Honestly, I think everyone's hyperventilating is justified today. I am not even going to complain about Happy-Shappy, its newfound, out-of-the-blue female version, nothing.

Today's scene was beautiful- an epoch for VeeBa and us fans, so to speak. So the real journey begins now.

First of all, hats off to all of us for being patient through these seven months. And as a reward we got this episode. 🤗So it was all worth it in the end. Sabr ka phal meetha hota hai!

Coming back...Ahem, the hug. It was just perfect. The way it began with Baldev pulling her close, the eyelock. The scintillating chemistry. The mutual, new found love in both their eyes. The absolute trust that they repose in each other. And then...both of them simultaneously hugged each other- there was not a tad of hesitation, not even a single pause. It felt so natural...and so...them.

Veera was the one who intensified the hug, I think. She just pulled him infinitesimally closer. Since she's just begun her journey I found that to be quite in character, because she's eager to drink up this love, to experience this strange, enchanting force that has taken over her.

But what threw me off was Baldev's reaction. The look of satisfaction...no. Serenity on his face was just... He is yet to come to terms with the fact that the woman he adores and loves with all the force of his mighty lion heart has accepted him. He had lost all hope, and he'd never thought that this day would come in his life.

But it did.

So his shukrana, rising his glance towards the skies in gratitude was utter perfection. Rab jii ne uske dil ki khwaish puri kar di. And he needs nothing else. So he just basked in the beauty of the moment, and let the light envelop every iota of his soul.

P.S. VeeBa fans, let's all be grateful for a story which showed a believable shift in the relationship between the two characters. There were flaws, quite a number of them in fact, but this just made up for everything.

Urgh dude..You are lucky..I remember losing my appetite after watching the humbistar scene..Single most cringe worthy scene in the history of Indian Telly..Nothing can beat that..Ever..Ranvi & Gunjan can try all they want but their romance will always be million times more tolerable than that scene 😆
