baldev because a normal fun loving hasta khilta guy turned into traumatic patient only because veera's mistrust harsh words ranveera's never ending blame and physically jail torture by rv and many more things. as jaggi mentioned in one of the epi he is torturing himself more then what veera is getting.

I'd say both as they both fell in the ploy set up by RV. However, they have also made mistakes and now it's just about realizing the mistake they have done :).
