Shashank: yeh sab kia ho raha hai???
Riddhima pulls away her hand from Armaan's shoulder as a lump makes it way in her throat. She knew that whatever will happen now will land Armaan into a lot of trouble. Armaan looked from Shashank to Riddhima and then to Dev who was whimpering on the floor. He slowly stood up, his hands still balled into fists and slightly bleeding. Shashank entered the room and looked at the whole scene, an just when he was about to say something, Anjali entered the room.
Her eyes drifted from one person to another in the room, all extremely quiet. When she saw Dev lying on the floor, bleeding profusely, her hand flew to her mouth.
Anjali: Oh my God….(mutters) DEV!!!
She ran over to him and knelt down towards his, her hands caressing his head as he bled. She looked up in anger at Armaan….
Anjali: what the hell is this….Armaan….why did you…??
Shashank: Anjali…beta…tum Dev ko foran aik ward main shift karwao…call the wardboys and page Dr.Shubhankar….(turns to look at Armaan) Dr. Armaan, I want to see you in my office in ten minutes….
Riddhima: papa…main….
Shashank held up a hand to stop her…
Shashank: Maine apse baat nahi ki Dr. Riddhima….Dr. Armaan, ten minutes…
He gives him a splittingly angry look and helps Anjali with Dev, and gets him on a gurney. Armaan stands rooted to the spot, his hands still clutched into fists and a helpless Riddhima stood beside him. As they left the room, Riddhima looks at Armaan and sighs. The thing was, she couldn't even say anything to her dad because in reality, Dev had not been doing anything, he had just held her hand. True, he would have done something if Armaan hadn't made his entry, but she couldn't explain this to her dad.
She tentatively took hold of his hand and caressed it, as it was bleeding slightly. Armaan looked at her, a hard look on his face.
Riddhima: Armaan…??
Armaan: I know…mujhe nahi karna chhaiya tha…..par Riddhima…(turns to look at her) I couldn't control myself…jab maine ussay tumhare saath aissay…I just couldn't…
Riddhima: I know, Armaan!! I understand…per ab dekho na, kitna masla ho gaya..
Armaan: yeah….(looks at her and sighs) pata nahi mujhe kia ho gaya tha….i am sorry..
Riddhima purses her lips and nods…
Riddhima: its okay!! Ab kia kar sakte hain…chalo, dad ke cabin main…(walks towards the door)
Armaan: aik second…tum bhi chal rahi ho mere saath…??
Riddhima: of course Armaan…main tumhain akele nahi jannay de sakti…I have to clear out things in front of Dad…
Armaan: nahi Riddhima…please, tum matt ao…Dr. Shashank pehle hi bohat ghussay main hain, aissya main agar unhain hum per bhi shak ho gaya to bohat masla ho jayegaa…
Riddhima: par Armaan…
Armaan: Riddhima please…don't worry, I will handle it…
Riddhima nodded…Armaan came forward and kissed her forehead after cupping her face with both his hands…and then walks over to Shashank's cabin.

Shashank's cabin.
Armaan was standing before Shashank's desk, his head bent as Shashank glared at him, leaning into his chair. Riddhima was pacing outside the cabin, trying to hear whatever was going on inside the cabin. At long last, Shashank spoke.
Shashank: Kyun??
Armaan looked up at him, a bit confused.
Armaan: jee sir…??
Shashank: kyun kia ap ne yeh sab…kia zarurat thi yeh sab hungama kerne ki…? Pehle kia apki file mein kamm black points lag chukkay hain jo ap un main izafa kerwana chahtay hain…??
Armaan: nahi sir who…
Shashank: please Dr. Armaan…main apki koi baat nahi sunana chahta…aj ap ne jo kiya hai, its beyond my forgiveness…maine hamesha apki ghaltion ko bachpana samaj ker mauf ker dia…per yeh…hitting another doctor on the hospital premises?? Intolerable…
Armaan: sir ap meri baat to sun lein…
Shashank: Dr. Armaan, I don't think a piss position main hain ke main ap ki koi bhi baat sunoon ya manun….aik to ap ne unko itni buri tarah marra ke he had to be admitted, aur uske baad bhi ap….disgusting!! (narrows his eyes at him)
Armaan: Sir who Riddhima pe…
Shashank eyebrows rise up as he hears Riddhima's name…and he looks at him questioningly. Now, Armaan doesn't knw what to do as there was no excuse, and he couldn't come out and tell Shashank that his future son-in-law was hitting on his youger daughter.
Armaan: Sir who Riddhima ke saath badtamizi ker raha tha…
Shashank: kaisi badtamizi??
Armaan is now rendered speechless, because he just couldn't come up with the courage to spill out the truth to Shashank. When he stays quiet for some time, Shashank speaks up again…
Shashank: Dr. Mallik…main apse kuch puch raha hun…?? Agar Dr. Dev Riddhima ke saath badtamizi ker rahay thay…to apko kia problem hai…?? Aur ap wahan ker kia rahay thay??
Armaan: (sighs) Sir…Riddhima meri bohat achi friend hai, uske saath agar koi kisi bhi kism ki badtamizi kerega to main bardasht nahi karunga…aur main wahan se guzar raha tha, to mujhe Riddhima ki cheekhne ki awaz ayi…aur jab meine darwaza khola to Dev ne Riddhima ka haath pakra hua tha aur….
Before he could finish, Anjali speaks up from the door.
Anjali: SHUT UP ARMAAN!!
Armaan turns to see Anjali standing at the door and a distressed Riddhima at her back, trying to stop her. Armaan looked from anjali to Shashank, waiting for him to tell her to shut up, but he was sitting quietly in his chair, looking on the scene.
Armaan: Anjie dekho…
Anjali: don't…you…dare…!! (pointing at him) tum khud ko samajhte kia ho, huh?? Tum kuch bhi keroge aur sab usko maan leinge, just cuz from nowhere you turned out to be the leader of the intern gang?? NO Armaan…aj jot um ne kia hai na…main kabhi soch bhi nahi sakti thi…
Armaan looks at her and rolls his eyes…
Anjali: pehle to tumhari aur Ridzi ki baton se mujhe lag raha tha ke tumhain Dev se koi personal problem hai…pehle tum ne khud mujhe uss se door rehne ko kaha, aur phir meri hi choti behen ko use kia, mere khilaaf….just because u guys are in a relationship doesn't give u the right to interfere in my life…got it??
In her anger, she had spilled out their truth. Armaan closes his eyes for a second as he hears her out, while Riddhima's face turns pale with fear. Shashank sat up straight in his chair at hearing this, an irrevocably arrogant look on his face.
Shashank: Anjali, yeh tum kia keh rhi ho…??
Anjali: haan Dad…(turns to him) ye donon aik dusre se pyaar kerte hain….sab ko pata hai, siwaye aap ke…
Shashank's face hardens and anger is etched on his face. He looks from Armaan, who was now looking down to Riddhima, who did not even have the courage to look up at him.
Shashank: Riddhima…??
Riddhima doesn't look up still, her heart contorted by fear.
Shashank: Riddhima…main tumse baat ker raha hun…look at me…
Riddhima looks up at him slowly, her face now a pale yellow, her breathing shagged.
Shashank: Anjali jo keh rahi hai…kia who sach hai??
Riddhima had now no other way out…she looks at Anjali, who was looking at her with a grim look on her face, her arms folded, and then at Armaan, who slightly raises his eyes at her and with a single blink of his eyes, reassured her to go ahead. Riddhima, with a sudden burst of confidence, looked straight at Shashank and nodded.
Shashank: (under his breath) unbelievable….DR. Riddhima, ap ja sakti hain…
Riddhima, who had been expecting an entirely different reaction, looks up at him in shock. He signals her towards the door, and Riddhima, after stalling for a few seconds, leaves the room.
Shashank: you too, Dr. Anjali….
Anjali huffs and leaves. Armaan now looks up at Shashank, who glares at him for a few seconds, and then looks down in his file.
Shashank: Dr. Mallik, you are on probationary leave for the next two weeks…ap na to hospital aa sakte hain aur na hi koi case handle ker sakte hain..apke sab cases Dr. Keerti ko wapis de diye jayenge….for two weeks, u shouldn't be seen around Sanjeevani…am I clear??
Armaan looks at him in shock and tension; how could he just suspend him like that?
Armaan: par Sir ap ne…
Shashank: IS…THAT…CLEAR….DR. MALLIK??
Armaan looks at him and sighs, then nods. There wasn't anything much that he could do.
Shashank: that would be all then….ap ki leave aaj se shuru hai…you can go….and next time, agar aissa kuch hua, to ap seedha Sanjeevani se nikaal diye jayenge…..now you can leave.
Armaan stands there for a mere seconds, trying to make a last effort at saying his point of view. He then reprimands himself, as it would be of no use. He sighs and then turns back and leaves the room.

Really sorry for teh extra short part guys....but anyways, friday's just a day away...and then i can write in peace...Tmw i have a bio test and then a chemistry one on friday..so um pretty packed up with a few things...sorry again...
Anyways...sorry for teh delay again...so where do u think Armaan will go now...?? 2 weeks...will he stick arnd in Mumbai and try being with Riddhima...more importantly, what will Shashank say to Riddhima after finding out thr truth...plz do comment, even though i know its not worth all the wait...i am feeling so bad, really sorry guys...
