I think that the pre cap was there to make sure that people tune into tomorrow's episodes!

What was happening on the precap indicates Veera's changed equation towards Baldev. She is ready to do things for him. It was very cute!!

Definitely it symbolized the changed outlook of Veera towards Baldev. The backgound looked like India. They might have got stuck on their way back home from Delhi.Spare a thought if they get stuck till late night and have to share a room in India itself. I think it will be a piece of cake for them now, but it could also be more difficult than ever with their changed equation.
