Epilogue-Part-I
Everything looked different for her, after five years after their college. She did not where all her friends had gone. Then again she thought that she was the one who left and was away from everyone. She could clearly remember the day of their graduation. Ayesha looked at her face in the mirror. But what she could see is only the memories of the graduation day. She could remember very well, how each of their expressions were and who were missing from the graduation ceremony. She thought of Prachi, she could not understand her blank expressions on her face. She did not know the reason of Milind's absence from the ceremony. Only she could make out why Pallavi and Purab were happy. They were happy about their relationship. But Ayesha did not understand why their mood suddenly changed seeing Prachi gloomy. She could not make out the connection between Milind's expression and Prachi's gloominess. But when she talked to Pallavi, she got the shock of her life, the shock that she could not forget even after five years. She then turns her face away from the mirror and picks up the photo frame from the nearby table. She looks at Neev's picture admist the whole gang. She and he were away for five years from then. She could remember the promised he made to her. She shuts her eyes tightly allowing a lone tear falling on the cheek. She immediately wipes of the tear and looks at the others in the photo. She comes across Milind's pic. His angry looks made her angry, and immediately look away from him, seeing Prachi in the other corner who was smiling. She felt sad for her and started cursing Milind, for the sudden change of Prachi's sulkness and gloominess. She then puts it back and picks up her saree. That day was their reunion of their old friends in their college. She suddenly felt a slight shiver going through her spine. She knew why did she feeling scared to meet them. The main reason was she was feeling guilty to face Prachi, after hearing what Pallavi had told her on the Graduation Day. But she got ready just to meet friends after five long years.
She parked her car in the parking lot of her college and took the glance of the college. She thought that nothing changed a bit from past five years. Every bit was the same, which was there when she was studying there. She moved towards the hall slowly and carefully thinking that everything should be fine. She entered the hall slowly; looking here and there hopin she could find either Prachi or Neev. But all that she could find was Milind standing with his group of friends and laughing loudly. At first she thought she was dreaming, but she realized it was real. She did not see him laughing or smile at any one during the college days but she was surprised and shocked seeing that. "Hey! How are you? After a very very long time. Where did you missing? We searched for you in every nook and corner", Ayesha jerked back hearing Milind. "I……. I'm…………. I'm fine. Thanks", Ayesha stammered suddenly facing Milind. "Prachi……………", but Ayesha could speak further. She felt a lump in her throat obstructing to speak further. "Oh Prachi! See might be somewhere here in the hall. But I can't do you any favour searching for you. You should help yourself, ok", Milind said cheerfully and goes to join the gang again leaving Ayesha dumbstruck and shocked. She didn't understand why Milind was smiling even after she took Prachi's name.
She slowly walks forward and wishing her friends after recovering from the initial shock. She hoped this would be the last one and thought she could not bear another shock at the present situation. But she was jerked by a familiar voice, "Hi Ayeshu, how are you. Where did you go missing all these years? I kept on searching for you", Ayesha saw Prachi infront of her. But she could not still believe that was Prachi, who was standing infront of her. That day she looked very different from the days of their college. "Hey come on Ayesha at last we met after five years. Actually so much happened in these five years and you missed each and every thing", Prachi started speaking without giving a break ignoring whether Ayesha was listening to her or not. On the other side, Ayesha started looking at her up and down, not able to believe what she was seeing. She could still believe that she was standing with Prachi. Suddenly she blinks with her mouth wide open, she squeals, "Oh my god! Prachi you are married. I really can't believ this", "not only you Ayesha, I also can't believe this and didn't care to call us also", Ayesha turned back and found Neev walking towards them. "You two idiots, I tried every means to keep in touch with you. Where did you'll run away?" Prachi yelled at them. "Prachi are you happy with this marriage", Ayesha asked her doubtfully. "What are you asking me Ayesha? Think that I got everything from this marriage. My dreams are fulfilled with this marriage", Prachi replied excitedly. "So are you going to introduce your hubby", Neev asked her doubtfully. "Oops sorry yaar, I really forgot about this. Wait I'll call him", Prachi leaves the place. Meanwhile Pallavi and Purab joined Neev and Ayesha talking about the time they missed to be together. Neev suddenly turns back, hearing a voice from behind. "This is my hubby", Prachi introduced, making both Ayesha and Neev shocked out of their lives. They saw Milind standing beside Prachi and being introduced as her husband. "This is my husband Mr. Milind Mishra", Prachi announced proudly. "Prachi are you sure", Neev conformed. "What Neev, can't you see me standing beside her", Milind replied on the verge of loosing temper. "Actually Milind, Neev was thinking about something", Ayesha tried to calm down Milind. "Ok, guys, I need to announce this news on the Dias to everyone. Come on Prachi", saying this Milind pulled Prachi towards the Dias. They not even walked down a few steps, "thud", they both heard a sound as if someone falling. They both take glances of each other, "Ayesha is very weak hearted person", Milind complaints to Prachi. But she simply smiles and turns back. But they get shocked on turning back…………….
Sorry people not able to update more than this…………………..this epilogue is another story goes in few parts. I hope you'll bear with me.
