In the May 6 episode of Jhansi Ki Rani aired on Zee TV,Gangadhar Rao increases the prize money from 5000 gold coins to 8000 gold coins for finding the culprits who were responsible for the blast. Disguised as a villager, Gangadhar Rao is also present at the time of the announcement.
Marshall too disguises himself and corners Lallan as he fears that Lallan may be lured with the prize amount.
Following this Lallan goes missing. Later in the evening, his wife and son set out to look for him. On the way, they come across a disguised Gangadhar Rao and ask him whether he has seen Lallan. During the conversation, she hints that Lallan is involved in a misdeed. Gangadhar Rao recalls that Lallan was one of the guards who along with two others had not reported to work on the day of the blast.
The next day, Gangadhar Rao mingles with the subjects and gets to know from a group of guards that Lallan is an expert in making explosives.
The story takes a shocking turn when Lallan's wife finds his dead body that night. She is shattered and horrified and blames his involvement in a misdeed for the death.
The next morning, when the dead body is brought to the palace, Gangadhar Rao notices Marshall's badge in Lallan's hand. His conviction that he will soon be able to find the real culprit strengthens.
Meanwhile, Marshall panics after he finds that one of the badges from his uniform is missing. Will Gangadhar Rao succeed in nailing Marshall?
