Some facts about Aditya by lalitmohanb

Dear all,
I am delighted to see so much support for Aditya 'Adi' Jassi here on this forum. He is a gr8 guy to be with ...a total rockstar... He has been winning competitions from his UG days at Delhi University. Now he is dabbling in multiple fields...Anchoring, News Broadcaster...and ofcourse Lead Vocalist for "Oritus".

One must listen to him singing Alive, Jeremy (Pearl Jam) and you will know that he has got very few peers that can match him on english vocals...Plug in to his own composition "Many a Mile"...and you will understand that he is a composer par excellence...

A small issue though...Aditya is not exactly known for his hindi singing...But i believe given an array of good songs he can do full justice to his potential...I must admit that it is not that simple for him to make the transition...But I know that he has got what it takes to take this journey...

Keep rocking in your own unique style...I am proud of you as you have not ditched your own style for any competition...I am sure your unique approach will bring you many SMSs , should you need them...

I agree with you. He is the only reason I even bother watching the show. I've seen him perform, and when friends of mine told me he was on this reality show, thought I'd take a peek.

It's a little annoying, that they aren't cutting him some slack, it will take a while for him to get a hang of this kind of music. I, personally, don't like film music, and it's hard enough for me watching the show and appreciating it.

All said and done, irrespective of the outcome of this show, I hope it will help bring the Indian Rock scene more awareness. He doesn't need to prove anything to anyone. Till then...Aditya..Rock on!

he is good... but his hindi singing is crap... He will however improve given the right kinda songs... I wish him well!!!
