i don't think you're quite right about this.

even though qazi is a muslim from kashmir, we should all be able to agree that only the indian public (in other words, residents of india) can vote in this competition. this being the case, it is fairly easy to realize that there are plenty more hindus than muslims in india, are they not?

...ahh yeah..i agree with you about the rest, though!

GO QAZI!! 😊
buhat kaam aisay loog hain jo non muslim honnay ka baad bhee uss ko support karr rahhay hain
That is so not true... this has nothing to do with race. I'm a Hindu, and I support Qazi a lot - I mean, I can't vote for him or anything because I don't live in India, but that's besides the point.

You don't have to be Muslim to see that Qazi is the best 😊

And, um, just a little note: Could you possibly refrain from bringing religion/race into this? It might offend some members 😊

oh yeah..i forgot to add something.

i, being a muslim as well, find myself rather under a lot of pressure when i am the only muslim somewhere (at a school club, for example) and everyone else is a hindu. i don't know why. like i mean, it's pretty obvious qazi is under a lot of pressure from this competition in general and by the people he is surrounded by. i can totally understand why and relate since i've been in his position. i don't know if you guys understand what i mean, but i want to see if anyone agrees.

*i'm not trying to offend anyone at all! sorry if i did!*

I'm really sorry to say this but this shouldn't turn out to be a Hindu/Muslim discussion at all. I understand what you mean by him being the only Muslim and feel uncomfortable. But to be honest he doesn't seem uncomfortable at all in Fame Gurukul so what are you guys talking about?? It shouldn't be a matter of being a Hindu or a Muslim but a matter of getting along as individuals. we are all people of God.. He created all of us equally!. I have a lot of Muslim friends and I'm sometimes the only Hindu around them but I don't feel uncomfortable? do you know why? because I know in life you have to accept everyone as they are and get along with them...so please change your views about all this hindu/muslim issue cuz it is very irrelevant to the show..

if any of this is directed towards me, you misunderstood me.

i completely accept everyone.

many people i've asked say qazi does look like he is under a lot of pressure (it's okay if you don't agree), and, like i said, part of the reason may be that he is the only muslim in the competition. you may not agree with this either, but i know several people that understand what i mean and do agree. it seems to me that you are just taking it offensively instead of trying to understand me. you said you don't feel pressured when you are the only hindu around a bunch of muslims, but that's just as fine as saying you do feel pressured (when i'm talking about feeling pressured, i mean in a competition way, not in everyday life).

just to make things clear, i never said i agree with what the original poster said.

forgot to say something again!

i don't know where you live, but where i live in the US, when we are partnered up for an activity in school, the teacher may choose a group with all blacks and one white. plenty of times, you'll hear the white complaining after class about how he/she felt uncomfortable and pressured (perhaps to do all the work or something like that). some of my friends have felt this way so i know.

^^ is very similar to what i'm trying to get across. that's just an example, buddy. don't get offensive lol.

I live in the US as well. I was born and raised here. I did not take offense to your post. And I was answering the first post's response not yours. I even agreed with you that I can understand where you are coming from him being the only Muslim. But my point was that in life we will be in situations where there will not be people in the same religion, race, background etc. with us but we have to cope to that situation and adapt with it...that was my point..I wasn't getting offensive with you at all..just trying to make a point..sorry if you misunderstood it..

Listen i really hate it when u bring religion into the picture, i dont think qazis being a muslim has anything to do with the way he is often treated, and india is predominately hindu then how does he win with janta vote week after week, dont tell me now that only muslims are voting for him, sharukh khan is a muslim but is loved by hindus and muslims alike. I am a hindu and have never supported someone i dont even know so vehemently in my life the way i support qazi , for me it doesnt matter whether hes a muslim or a hindu for me what matters is that he comes across as a sweet and decent human being. As per your views I being a hindu should be supporting arpita but if you read any of my posts I am not the least bit fond of that girl, so how and where does religion come into the picture. Please open up your mind and heart and answer one question for me, all factors being the same, would you support qazi had he been a hindu? the bottom line is for most people its a persons personality and nature that matters, religion isnt even a factor most people consider or worry about.
