppl she loved most in her life. She knew he got a chance bcoz of her stupid sense of duty. Bt never had she dreamed dat he wud announce such a blasphemy publicly.

She knew dey were going 2 d airport 2 board a flight 2 mumbai. Jst a few hours ago she was happy at d prospect, bt now she dreaded it. With his 1 statement her life has turned upside down, now even she didn't noe who she was, all she can feel was like a fake. Breathing yet nt living, seeing everything feeling nothing.

Angad was worried. He has never seen krips as pale as she was now. She didn't even spare him a glance, her hand was clasped in arjun's, armaan was on her other side. He was left 2 his own devices. He wanted 2 b near krips now, to comfort her, to tell her everything will b alrite, that he loved her, he wud never do nething 2 hurt her again. Bt he cannot do it. Seeing d expressions on armaan, arjun nd arohi's faces he wondered whether he wud b able 2 talk 2 her after 2day. He wud nt let dat happen, he cannot live if dat happened.

In d car on d way 2 airport she has made up mind, she will nt let angad destruct all dat she has so painstakingly created for herself. She knew she will always hav her frnds nd family wid her, bt she wanna do it herself. Dat mr everything I see I own, will pay big time for wat he has done, oh yes he will regret he ever met her.

She asked bhai, nd arjun-arohi to giv us a min alone. Dey frowned bt did wat i said.

"mr khanna i m nt 1 2 get out of sumthing i hav told i wud do. I agreed 2 act as ur fiance for 3 weeks nd i will, bt i will nt act married 2 u, dat was nt d part of d bargain."

Angad knew kripa was rite bt he cant do nething now, d news was out, nd he cannot take his words bak, he does nt hav nething 2 say so he remained silent.

Finally noticing his silence krips continued.

"look mister, i hav sum dreams 2, of getting married sum day 2 a decent human being who loves me, whom i love nd dis fake marriage will do no gud, so since i cannot help u nemore, dis is d last time we meet, after dis we r strangers."

Dat angad cud nt let her do, listening 2 her say abt her life wid sum1 else called sumthing primitive inside him. he knew she valued her self respect, nd independence so he pounced on dat weakness.

"so u don't want d job nemore, i c." Kripa paled even more at dat.

"it was nice meeting u ms kripa Sharma, i hope u hav a gud life ahead, nd meanwhile deal wid d reporters."

Krips didn't noe wat 2 do. She thot he will handle d reporters. Bt apparantely he wud nt do ne such thing.

He continued, "nd by d way, i hope mr nd mrs malik do nt read tomorrow's papers."

Oh god she has forgotten all abt it. She knew she was strong, nd cud handle d reporters once she got used 2 d idea. Bt she didn't think dat ma nd pa cud handle d disgrace dis incident wud bring 2 d family. It was her mess, she shud never hav said she was angad's wife at d hospital. Her stupid caring self had dumped her 2 deep now, nd she was nt sure how she will b able 2 get out of dis situation. He left her no choice, bt wat did he want frm her, of dat also she was nt sure.

"wat do u want?"

"u as my wife for a month."

"u r joking rite." His face was blank, his eyes never left hers, color drained from her face nd she was speechless for a moment.

"wat happens after d month is up?" he knew wat will happen, dis marriage will last forever nd a day nd dey will hav dere happily ever after, bt he cud nt tell her dat.

"divorce."

So dis was all casual for him, marriage was like a play for him, wid actors doing dere part nobody's emotions involved. Oh how cud she hav thot for a moment, dat he can b caring, no he was a arrogant bas***d.

"done."

"we leave tomm at 9, be ready."

"leave????"

"yes on our honeymoon." Wid dat he walked away. Kripa was rooted on d spot, first engaged, now married bt honeymoon...

"krips u kk. Wat dis dat *** said 2 u." Armaan asked worried.

"i m fine."

"u did tell him wat 2 do of his foul mouth." Arohi asked wid such vehemence dat krips almost smiled.

"i did."

"nd wat did u say?" arjun asked.

"dat i will b married 2 him for a month, nd den we will divorce." Actually dat was nt true he has said dat.

"U DID WAT?" armaan shouted.

"bro don't worry abt me, i noe wat i m doing."

"i don't think so."

"u will nt marry him krips." Arjun nd arohi said in unison.

"bro, arohi arjun i noe u care for me, bt dis is my mess nd i will get out of it."

Armaan, arjun nd arohi saw d stubborn tilt of her head, d determined expression in her eyes, nd knew nething dey said or did will nt waver her.

Finally wen kripa noticed dat dey will nt further argue, she said,"we will nt tell ne of dis 2 ma, pa nd ridhi."

she knew it will break dere heart if dey knew abt it.

Dey boarded d flight 2 mumbai, nd came home.

As soon as dey settled for dinner, krips began," ma-pa ridhi i want 2 tell u sumthing."

"haan beta bolon," noami said.

"ma i got married 2 angad, two days ago."

ma nd pa were shocked bt ridhi looked happy.

"krips u cud hav told us, we liked angad. We wud hav gladly given our consent for d marriage." D hurt visible in dere eyes was more den she cud bear.

"i noe ma pa i m sorry, i don't noe wat got over me. Bt we r getting remarried in a month, nd dis time we will do it traditionally."

Guilt assailed her, bcoz she didn't hav ne plans of marrying angad or any other bt Dat seemed 2 make dem happy, or atleast satisfied, d meal resumed. Bt b4 calling it a day, ma asked, "so r u leaving 2 live wid angad soon."

"yes ma tomm." Armaan looked at her furious wid her for nt telling him dat. Bt she didn't hav ne energy left 2 argue wid him, so she left for her bedroom nd shut d door b4 he cud follow.

If angad thot she wud leave Mumbai, nd go wid him on a honeymoon, even thinking dat word left a queasy feeling in her stomach, den he had another think cuming. She wud liv wid him, under same roof, in different bedroom, bt in Mumbai. She smiled for d first time in hours, at d thot wat she was going 2 do tomm 2 him.
