i absolutely agree with you and exactly observing the way i was.the way she crossed kumbhu was definately due to her presence of mind,if it would have been nima despite of being experienced he would have died because of his quality of losing hope very quickly as he did on the ladder but due to strong determination anjali crossed it.it is perfectly real and beautifully screened.so it is an answer to those who are thinking in a wrong way, please people if you are watching the show then observe it carefully and before pointing out anything try to apply your mindOriginally posted by: shruthiravi
Welcome to the forum. Everest is an exceptional show with Ashutosh's Gowarikar's trademark written all over it. Whether it is movies or TV show AG has always stuck to inspirational characters, crafted them well and have always thrived to give positive message through his character's struggles. Even in movies AG has given strong female characters whether Elizabeth in Lagaan, Geetha in Swades or Jodha of Jodha-Akbar he has created woman with a mind of their own.Same he has done with Everest also. More than Anjali characters like Maithili and Shika Maa are hard to find in Indian TV. So is Vidhaan or a Arjun. Anjali's climb is mind over matter principle. She is not going just like that. She is following the foot steps of the previous team and she is shown having presence of mind while crossing kumbhu. So I am fine with it. Irresepctive of what TRPs say Everest will be among best TV shows for the quality of content.
