cvs have shown baldev as the most lonely soul in pp. His parents are a failure, his sister a psycho and friends just side-kicks. Baldev was pampered to a bad extent but he still managed to be a good person at heart. why? bcoz the care and affection he got always lacked something. Bansuri is a evil woman she loves for some profit or the other..her love for baldev is not as true as a mother's should be..balwant had criticized and compared baldev with ranvi all his life. Such kids get depression often. He never made real friends thanks to his mother's teaching that u r surpunch's son u r superior..so he only have side-kicks who though r really loyal to him and love him alot but r stupid and being side-kicks they cannot be the kind of friends he needs.Just think of his state of mind ..he believes he has everything where he lacks everything, no true love from parents, no real friends to share ur feelings with and no elder sibling to help. And then the manbulation done by bansuri and surjeet all these years. But along all this he developed something for veera, he doesn't love veera for any reason, she is not a great person or that beautiful..but he loves her like crazy because only she got close enough to his heart where others didn't.
As kids baldev absolutely hated ranvi bcoz of balwant and his comparisons, and his hatred for ranvi made him hate veera too..but compared to ranvi veera was different, ranvi never answered baldev's misdeeds but veera did, she failed his plans and for the first time challenged him, challenges were new to him, he started hating veera more and tried to take revenge everytime he got the chance but failed and failed all the time. This got her more close to his heart, becoz that's all he thought about, how to win from veera, he kept thinking and thinking about her, even when she left all his mind occupied were her thoughts..and when u think about only one person day and night u get attached to that person, and baldev thought of her for 15 long years she made an entry into his heart without knwing. Where she must have totally forgotten him baldev had only veera in his mind..that's why as soon as she came back he planned his prank..ppl forget such small enmities in 15 yrs but baldev didn't..and again their fight and challenges started back.. And then came Karan..baldev was so attached to Veera that he was finding it difficult to share her that's why he hated karan and wanted them to separate...he even wanted them out of the pind for that matter...and then when her heart broke he was unable to see her pain..then their hug and for the 1st time some1 shared her pain with him..no1 had ever trusted baldev for moral support..more attachment..then he had done all he could to woo her and get her again heartbreak...but when she raised her hand for friendship he couldn't say no..bcoz of the attachment
and now he has her..though she doesn;t and cannot love him the way he does, though he deserves way way better and though any girl can handle and love him better than veera..still if he is separated from her his already highly damaged soul would die off completely..she is his soulš..for ranvi veera was his prayer, for veera ranvi is his mom..but unwillingly cvs have made veera baldev's soul..u can live without prayer u can live without a mom but living without soul is impossibleš..any girl who would love him 100 times more than veera would fail to get the same affection from him..he would turn into a dangerous dark person without any emotions left if now he is separated from veera..
