Number of votes i cant say, students voting was like rupu and Qazi voted for Arijit and Arpita and Rex voted for Sandeep. It was a tie so that top student was called to give the decisive vote and Arpita voted for Sandeep the second time too. and Arijit was out.

No Rex was top student last week, this week it was Arpita. I think u are not from India and thats why u are one week behind.😊

Hey guys.. there's too much anti arijit feeling in this forum. You have to understand this is all fixed by Sony just to get more viewership and the money from the SMS. The series of events that took place in the last few weeks seem too fictional to be true. He is just a 18 year old kid. He is the best singer (if we decide to refer to the others as singers). Give him a break..
As per performance, I don't think just doing some gimmicks on the video will help sell an album. First u have to like the voice quality and singing. And then the other things come in. All Qazi fans.. we'll see how passionately u'll buy his albums.. Everything in Indian film industry is sub-standard other than the music industry. We never had bad singers. Thanks to FG, we'll soon start witnessing that.
