Personally I find everyone calling Ridz "baby" kind of cute probably because all my brothers still call me "kaka" (which means baby in Punjabi) and I am almost 22.

I think you understood Riddhima's boss well.
So I have another kaka here. Actually to tell you the truth, i had a friend in my college, who was something like Riddhima's character in my story. I wont say that she was 'very' beautiful, she was fine, but she was very -very cute and innocent. Thats what we all used to admire her for. And we all used to call her 'Baby' at times, so it came from there.
Dont worry about Riddhima's glasses, its a part of the story, and as i said layers will peel off with the flow.
