Was it necessary for Ratan to quit sarpanch post?

In yesterday's episode, Veera and Ratan assured the ladies that school will be built for higher secondary for which they will renovate their old school and will upgrade it.

Why didn't Ratan get this idea before? She should have allowed Baldev to construct the mall at that time itself and thought about improving their school instead of leaving that post.

This is a height of stupidity.😡

Of course it wasn't necessary for her to resign. That was just unnecessary drama created by our very creative CVs.🤪

Whether she chose mall or school, she was still gonna be accused for being biased since her daughter and son-in-law were on opposing sides of the issue, so she chose the lamest reason to resign. Only to create a bigger conflict b/w VeeBa later on.😆

And I am surprised that they hadn't consulted any architect before declaring the old school to be unsuitable for expansion.😆 Leave exapansion, whether they have higher secondary school or not, they could have still discussed about improving the quality of education for their present school, but everyone was just stuck on the HS school issue. Don't students of all ages deserve a good education?😆

It was not necessary! But she wanted to show how "impartial' she is and prove her Mahantha! So of course this was the way to do it! That way she asks her daughter to run in the elections and then it comes to light her son in law also wants to run! Daughter decides to step aside but her SON decides to instigate her to run against her husband!

THAT is what Ratan's resignation was all in aid of!

Not only Ranvi, even Gunjan wanted Veera to stand for the elections. Now she is saying that Veera shouldn't have stood for the elections. She is a double standard woman.

I think after Baldev's chat with her, she realised how much she had hurt him by supporting Veera over him! I think she finally saw where he was coming from! She was also too blinded by the Mahantha to see how this all looks to Baldev! Now she does, she is asking Veera to apologise and she is also telling her that she should have thought of her marriage and not run for the elections! At least better late than never, SHE has got her brain back!
