PART 11

{{RECAP:They watch the film Jab we met...Armaan is sitting near Ridhima...Ridhima hugs him happily at the ending scene of the film..She realizes that it is Armaan and tells sorry to him..Both of them feel nervous inside... }}

After dinner, Ranbir,Armaan,Rahul and Atul sat down to watch a cricket match..Kanya,Ridhima,Muskaan and Anjali walked upstairs to go and sit in Muskaan's room..

Mu:Waise hum log room mein kyun jaa rahe hain..?Chalo..Hum log terrace pe jaate hain..... An:Wow..It will be nice Muskaan....Let's go...

All of them walked towards the far end (in front of Armaan's room )and climbed the staircase which led up to the terrace...It was a beautiful night with full moon and the moon was really bright....

K:Moon is really bright na...

Ri:Haan bhabhi..Its really beautiful...!!

An:Sky is cloudless.....!

Mu:And lots of stars too...(smiles)

Ri:Terrace pe aane ka idea bahut acha tha...

Mu:(smiling)Mera idea tha na...

K:Haan baba...

The night breeze was blowing and it started to grow cool...

Mu:Mujhe neendh aa rahi hain...

An:Haan..Mujhe bhi..Its so cold out here...Let's go and sleep..

K:Chalo..

Everyone of them started to go down but Kanya noticed Ridhima who was still standing there...

K:Aao Ridhima..

Ri:Aap log jaayiye..Main aati hoon..Its really nice...(looks at the moon)

An:Ok Ridz..Come soon haan...

Ri:Ok di...

They went down and Ridhima walked towards the edge of the terrace and rested her hands on the balustrade..(hand rail)She thought about the moment when she hugged Armaan and a light smile appeared on her lips...

Armaan was watching the cricket match but he couldn't concentrate on the game..He kept thinking about Ridhima...Her beautiful face...Her soft skin...Her laugh...The softness of her hair which he felt when she leaned on his arm....The moment when she hugged him...Her soft cheek touched his...He suddenly blushed at the thought...He got up absent mindedly...

Rb:Kahan jaa raha hain Armaan..?

Ar:Bhaiyya...Woh main..Apne kamre mein jaa raha hoon..Abhi aaya...

He walked upstairs and reached in front of his room...He noticed the door to the terrace which was open..He walked up the stairs and walked into the terrace..He saw Ridhima standing there all alone at the farther egde of the terrace...

Ar:Ridhima...

Ridhima was surprised to hear Armaan's voice...She turned back and saw him standing at the door...

Ri:Hiii..(smiles)Tum yahan..?!

Ar:(smiles)Hiii..Main bas bore ho raha tha..(walks towards her)Toh socha thodi der ke liye yahan aajaaoon..

Ri:Acha..?(smiles)

Armaan reached near her and looked into her eyes passionately...She couldn't meet his eyes and blushed and looked down...

The back ground music of 'Asmaani rang ho ' is played in the back ground....

Armaan moved closer to her...Her heart beats began to race and she again looked into his eyes...He raised his hand and moved it closer to her face...

Ri:(shocked)Armaan..!!Kya kar....

But Armaan moved a stray hair from her face behind her ear...She felt a tickling sensation when he touched behind her earlobe..

Ri:Oh...(smiles)

Ar:(moves closer to her , their faces are inches apart)Tumne kya socha tha...?

Ri:(looks down nervously)Err...Kuch nahin....

Ar:(suddenly moves away)Its a beautiful night..Isn't it..?(looks at the moon and smiles naughtily)

Ri:(looks up at the moon)Yeah...!(raises her brow nervously)

Some minutes passed as they stood there looking at the moon...

Ri:Armaan...

Ar:(looked at her)Haan..?

Ri:Main neeche jaa rahi hoon...Anjali di and Muskaan will be waiting for me...

Ar:Acha..?Toh main bhi neeche chalta hoon..I want to see the cricket match...

Ri:You said that you got bored watching it...(raised her brows at him)

Ar:Err...Yeah...But I want to see it...

Ri:Ok...Chalo...

Both of them walked down the stairs together and walked towards Muskaan's room...

Ri:Goodnight Armaan..(smiles)

Ar:Goodnight..(smiles)

Ridhima, Muskaan and Anjali settled down on their bed to sleep....Anjali and Muskaan fell asleep soon...But Ridhima was thinking about her moments with Armaan...She smiled....But then she thought..."Why can't I stop thinking about him..?Am I falling for him...?I have never felt like this towards any other boy.."

Armaan was watching the cricket match with others...But his mind was busy thinking about his moments with Ridhima...He thought...."She is really special...There is something in her which keeps me pulling towards her..." He smiled...Then thought "I think I am falling in love with her.........(smile disappears)What..?!!No no..Come on Armaan what are you thinking...?!"

Ridhima shook her face as if to free her head from thoughts about Armaan..."No Ridhima...What are you thinking..?!You know about these boys..They are all the same..Only friendship is good with them..."

But then she remembered her conversation with her friend Marietta...

$$$$$ FLASHBACK $$$$$

Ri:But I just can't stand these boys..They are all the same..Dominating, male chauvinist pigs..Only friendship is good with them..If we get commited to them, they will start to tell, 'Don't do this, don't do that..' etc..etc..

Ma: Nah..Every boy is not like that..I'm sure your opinion about boys will change when you meet the right person in your life..Now look at me..I am happy with my boy friend, Ben...

Ri: May be..You're right...But I haven't found anyone till now..

Ridhima smiled and thought "Have I found the right person in my life....?Kya woh Armaan hain...?!"

Armaan thought "But then why can't I stop thinking about her...?!"He closed his eyes tightly and then also he could see Ridhima's beautiful face....He opened his eyes and thought.."What is happening to me..?!"

But just then India won the match and Rahul, Atul and Ranbir clapped their hands excitedly...Armaan was not even aware of it and was shaken from his deep thoughts when Atul hugged him happily..

At:Hum jeet gaye...(leaves him and jumps up and down)Hum jeet gaye...

Ar:Huh...?(looks around and realized)Wohoo...India won....!!Yay....(stands up)

And when all their excitement subsided, they switched off the t.v went to bed...

Next day morning, 6.30 am, Armaan's bed room:

Armaan and Rahul were fast asleep in their bed....

Armaan and Ridhima were standing in the basket ball court all alone.....The moonlight shone upon them.....She was wearing the same blue ghagra choli in which he saw her for the first time...He was wearing a black vest and jeans......Armaan dropped the ball in his hand and walked towards her...Her beautiful hair was dancing in the cool breeze which was blowing softly...

Armaan smiled in his sleep...

He moved closer to her and she smiled at him...He extended his hand to touch her soft cheek...She blushed and tried to move away...He caught hold of her bare waist with both his hands..

Ri:(shyly)Armaan....Kya kar rahe ho...?Please jaane do..

Armaan hugged the pillow on his side and smiled wider..Rahul got up from his sleep and stretched himself...

Ra:(tapping Armaan)Armaan..Armaan...

But no response from Armaan..How could Rahul guess that he was lost in his own dream world with Ridhima...

Back to Armaan's dream....

Ridhima looked at him and Armaan moved his face closer to hers...He kissed her cheeks one by one and then moved his lips towards her lips...

Ra:ARMAAN...(shook him vigorously)

Armaan and Ridhima were shocked when they heard Rahul's voice and they broke apart quickly... Both of them saw Rahul who was standing beside them...

Ar:Rahul...!!Hum woh...!!(opened his eyes suddenly and saw Rahul sitting on his bed)

Ra:Kya..?Hum woh..?Kya..?

Ar:Hum...(comes to his senses and sat up)Hum..Humein jogging ke liye jaana hain na..?

Ra:Haan..wohin toh..Main tujhe kab se bula raha hoon..Now come on..Get up..

Ar:Haan...

Armaan let out a sigh of relief and thought "Oh!Woh sapna tha...!".....
