Ahaaa Namelessser. Aaj pakad mein aayi ho.I bet you were living for this day 😆😆Congratulations. Thank you 😊
What little I know about you is I can say that you are a lady of few words but a very thoughtful and intelligent person.Awww, thanks. That's so terribly sweet of you.😳 You say a lot even when you don't say much...
I have a few questions:
1. why do you prefer to me nameless? Did you mean to ask why I prefer the name "nameless"? 😆... itnein naamon mein kyun na mein gumnaam rahoon?😆😆 Actually my son's nickname translates from Latin into "nobody"... that's how I coined this name
2. And faceless? ( I have never seen a avi or a siggy on ur post) I'm "nameless" by intent... but no longer so because of this topic... but am faceless because I'm too lazy... never got around to setting up an avi or siggy. Now that you've tokofied me, I'll do it one of these days 😆
3. Among the famous authors in the world, who are your favorites? From within our own country and for writers writing in their native language, Sharatchandra Chaterjee and Rabindranath Tagore, anyday for being master storytellers and also Premchand for his depiction of the "real" India. And among Indian writers expressing themselves in English - Anita Desai, Vikram Seth. Gabriel Garcia Marquezamong many of my other favorite non-Indian writers. I'm also into biographies.
4. Do you prefer movies or TV shows? Movies
5. Your all time fav book? Difficult to name any one... there are too many. But I find any work by the above mentioned writers, as well as biographies and current affairs, especially anti-Bush material 😆, hard to put down. And as you might've guessed by now, I'm a diehard romantic 😳 😊, so I'm quite partial to this genre too... but I like the old-world style of charm and romance like Parineeta 😉
6. Your all time fav movie? Again hard to name any single one... but some of my favorites are "Saheb, Bibi Aur Ghulam", "Song of the Road", "The Cloud-Capped Star", "D'Umberto", "The Bicycle Thief", "Gods Must Be Crazy", "Roman Holiday", "My Fair Lady", "Life is Beautiful", "Garam Hawa" ... and almost all of Hrishikesh Mukherjee, Satyajit Ray, Bimal Roy films
Happy Diwali to you and your family My best wishes to you and your family too on this festive occasion and I am glad i came across such a thoughtful person as you thanks to IF Thanks once again, Bheegi... and I totally reciprocate your sentiment
