Yes. Suman is better off with Ranveer, but it is unfair on how she is forced to do if by Kalawathi. However this is where I point out that in effect it is sort of a what goes around comes around in Suman being forced. Except, ultimately it is far far better for Suman, so even that is not coming back around in a bad way for Suman.
I, too, hope they come to an understanding soon enough like they did at college. Ranveer is really different to most male leads. He was never a jerk, and only reacted negatively to Suman due to negative instances. And even during that time, he had often tried to make truce and get along.
Let's see how it goes.
