Now they went inside the cottege. Mayu tried in every fashion to make nups speak or at least fight!

But no use!

She dnt even pay attention to him.

It was dinner time, everybody was on dinning table, Nups n Gun were helping the servant to serve.

As gun Walk here to there, sammy's eye follow her silently! And benji's eye follow Sam!

Benji: Samrat!

Samrat: hmmm..............

Benji: tune detective servise shuru ki hai?

sam: kya??????

Ben: To gunjan ko aise ghoor kyun raha hai?

Sam: main thodi ghoor raha hoo?

Ben: haan! tu thodi ghoor raha hai wo to main ghoor raha hoo.

Sam: shayad!

Benji was about to say something but sam zipped him up.

Then they sat on table to eat.

Nups wasnt eating much but was digging her spoon in her sabji.

Gun asked her softly,

'di! Kya baat hai?'

'kuch nahi'

'di! Bata bhi do'

'wo mayank.......'

'di! Abhi tak?'

'haan! Abhi tak! Tune dekha nahi ladkhyonko dekhakar kaise muh khula reh gaya tha uska! White white face dekhe dil wa beating fast mayank wa chance mare re'

and she banged her spoon on plate loudly.

Everyone turned and looked at her suspiciously.

She gave all fake smile and stood up,

'mera to ho gaya! Kya khana tha, by god! Gunjan tu khale huh, baad mein milte hai. Bye'

and Mayu's eyes follow her till she disappeared behind curtains.

Rest of dinner went fine. Gun was nt willing to eat much, and seeing Gun like this Sam also wsnt feeling like eating. Mayu had stopped eating the moment Nups leave. But benji and dodo was eating till last.

As they complete their dinner, dodo-chako, anny-dia went to sleep by wishing all good night.

Gun stopped there to help servant to clean up. Sam observed her as she was doing work. Many things were running in his brain. He was feeling uncomfortable, uneasy! He wanted to share this with some one.

Benji, he thought looking at benji who was laying on sofa, but he will not understand.

Dia? But she will probably laugh at me! Then who?

Mayank, now we have become good friends. But he seems to be thinking about something else. He look at Mayu, who was sitting in Bean bag, thinking so hard which can be guessed by Dodo too.

Then Sam looked at Gun. Chashmish se kahoon? Lekin jab main uske sath hota hoo wo feeling badh jati hai. Ek ajab si bechaini hoti hai. Kya karu ? Sam stood there by piller thinking hard.

After doing her work Gun was about to go when she saw Sam.

'arey Samrat! Tum ab tak gaye nahi. Raat bohot ho chuki hai aur aaj tum log bohot khele bhi ho, thak gaye hoge, so jao! Good night!'

and she also went.

Sam thought for a moment and decide to give it a timd.

'Oye benji! Chal uth. Room mein chale. Mayank!'

but Mayu was so much into thought that he dint hear.

Benji then knocked on Mayu's shoulder and said,

'Mr. Sharma next semister ke exam ka tension baad mein lena haan? Abhi chale? Mujhpar nidra ka prakop havi ho raha hai! Wah, agar shukla yahan hota to behosh ho jata'

and Three of them went towards there room.

Nups was sitting in couch holding pillow very tight in her hand.

She was remembering the time when she was only gal arround Mayu with whom he was so joly. The salsa rehearsal, beach, diwali party!

But, now today the way he was talking to them.

'to phir kya hua?', she thought, 'akhir mayank bhi to ek ladka hai, ladkiyonko dekhake uchalega hi na! Lagata hai kuch jyada hi hogaya!'

Gun entered the room and Nups thinking of something.

She thought 'abhi di ka mood thik nahi hai, akela chhodna hi thik hai. Kuch der baad khud hi achhi ho jaegi'

'di!'

'huh?'

'main chhat pe ja rahi hoo. Aap aa rahe ho?'

'nahi Gunjan tu ja, mujhe neend aa rahi hai'

'thik hai di.Good night'

'good night'

Just shutting the door gunjan went towards terace.

'pata nahi di ko kya hogaya hai? Kuch alag hi behave kar rahi hai. Lagata hai terminals mein jyada padhane ka parinam hai'

In the room:

'by god, Gunjan kya soch rahi hogi mere barein mein. Tu bhi na Nupur drama queen ban jati hai kabhi kabhi. Ab kal mein Mayank se achhese baat karungi'

promicing this to herself she went to sleep.

In boys room:

Benji was laying on bed half awake, Sam was dribbling his BB, mayu was sitting in chair.

Sam: arey Mayank, kya hua? Kahan kho gaye? Dinner time se dekh raha hoo kuch disturb ho.

Mayu: actually, yes. Aur mujhe lagata hai meri problem tumhi solve kar sakate ho.

Sam stopped playing with ball and sat near Mayu.

'bolo'

'samrat, tumne notice kiya jab se hum beach se aye hai tab se Nupur ne kisise thik se baat nahi ki?

I mean, Nupur jise bolte hue rokna namunkin hai wo aaj kitni chup thi. Yaar, yeh ladkiya itni complecated kyun hoti hai. Tu to is mamle mein expert hai tu hi bol'

Sam took a deep breath.

'to tell you the truth. In morena sisters ko samajhana mere bas ki baat nahi. Aaj chashmish matlab Gunjan bhi kuch weird behave kar rahi thi. Kuch kehna chahati thi par kehte kehte ruk gaye. Ek ajeebsi feeling aa rahi hai'

'mujhe bhi'

and they both looked at Benji.

'hey guys, meri taraf mat dekho, is maamle mein tum jis school ke student ho na wahan pe mujhe admission bhi nahi milti'

Both Sam and Mayu staired at Benji.

'yeh to sansar ka niyam hai bachha', Benji said with sleepy eyes.

Mayu: matlab?

'matlab mere bhole, wo do mahan sadhu kehke gaye hai na! Sant sadhu Vishal- Shekhar ke bachha choti ungali pe nachaegi tujhe kaaran she is small town gal, arthat chote sheher ki ladki!'

saying this Benji dozz off.

Sam and Mayu gave weird looks to Benji.

Mayu: sambhalo apne dost ko warna yeh Dodo part 2 ho jaega.

And they both smiled. Sam stood up when Mayu asked,

'arey Samrat itne raat ko kidhar jaa rahe ho?'

'soch raha hoo chhat pe jake thodi hawa kha loo'

Mayu also stood up,

'waise idea bura nahi hai, main jara garden mein jake hawa khata hoo!'

and they were about to leave room when Benji snored loudly.

They 1st looked at Benji then at each other and then said together,

'wise decision!'

In terace:

Sam entered the terace without knowing that Gun was already there. He sat on swing, and hearing that sound Gun turned,

'arey Samrat tum yahan'

'tum bhi to yahan ho. Kyu? Neend nahi aa rahi?'

'aise hi samajhlo'

'dekha? Maine finaly tumhari neende uda hi li'

Gun smiled at his flirtish tone,

'magar tum Samrat, tumhari neend kisne udayi? Yeh to tumhara department hai na? Kaun hai wo khush naseeb?'

'tum'

'main?'

'haan tum. Yahin sochake mere baal safed ho rahe hai aur neend ud rahi hai ke tum mere sath date pe kab chalogi. Ise pehle ke main buddha ho jau, haan kehdo chashmish'

Gun smilled and sat on the same swing and asked,

'to phir yeh kya hai?'

confussed Sam asked,

'matlab?'

'date ka matlab kya hota hai? Do log jab date pe jate hai tab kya hota hai?'

'wo dono akele hote hai aur kisiki taraf unka dhyan nahi rehta'

'aur'

'aur bas ek dusre ki baatein karate hai! Ek dusre ke sath waqt gujarate hai'

'to phir agar jo tum keh rahe ho wo date hai, to hum kitni baar date pe gaye hai. Jab main tumhare sath bike pe thi, jab hum phone pe bate karate hai, diwali ke waqt, jab main tumhe padha rahi thi, aur aaj abhi!'

Sam, confussed, thought for sec.

'waise chashmish tum baat to thik kar rahi ho'

'phir, tum yuhi kehte rehte ho hum date pe nahi jate'

saying this Gun smiled. Sam thought something and a mischivious smile appeared on his face and he looked at Gun.

Gun looked at Sam,

'Samrat tumhare dimag mein kya chal raha hai. Kuch to pak raha hai'

'actually chashmish, tum jo keh rahi ho wo thik hai magar aisi bohot si baate hai jo log date par karate hai aur humne nahi ki. To wo perfect date kaise hue?'

'samrat...........tum..........tum...'

' i know i m the best'

she just shook her head in disbelief as Sam smiled at her.

IN GARDEN:

Mayu was marching from here to there.

'akhir baat kya ho sakati hai? Kya kisine use kuch bola? Maine to nahi? Shayad jabse hum khel rahe the maine use baat nahi ki is liye, ya phir shayad usko kisiki yaad aa rahi thi'

confussed Mayu went on walking, as he move further he found a bench where he settle down.

IN NUPS ROOM:

She was trying to sleep in every possible style but coudnt. At the end she got up,

'mujhe neend kyun nahi aa rahi hai. Shayad raat bhar padhai ke liye jagane ki aadat pad chuki hai'

and she got up from bed. Went near window to get some fresh air. Then she saw Mayu sitting there on bench.

'arey yeh Mayank garden mein kyun baitha hai. Ise to sona chahiye, jaag kyun raha hai? Lagata hai bura maan gaya. Mujhe use sorry bolna chahiye'

And she went towords garden.

Mayu was thinking hard when Nups tapped on his shoulders.

'arey Nupur tum yahan soyee nahi?'

Nups sat by Mayu.

'tum bhi to nahi soye'

'wo actually tumse kuch baat karani thi'

'mujhe bhi tumse kuch baat karani hai'

'achha tum bolo'

'nahi tum bolo'

'dekho Nupur tum bolo'

Now Nups temprature raise,

'by god Mayank, jab bolne ka mauka deti hoon to tum bolo tum bolo kehte ho. Warna mujhpar hi chilla te ho bolne ka mauka nahi deti is liye'

'acha thik hai, gussa mat ho. Actually tum naraz ho na mujhase is liye tumse sorry kehna tha. I m sorry!'

'hye kyun Mayank? Tum kyun sorry kahoge, wo to mujhe kehna chahiye! Main khamkha tum par naraz ho gayh. Mujhe laga tum mujhse naraz hoge'

'aur mujhe laga tum'

Nups smilled,

'by god Mayank yeh to bohot bada chutkula ho gaya'

Mayank staired at smilling Nups,

'Nupur tum aise hasate hue hi achhi lagati ho'

Nups looked down, feeling shy. But then looked up at smilling Mayank and said,

' kash yeh main tumhare liye keh sakati!'

'achha, isi smile ke peeche aadhi college ki ladkiya padi hai'

'adhi kyun?'

'kyunki adhi Samrat ke peeche padi hai'

and they both smiled.

'wo baat to sach hai. Pata hai Mayank agar main Samrat se badi nahi hoti na to main bhi uspe line marati. Par waise ek saal ka difference chalta hai na? Hum naye jamane ke hai bhai'

'haan kyun nahi! Waise Nupur tum agar mujhase naraz nahi thi to phir kis par naraz thi'

'hmm..........', Nups try to think, 'pata nahi. Shayad yuhi'

'yuhi?'

'haan! Yuhi'

Mayu raised his eyebrows and said,

'thank god! Samrat tumse chota hai. Bach gaya'

'kya? Kya kaha tumne', Nups asked in demanding tone.

'kuch nahi. Meri itni himmat ke main kuch kaho. Ab raat bhi bohot ho chuki hai. Sone chale?'

and he stood up to avoid further fight and started walking towards his room.

Nups followed him,

'yeh jo tum badbada rehte ho na mujhe sab pata hai!'

'achha thik hai meri maa. Ab chalo'

and they both went to their respective rooms.

ON TERACE:

Gun: achha majak chodo aur yeh batao tum soye kyun nahi? Yahan kaise.

Sam was about to ask her counter question 'why u r here', Gun said,

'maine pehle poocha hai. Pehle jawab do'

accepting the defeat he said,

'pata nahin kyun neend nahi aa rahi hai. Gunjan, kuch dinose mujhe kuch ajeeb sa lag raha hai. Aisa jaise kuch galat ho raha hai, ya phir koi cheez mujhase door ja rahi hai'

'matlab? Kaun?'

'pata nahi. Achha wo sab chodo mujhe yeh batao, jab se hum beach se laute hai, tum itni chup chap kyun ho? Kya mera un ladkiyo se baat karna tumhe achha nahi laga?'

one part of Sam's heart was expecting answer 'yes', but,

'nahi samrat. College mein to tum har ladkise bolte ho. Wo actually pata nahi kyun di ka mood kharab tha is liye'

'ok! Kya yaar mere armanopar pani pher diya. Mujhe laga tum bologi haan'

Gun smiled,

'achha bas ho gaya ab sone chale'

'matlab date yahi khatam'

'haan'

Gun kept on going down through stairs and Sam kept on asking her stupid question, till she reache her room. Then wishing her good night he went inside his room.

IN GUN'S ROOM:

Smilling at Samrat's cuteness Gun slept on other end of bed, but she knew she cnt sleep so early, so thinking more about Sam she tried to sleep.

Nups on other hand was pretending to sleep but she was thinking about only one thing 'why she was angry on Mayu?'

IN BOY'S ROOM:

As Sam enter the room Benji was already in his sweetdream sleeping on one end of bed, where as Mayu was in sleep on couch.

He lay at other end of bed, smilling he enter into his own word of Chashmish- kingdom, but came back to reality very soon by Benji's snore.

Sam looked at Benji, felt like chocking Benji with pillow. But controlling his killer desire he shut his eyes and tried to sleep.
