After playing the historical character, now she wants to try her luck at hosting, so recently she auditioned to host Zee TV's upcoming season of Dance India Dance Little Masters.
An Indya source from the production house told us, "Yes, Ulka had come for the auditions to host the show. It was a real surprise for us and she looked very confident just the way she looks in the show. She has definitely impressed us with her naturalness. Everything is still in preliminary stage so anything can happen but she is a strong contender to get this offer."
We spoke to Ulka's mother as Ulka was busy shooting for the show and she confirmed, "Yes, Ulka had gone for auditions. After the auditions she was pretty confident, so let's hope."
The show will launch sometime in the end of April and apparently Gupta is required to shoot till the 14th of this month for her historical show before the show takes a leap.
