I actually interpret it a little differently!

Arijit removed Qazi's 'enemy on screen', aka Shamit...maybe he is just gratefuL!

On the other hand, Rex and Arpita were mighty pissed off that Arijit so unfairly voted Shamit out of the show....hence, they gave him a taste of his own medicine!

because if Rex is a coward now, Arijit was a coward in the previous episode....fair and square!!!!! 👏
