Because hi and Bye is counted as a + 1 post count kinda spam and not permitted on IF.

If you persist in doing that, you are continously violating IFs code of conduct, the penalty for which is written in there.

yeah thats what i meant that people should not make a big deal out of it there are other ways to say hi like the pm or add some other comments after the hi and it would not be a problem nemore

Long Quotes disturb page view and thats usually another reason to close the post.
