You are right. Those are the worst situations he was put in , and he reacted in a way which proves his love for Suman. He was brave to fight the goons, and responsible and caring during Suman's illness.😊

I also liked how he instantly said he has a son and also how he'd take after him since he is his son... suman was touched by this as she also recognises that her son has longed for his father's love and this marriage will give veer a father's love - something he's craved for many years.

I am still confused about his age though - she married when she was 18 and must have had veer by 19 and if he's six that makes her around 25 which is the same age as ranveer... but sindoora in an interview was claiming she's older than ranveer... besides that sahil had once said that veer is 4... so the age is definitely a confusing factor.

I think what Sindoora means is that Suman is already a widow with a kid which makes her older than Ranveer emotionally at least. 😃

ranveer understands suman a lot more than she understands him - that's why even on the engagement he did say that I don't want to erase any past memories, I just want to be part of ur life and future - he knows its not easy for suman to forget her first love, since he'd never be able to forget suman if he had too... I remember when he first expressed his desire of marrying suman before sahil and manan - he had explained clearly that he wants to marry suman for her and veer - he wants to give them all the happiness that they've lost since ravi's death... even though suman feels allowing ranveer in her life will mean replacing ravi's memories - that's not actually what ranveer wants...

This is very touching. and thank you for putting it in this beautiful way. Ranveer moved a long way from being that careless non sensitive guy who Suman used to fight with during their study days.😃 Oh , how I miss those days!

a scene I really liked and appreciated was the part where the woman asks him to change suman's clothes and he refuses - it illustrates the depth of respect he has for suman and that he'd never cross his limits just on the basis of being engaged to her. Not many men would do that.. but ranveer knew his boundaries...in fact I don't think he'll even want to consummate with her instantly after marriage- rather he'll wait for her to accept him wholeheartedly.

I am sure Ranveer won't cross his limits. but what if they were really alone , and he had to change Suman's cloths? 😲 There is nothing wrong about it. and I wonder what would've been Suman's reaction.😆

a special mention to the scene where he stops the goon from stabbing suman - it shows that ranveer's words to his mum and his promise to suman regarding her protection are something he stands by... he'll never let any harm come her way

the college days were really good though I disliked how suman was mocked for her inability of communicating in English and wearing a pallu over her head... I mean since when did English become India's main language that if you don't know English, you are looked down upon?? makes no sense to me...hindi aaye na aaye, English aani chaheye? kinda ridiculous.

I am not quite sure what he would have done had they been alone, maybe he would have changed but with his eyes clothes or something - trying his best not to look... but I know for sure if he did, suman would not have been understanding and she would have bashed him for changing her clothes... they aren't married yet so the limits/boundaries are still in place and suman is one to abide by norms at all times - she wouldn't have appreciated ranveer changing her clothes if they were alone.

For me the first one was when Ranveer heartedly accepted Suman and Ranveer together he never made it a topic that he's going to marry a widow mother of a kid.What suman wants more.
Then he really likes Veer, he's truly in love with suman he has also proved it several times...What Suman is expecting more???

Yes. Ranveer's love realization, and his love for Veer even before he knows that he was Suman's son were very touching. Suman should thank her stars that she got a fiance like Ranveer. 😃 The only thing she has to worry about is his dangerous mom. 🤢
