That's Rex's aunt's (mom's sister) daughter. His aunt have two daughters so Rex's family adopted one. So now this little girl is Rex's sister.

😆 we are stalkers.

All this was shown in 1st episode when they were introducing final 14 and Rex also mentioned this to Ila when she asked him whom he misses the most and he told this story about his little cousin who is now his sister. He misses her the most.
