At present no one but if Baldev becomes a bit mature and responsible he can prove to be a better leader in the long run!
He has got that right passion and attitude just needs to realise his responsibilities. and get serious!

right now no one is because Ranvi has no interest in that area I don't think he is assertive enough and Baldev doesn't have the maturity for the role. however, if have to choose then it would be Ranvi. as ranvi is more capable than baldev of fulfilling the role in my opinion.
