BIG REQUEST TO THE MODS AND THE MEMBERS :

Mods Plz close the topic cuz it seems like not many that want do it.

see for many writers starting out the point system can seem to be a little off putting....

Well, I thought about what you said and I think that we should also have the freedom to write for no point. If you dont want to write for points, then, you can.

I just thought that the points would make it more interesting. It would make like the real world. We get something for something.
Also, we could have things like the box offices chart, critics.
Imagine how fun it would be.

I agree with Kat here. This is a fun forum for all of us amateur writers to express our creativity. None of us are professional writers and making it competitive would dissolve the charm and attraction of this forum. I would hate to see people use unfair means to gain more points, or write inappropriate scenes just to garner more trps.

If i wanted to compete, I would take part in a creative writing competition, not write ffs on this forum at my pace on my terms without worrying about how many points I am getting.

Once this becomes a competitive forum, instead of friends, I might start making enemies . We all know how Sallu mian and SRK have turned from friends to foes since Dus ka dum and Kya aap paanchvi paas started competing for air time.

Sorry, if i hurt ur sentiments but that is my point of view.

Sorry, I was away on vacation so I missed this topic, therefore I never got to read the topic starter's idea. If anyone has any ideas they'd like to discuss with the mods, please PM me or Naughty_n_nice to discuss =)
