What if the writers really keep Bansuri unaware of Baldev's feelings? What if she doesn't actually come to the hospital and Baldev doesn't even pick up his phone, and instead someone else like Nihal informs her that Baldev is busy taking care of whatever is needed since Ranvi isn't here.
Bansuri might finally see Ballu face to face to when Veera is in a stable condition, so he would be much calmer and has the sense to again make excuses like it's his duty to do it coz they are their relatives and he has known Veera for years etc etc.
