*Knock Knock*
Waiting for the response…….he stand outside till he heard
"Come in" Rahul called softly
Entering, he gets the warm smile on his face that always came on his face seeing their faces
"You are still up, Sujal……..what's the matter?" Juhi asked concerned
Sujal sit down on the floor……….and put his head in her lap…
Both Rahul and Juhi glance at each other……….slowly, knowing him, juhi started moving her fingers in his thick hairs
Sujal smiled………he loved it when Juhi do like this…..this always give him a motherly feeling…her motherly touch was too one of the most reasons, Sujal think he can't live without….
"You looked tired" Rahul said putting his hand on his shoulder

Sujal looked up
"Actually, I have never felt as great ever" Both juhi and Rahul looked confused
There serious face even made him more excited to tell
"The news is out Uncle……you are going to be a father-in-law soon…" Rahul looked at him even more suspiciously
"What Guys……..Armaan is ready to marry Riddhima" An emotion of satisfaction, calmness, happiness all spread against there faces
"you are not joking right?" Juhi was still so surprised to react
Sujal get up and sit beside her…
"Bua, did I ever lied to you?" as Juhi nod in no, having those tears in her eyes…..she move forward and kissed his forehead
"You are my ever so special son…….thank you Sujal" Sujal hold her from her shoulders and said
"I have done nothing Bua………he just told me yesterday that he love Riddhima....its his decision" Rahul marched out from the room in search of armaan while Juhi stay behind with Sujal
"Uncle is looking so happy………..its like they got the world" Sujal said as juhi moved her hand on his face and made him look at her
"When are you going to think about yourself Sujal?..........Its high time you too should think about your marriage….i always thought that Kashish is……." But before she can say anything further, Sujal get up…
"No Bua, you know I don't believe in arrange marriages…….plus I never think about Kashish in that way" Sujal don't want to discussed this topic but Juhi made him….
"Is there someone else, beta?" Sujal turned and looked at her
"Bua, actually there is….." but before he can say…….Rahul brings Armaan into the room holding his ears and he was crying like a baby
"You stupid grown up boy………"
"Dad, leave me na……please" Juhi move forward and make Rahul leave him……Juhi just look at him and hug him
"You give me world's biggest happiness……thank you" Armaan kissed her hairs and moved her back
"No, don't cry Mum……"
"When are you going to bring her home?" Juhi said wiping her tears that just spilled out with happiness
"If you say……..i can go just now…." All smiled at his restless behavior
"No, from now on………….your meeting with Riddhima's are cancelled till you both are formally engaged…ok" Sujal said warning him, controlling his smile while Armaan glared at him
"Right Uncle"
"Right……….we will go tomorrow to talk about it…….and you better be away from her till we elders decide what to do" Pouting his lips, armaan looked at her mother
"Mum"
"No honey, you deserve it for hiding us this from such a long time" Juhi pat his cheek and left out with Rahul to call Gupta's
"Bhai, I am not going to leave you" Glaring Armaan run after Sujal who already left the room for the sake of his life.

Sitting in the corner of Capital's hotel........they both were lost in each other.............sitting side by side on that fluffy couch..
They remembered that it was the same hotel, where they came to celebrate the new year eve............but it all went wrong in a sense.......and changed there life
"Riddhima, remember how red you were
"Riddhima, you know.............Mom won't let me have a night out...........she love you, trust you.......please ask her to let me accompany you to the bash tonight...please"
"Armaan, you know..........aunty hate you lying"
"ya, but this time...........its you going to lie" he said simply but then bit his tongue looking at her solemn face.....he move forward and hold her from her shoulders
"I know, you hate lying............but please.......for me...........i really don't want to start my new year sitting in a room, watching tv" Riddhima look at his puppy face which ask her for a favor
"Ok, but last time i am going to lie" Riddhima said with finality in her voice...........armaan just move forward and hug her....
It was always like this..........he requested her to accompany him to the venue and then, she left behind like she is no one....
She just craved for his eyes..........she just wanted him to see the Love that she had for him.......she just wanted him to realize that she is no one else for him, but she is just for him......
But Alas! She lost it till now
Sitting infront of mirror, she combed her hairs for the last time
"Get ready for another heartbreak" she told herself, actually, prepared herself........
Wearing her red knee lenght beautiful sleeveless dress, she was looking amazing...........just waiting that for whom she is getting ready, will noticed him
*Beep Beep*
hearing her car horn, armaan glanced out from his room window, to just see her there............Hurrying down the stairs, he bid bye to his parents and come out to see her leaning on the car.............looking absolutely magnificent with the light makeup and a little pink gloss making her lips more prominent..
How he just wanted to leave that boring party and spend this whole night just with her........but....he can't
"Will now you just sit down?" frowning, she said rudely.......she actually hated the idea of seeing him with some other women...
"Let me driver, your highness" he said in a melodramatic mood that suddenly changed her face expressions from a frown to a smile....
Making her sit down, he get to the driver side and start the engine
Riddhima was continuously looking outside, trying to ignore him.............trying to forget that he is sitting beside her...so close..........trying to forget that she love this man who is just going to spend this special new year night with some other girl
Whereas, armaan.........about what can he think other than her...
He give her a glance and then too look in front and remember the time...............time when he actually understand Friendship word meaning from her......time when he used to think about her just as a friend.........and time, when he started thinking of her more than a friend...
Yes, she was more than a friend for him.............If he had rightly called it, it was love, he started feeling for her..........it still is....
He steal some more glances of her and admired her face beauty.............she was looking more mesmerizing, more temptating than ever...if he just
just could hold her in his arms and say all that words which he wanted to say from such a long time.........it was not like he didn't want o or didn't tried...........he did tried when she first time perform on stage with his help at the age of 19 but right before he can say anything.......she said excitedly
"You are such a great friend armaan...........don't know how can i ever live without your friendship" hugging her back, armaan just felt like broken......he too don't want to loose this friendship and taking her words as a hint, in a negative sense, he decided not to think about it...........he was happy just being near her and that what he did....
From then on, he became a play boy just to hide his feelings for her............and God knows, how hard it was till now
Holding each other hands, armaan threw the car keys to the attendant and left for inside
And as she thought Priyanka spot armaan on the door and take him away from her…….like always, she left behind alone
Trying to look happy, she moved in as she need to wait for armaan so then she can drop him home………….his parents love her like there own daughter so didn't bother him much to go out
Somehow she feels that they like her…….in the sense….you know but the one how really have to like her, never noticed her
She approached the bar when she heard the voice
"Can I get a drink for the lady?" hearing she turned around to find Rahul……..her college buddy
"Rahul" getting up she hugged him quickly and share a long hug
"How you got here and who is muskaan?" Riddhima asked as they both take place on the bar
"Muskaan is fine…….&"
"&" Riddhima raised her brow
"is pretty much pregnant"
"Whoa…..you guys get married…….Congrats" Riddhima and Rahul shake hands
"Thanx…."
"Would you like something?"
"A Beer"
"A lemonade" Riddhima offered and Rahul looked around
"So you and armaan are still playing that blind chasing game" Rahul sais as he saw Armaan getting on the dance floor with some other girl
Riddhima look down to control her emotions
Rahul get that and stand up getting a hold of his beer
"Best of luck Riddhima, I hope you guys will make it soon" Rahul left as countdown to welcome new year too started
Riddhima get a sip of her lemonade and get to the floor to welcome new year with open arms
The lights went off………..and only the numbers on the screen were visible

Riddhima looked here and there when someone hold her from shoulders
"Happy New Year" she heard his voice and then felt his lips on hers that left her shocked
