I will answer it from FG perspective. They are in no way looking for great singers. So if we categorize what FG is looking for I will categorize thm as follow.

Qazi
Rex
Arijit
Mona
Amit
Rupu
Sandeep
Chavvi
Kirti

All of them had the mixture of singing ability, X-factor, pleasing personality and with time could have become a good performer too. I dont think any of the others had what FG is looking for.
