Quality of FG faculty

Is Faculty of FG is qualified enough? Giving advice is easier than performing. What you all think?

In practice sessions when they sing to show it to the students, they don't sing well. I have doubt in their ability as singers.

They are really good faculty, I really like the wy padma mam, teach them she really encourage them and build confidence in them.
