The so called Fame Jodi crowning turns out to be a total flop show. Was it a Qazi Publicity Show or Javed Akhter-Ila Arun favoritism Show towards few chosen candidate? We thought that it could prove to be a right platform through which our country could look for the most talented singers, based on their quality voice, singing ability, but alas! It ended up in choosing the worst candidate amongst all the participants. Was Qazi chosen out of quality of his voice, singing ability? What stirred up the public that they voted so much for Qazi? It is all because every body started criticizing him - the judges, faculty members and even his co-contestants. Criticism should be there but to a certain limit, not up to that extend where it triggers public's sentiment into revolt. The public started voting just to overrule the decision made by the great judges of the show. The celebrity judges are of no use, instead of them get the sincere services of qualified and experienced persons in the field of singing and music or any other profession. This kind of talent search show does not require promotional appearance of any celebrity to become popular. Sony Channel should stop playing with the feelings, judgments and sentiments of the viewers.

Now, Show is over but most of the intelligent and rational viewers still and will always prefer Rex D'Souza with Ruprekha Banerjee because we all have witnessed Rex's extraordinary singing ability, melodious voice and stage performances and we really appreciate him and are proud to have him. What kept Rex behind? Was it because his physique (overweight), or didn't wear stylish and fashionable dresses and unusual hairstyle like Qazi? Why do people still choose Md. Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar's songs today? The answer simply lies in their melodious voice.

For selection of deserving candidates in such kind of responsible talent search show beamed nationally and internationally, in the future, we opined that the panel of judges should ideally be consisting of 8 to 10 respectable individuals belonging to different categories of Music like singers, musicians, composers, lyricists etc with on the spot marking system without asking for public votes.

Public Voting System with unlimited voting right per individual should totally be abolished because many a time children and adolescents who are easily carried away by fashionable dresses, good-looking persons, fanatism towards own caste or community etc casts their votes without judging the merits of performance.

If at all Public Voting System can not be done away then the voting right per individual must be limited to once.

This time's result is not different from what we saw in the first Indian Idol Contest last year, where most talented and deserving candidates like Rahul Vaidya and Prajakta Shukre were eliminated whereas person like Ravinder Ravi reached up to the stage of Top Five Finalists with sole public mercy votes.

We wish Rex all the very best and definitely will buy his album but never never Qazi's.

Tuch, tuch. There is no need to buy Qazi's album because there are millions who will do that.
By the way, even if there was one vote per person, Qazi would still have been the winner, for the simple reason that the same formula applied to all the contestants and not to Qazi only. So the rest would have got proportionally less votes.
As far as Rex's album is concerned, I am afraid you will have to wait for ages for that to come out.

THE PUBLIC SUPPORTED A HONEST, CARING AND WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING WHO CAN SING AND PERFORM AND NOT SCARED TO ACCEPT CHALLENGES. QAZI HAS A UNIQUE VOICE. WE IN S.A. COULD NOT VOTE, BUT WE JUST LOVE QAZI TO BITS. REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE A HONEST PERSON GOD IS WITH YOU.
