Only 10% of writing is talent (maybe less), another 30% is having something interesting to say. The rest is being able to say it well. Talent and content amount to little without skill, and skill is what we learn. The skill, you already have...so go ahead.

Well u see, words by themselves have no meaning. It's only when they are combined in the mind of a reader that they come together and convey something. Now that SOMETHING has to be what the writer creates. The better the creation the better the scene produced in the mind of the reader.

And in this case, as in any other, if I try to convey a sense of my individuality, that has to show. Otherwise they remain only words.

I once read that a book is like a dead body. When a reader goes through it, scenes are created in his mind and he breates life into the book: it comes alive.

Until I can write something that will come alive in the mind of my readers, I cannot say I've written anything. Might as well write promotional literature for corporations.

That is also talent, partly inborn and partly acquirable. But talent nevertheless
