Veera has a meeting with the election officer and smiles.
Ranvi brings ratan food but she declines because she's upset over ranvi not being able to stand for the elections. Veera enters and tells beeji that our dreams will come true and ratan asks how veera?
The next morning baggi are praising baldev. Baldev see's veera and goes up to her and tells her to vote for the person thats going to win and thats him...like that your vote won't go to waste. Veera replies with you are correct I'll surely vote for the person thats going to win thanks baldev. Baldev is confused why veera thanked him.

[Veeba scene]
The officer is naming those who will stand for elections bakhi, ballu and then ratan. Hearing ratans name everyone is shocked. Baldev starts saying how is this possible? She didn't even fill the documents. The officer says she's the nominee of ranvi therefore she can stand for elections.
The villagers are protesting against ratan because she's a woman. Veera makes everyone quiet and praises ratan. Ratan gives a speech so everyone votes for her.
Baldev gives his speech so everyone votes for him. The women of the pind start praising ratan however the men are still refuting. The officer calms the villagers and tells them to go in and vote. Everyone votes.
[Veeba scene]
Veera goes up to baldev and tells him that my beeji will win. Baldev says a woman has never become sarpanch, ratan winning is impossible. Veera says just wait and watch.
Ratan and balwant are talking and ratan says she never thought of becoming sarpanch but thanks to veera and ranvi for boosting my confidence. Balwant praises them and says I hope you win.
Baldev gives lassi to bansuri who's worried due to ratan standing for elections. Baldev reassures her and says a woman has never become sarpanch don't worry. If it was ranvi then there could be a reason to be scared but now there's no scope of me losing.
