Nupur : heyy...itne dino baad, forgot me kya?....arre nahin ..gunjan didnt telll u that i was stuck at bangalore for 3dayzz extra.....no no i am fine now....wat !!...tum aa rahe ho but kab ??...woh day after tomorrow and u are telling me this now !!...ok okk, i forgive u...chl jaldi aa jaa...missed u soo much....yeah , LOVE U TOO !!!!
these words crashed on mayank..they were thunder on his heart....the hell crashed down on him....unknowingly a tear rolled down his cheeks
he stood there , he felt numb , it was like someone stole his soul from him and asked to still live in this cruel world ..he was still in that state when nupur called him
Nupur : arre !!..wat are u doing there ?..bahar kadhke padhauge kya ??
Mayank jst trying to get normal ...
Mayank : hmm...kuch nhain
Mayank moved inside and sat beside Nupur , he didnt utter a word and went through the notes , Nupur who was carefully observing him found somethng fishyy
Nupur : kya hua ?
Mayank : kuch bhi nahin !!
Nupur : phir tum itne chup kyun ho ??
Mayank : tum chalta phirta radio ho ..toh mujhe toh chup rehna he padega na !!
Nupur : bahut stupid joke tha ..and dont try to change the topic...kya hua hai ??
Mayank : kuch nahin...!!..tumne assignment complete ke?
Nupuur still looking at him with raised eyebrows !!..
Mayank [looking at her] : stop cheking me out NUpur !!!..sharam nahin aati ??
mayank giggled and Nupur turned er face to other side
Nupur : aisa kuch nahin hai.....karle meinne assignment.yeh lo
Nupur handed over her work to mayank
for next hour they continued with there routine work..mayank explaining him the topic and Nupur listening to him and yawning !!...
they were almost done with there work whhen Gunjan and Samrat came
Gunjan : nupur pata hai...
Nupur : Armaan ka phone aaya and he is coimng to India !!!
Gunjan : i know..Armaan tujhe pehle batata hai aur phir kissi aur ko
Nupur : yeh toh hai !!
Samrat and Gunjan got themselves seated and yapped abt Armann...they were basically telling Maynak abt Armann yet he felt left out , it was the first time he didnt like the excitment in nupur's eyes...there was somethng troubling mayank....was it the fact that nupur and armaan are bestest of buddies or he was not aware of nupur's feelings towards him [Mayank]
the day went like that ...the whole nite mayank kept on wondering abt Armaan and Nupur...although he tried to console him be thinking ''nupur feels for u mayank...she likes u andu know that...maybe armaan uska aacha dost ho ....they can be good friends '' but at the end nothng was going for mayank..!!!
Next day at Excel college went quite cool for Nupur as she didnt feel left out on some topics and all credit goes to Mayank..who kept strict check on her , as she did her work without fail
but on other side , mayank's mind was hovering from one thng to other...he culdnt concentrate on anythng....
after tiring class they both went to canteen
Nupur : mayank ??
Mayank [sipping coffee] : bolo ?
Nupur : kuch hua hai kya ?
Mayank : tum mujhse yeh question kitne baar poochogi ?
Nupur : tab tak ...jab tak tum mujhe bata nahin dete ke kya hua hai..tum mujhse baat bhi teekh tarahse nahin kar rahe..aur uljhe uljhe se lag rahe ho..baat kya hai ?
Mayank [furious] :kitne aar bolna padega ke kuch nahin hai
nupur was taken aback by the sudden outburst
Nupur : par mein toh...
Mayank : thats it nupur ...mein tang aa gaya hoon ,
Nupur : par meinne toh..
Mayank : mujhe libraray jaana hai
Mayank went to library and nupur sat there with a shock ..it was after so long that mayank talked to her like that..she was not getting a word ....and unknowingly tears filled her eyes
nezt day also went like that, this time mayank started avoiding nupur, though it was toughest for mayank..but he did it..he didnt want to go close to her anymore , he felt disgusted as whenever he thought abt nupur , armaan's thought crept into his mind
Nupur was all confused , she was not knowing where life was taking her , mayank was avoiding her , she didnt know any cause for it ...evrythng seemed to be hap-hazard for nupur..she evn forgot that Armaan was gonna arrive that day !!
life was playing with them...
and a new person in there life was gonna make it miserable or heaven ????
